Initially I had put a review which was out of frustration wherein AstroPay had blocked my account and I have sent back to back mails to their customer support team. After few days they responded and after few days I mean today they have unblocked my account a big big thank you for that.
They will respond we have to wait and AstroPay team please please improve your customer support team or make it big and fasten to resolve customer issues.

I signed up on AstroPay to deposit on a betting site in US Dollars. They have purposely made the app extremely confusing. In my attempt to deposit money in US Dollars, instead a card with Indian Rupees 1100 got created!
I didn't know this would happen prior to depositing, hence it's openly unfair & fraud.. I demanded the refund of the amount so that I can deposit again in USD & also because I can't use AstroPay anywhere in India too! Needless to say, being a fraud service they declined to do so.
They are forcing me to waste my time & write bad reviews on every platform that I can think of. In the unlikely event that my AstroPay card is refunded, I shall reluctantly delete the bad reviews.

I have opened account already in browser and purchased one card also but in app not showing any card.
In Astropay website asking user name and password.
But in app asking mobile number so it not possible to connect my website purchased card to app.
Then i want to open two account?
And how to withdraw the my old card.
Nobody con’t understand your methods.
