We hired the taxi services from Red Taxi .The vehicle provided was a good one and our driver was very helpful and reliable person.The pricing for our trip was also reasonable amount.

Worst booking department. Even after confirming the trip multiple times. Only on trip day morning 4.30 after calling again they assigned the trip. 5 am trip has to be started.
Called driver at 4.30 he told that just red taxi just assigning the trip now. Will take bath and finish all my morning duties and will come like. Cheating the customers. He came very late. Spoilers

I have been terribly harassed by OLA and Uber and even in Rapido. Most of the time they don't come for pick up and cancel the ride. In Coimbatore they were asking for extra 100 each time

This is the first time I am using the Redtaxi App for outstation travel. I shared the exact pick up and drop location in App. When I complete the Trip, trip cost is higher (almost 30% higher) and I need to pay for two way toll charges.
I suggest you to don’t use RedTaxi, Ola or Uber for outstation. Check with local taxi drivers, they will support for lesser price

I must say the app is designed by some one who has no sense. The otp displayed so small u need a 10x lense to read it. Also at the vehicle no is displayed but no information about the model and make of the car. Let’s not talk about the technical issues.

Please don’t ever install this app. They have a different pricing for app booking Vs phone booking. Pricing via app is very high. You will be charged for round trip even for one way trip via app booking while on the phone booking you’ll be charged for one way only. Such a scam by red taxi team.

We were staying in Erode town for a Chess tournament which was for 5 days. Red taxi proved to be a very useful service as we used it everyday to travel between Erode town and the venue. The rates were reasonable and transparent. Drivers were all courteous and patient. Great example of non VC funded madness in metros travel

After being rejected/harassed several times by Ola, Uber and local auto drivers at Coimbatore, tried Red Taxi. Absolutely brilliant service. The drivers call up themselves and are very polite and professional. The hourly rental service works great. They don’t ask or charge anything extra. Everything is as per meter. Go for Red taxi instead of Ola/Uber if you are in Coimbatore. Not sure how service is in other cities.
