I ordered medicine and doctor call me for prescription and say your order is approved but after 10 minutes my order is canceled. I call customer service for this and they say your order does not match with prescription i say its your doctor fault not me. They said for placed a new order. Pathetic experience.

I placed my first order with Flipkart health+ and the orders didn’t arrived until the evening of the delivery date so I have to call the customer support and raise a complaint. The same delay happened for the second order but when I finally received it, one of the product didn’t matched with my order so I went through the app to return the product but to my surprise there was no return option and secondly the order status was still not updated and was in the shipping phrase 24hours post delivery. The only option left was to contact the customer support and they said that your problem will be resolved within 24hours but its been 2days since then I haven’t received any call or mail from their side. Really pathetic and stupid customer support just imagine someone in emergency of some medicine but then the customer support says just wait for another 24hours. So please drop the idea of purchasing anything from this app as there are many better options available out in the market.

Well, it seems like Flipkart is selling electronic items instead. Delivery time of medicines changes frequently so you dont know whether they will deliver the medicine on the exact date or not. Not most of the but everytime the order reaches after the scheduled date. Hey people, medicines are the most essential item. If you can’t deliver them on time please dont take the order.

I think since sasta sunder has been taken over by flip kart service quality has been degraded largely. talk about medicine availability, money refund post order returns, order fulfilment duration, etc it has gone worse day by day. They don’t even care of customers.
Tata 1mg is far better and superior in all aspects and have been using same since while.

I have placed an order on 4th of Aug tolvat 15 along with other two medicines the order has been divided into two orders relating the different persons While ordering it is shown for four days of delivery(7th aug ) anyhow I thought they are giving discount and I have enough medicines for four days while other competitive services are providing equal discount and services within two hours or in the same day delivery I thought of giving a try because of FLIPKART the order will be delivered within the time one order has been delivered and another has not delivered yet I have raised a Complaint after waiting an whole day that delivery has been delayed there is no intimation that your order is getting delivered Or any valid reason for the delay customer care are saying that problem with the address unable to find it . I don’t know how come it will be a address issue while one order is delivered and another got delayed even though I waited for two days after their intimated time the customer care replying a simple answer the issue will be sorted within 24 hours but after that also there was no response again if you call the customer care regarding the complain they are saying the same reason the issue will be resolved within 24 hours it’s been one week still now the Medicine didn’t get delivered The one and only worst platform to purchase your medical needs if you are looking a patient to get worse waiting for medicines try to order here

Order- 20036732957. I ordered medicines from Healthkart by Flipkart. The delivery date promised was 22nd of July 2022. There is no tracking details. The Seller is from the same city so it’s a local seller and it would hardly take 1 hour for them to deliver the medicines. Its 24th July 2022 already and I called Flipkart and complained three times since 22nd July evening. Everytime the same explanation of putting my order on priority but there is no revert back after that. They have even refused to cancel my order and refund my money. I need the medicines and my money of Rs 3566 is stuck with them. No medicines and No refund. Instead when I called the Seller they asked me why didn't i order directly from them. I have been using this app for a while. The ease of placing and processing an order, availability of medicines, and delivery services were great—no complains, until now ie. In the recent interactions i observed the order processing has taken a turn for the worse. In fact I have concerns over medical data privacy and confidentiality uploaded while placing an order. One thought an established venture like Flipkart acquiring the app would elevate the services. Clearly that’s not the case and it’s clear that it’s time to explore other options, which are aplenty. I would reckon the pharmacy in one’s neighbourhood can offer better experience with its home delivery, availability of medicines, and discounts. No longer do i promote this app for its services, rather I would advice prospects against considering it for their medical and health needs. There are several better choices which safeguard your health & medical data while ensuring a smooth order placing and processing experience.

I placed an order on 5th July which contained a Duolin inhaler as well and post delivery I checked the product and the plastic wrap was not there and the inhaler packet was torn.
I have placed 2 service requests and each time the support team closed it saying they verified that the product was not packed like that. But they never bother to call the customer that is me in this case. This is like forcing your customers to accept the damaged products. What am I supposed to do in this case. Go ahead and use the damaged product or keep raising service requests.
This is a pathetic process of closing service requests by just putting random comments and not even taking confirmation from customer. Not done guys.
I placed a return and got a call from the seller saying the item is not returnable as well and he says I should keep raising service requests. What do you think your customers to be?

I ordered medicine worth INR 2000 using this app 2 weeks back for my mother. I had paid the amount using my credit card.
Medicine was delivered last week but one of the expensive meeicines was not there in the package. The package was opened in front of the deivery boy who agreed on the missing medicine. Based on his guidance, we logged a service request requesting Sasta Sundar to replenish the medicine. But the service request was closed stating there was nothing missing in the package. Multiple calls after that did not resolve the issue.
I request everyone not to pay upfront while ordering medicine using this app.

The app itself is bad. UI is very poor (like in early 2010s) and app crashes frequently. It asks for prescription even for medicines which do not require one officially! If that was not enough, it is against our privacy as the app can access all our photos by default i.e. app does not ask for permission to access photos and there’s no way you can disable it. I used to use this App earlier but I realised they’re , besides Prescription attached, more & more fussy on Doctors’ intricate details which hardly any patient knows, then how do I ! I got fed up by their queries datas. Deleted the Apps, even I stopped buying their daily use items. Fed up !!

Not for suitable iPhone se due to no back option in the SastaSundar apps
1. 1st I opened SastaSundar apps then open any one product then I move to home page but no option back button...!!

I try not to give rating of the app based on the service. But this app is as pathetic as the service provided by SastaSundar. Forget on time delivery, dates keeps getting changed but medicines do not get delivered. There is no option in the app to raise a complain. The feedback option in side drawer does not work. I could have lived with this sliggish app, but I cannnot certainly manage with the non functional app.

I pay for item listed as available and then I receive message that this item is not available,.....after payment is made??. SastaSundar promise us that they will refund but never does. This has happened to me multiple times. Also SastaSundar never deliver all the purchased item together. I receive it in multiple packets in over two days. THIS ALL LOOKS LIKE A ORGANISED RACKET!!

They can’t be able to deliver your medicines..though they cancelled the order of their own without any reason or they keep on delaying your order by saying two more days two more days .. order two times but dont recived medicines.
Try netmeds and pharmeasy much much better service as compared to SastaSundar.
Very bad service .

Very immature app particularly for iPhoneX. Medicine search space bar is located in uppermost portion of the iPhone screen, where touch is not working properly. Even ‘back’ button is not working properly.
But delivery system, originality of medicine are up to mark.
