It’s a mid app, I’m only using it cuz I have Fifa
It logs you out every single time you open the app despite pressing remember me.
The interface slow despite have a good phone and a good connection.
I also bought a player for a high amount of coins and the app then crashed and didn’t register my player but took my coins( I checked the store and club and duplicate storage).

EA are now stealing coins from us. After contacting them they still won’t return my coins. Never did anything wrong and punished without reason. Upon searching found out many people have suffered from this.

Just keep doing sbc it crashes on you. Change the card view type 2-3 time and it crashes. Add a player and try to remove the player it crashes. I mean there are just basic bugs kindly fix these and please address your QA pipeline!

The app crashes or hangs regularly. It can get extremely frustrating while completing SBCs because sometimes a couple of players are lost because of that. This app is not available for Nintendo switch players and I find that really sad because I have been playing FIFA for 5 years now on my switch and it should be available on all consoles.
(Ps: I think FIFA is really not giving any abilities to Nintendo players as there is barley any new features on FIFA for Nintendo users where as for Xbox & PlayStation users have many new features every year.)

Application - Navigation Error
Hi Team,
I hope this is an easy fix for you in The Companion App.
1 - Open the App
2 - Reach the Home Tab
3 - Select Squad Building Challenges
4 - Scroll to 3rd SBC under the all tab
5 - On the challenge tab you can see the task.
6 - Once you click the back arrow on the top of the screen to go back to All tab.
The software takes you to the top most task which is very annoying.
Sometimes you scroll all the way to the 12th challenge and check how your can complete it but once you back out without completing the task it takes you to the top most challenge &it very irritating to scroll the whole list again to find the challenge.
Hope this was a detailed description of the issue and hope you can solve it as it will increase the user experience on IOS device’s.

Great App But Crashes every 10-15mins
I use the app mainly for sbcs for which you need to do a lot of to and fro on your squad and the app for some reason cant handle it, it just freezes and crashes everytime and i have to restart the app everytime. Also before it crashes, the graphics goes for a toss, all the chemistry lines and the player face on the cards disappear. Would request EA to fix this issue or else there is no point using the app on the phone. Im using iPhone 11 pro max.

For the last two months, every time I open this app it used to get updated and wasted a lot of time but since last two weeks the app crashes every 5 mins of using it. Update the app to support 12.9 inch iPad Pro (2018)
The app works great all-round it’s just that there’s gaps on the corners of the 12.9 inch iPad Pro (2018) :the one with no home button.
Also, it would be great to have a live division rivals points update showing which rank we’re on in the app.
Surely, the screen resolution shouldn’t be much of a hassle to rectify so please do it with the next update and 5 stars are yours.

Fantastic companion second screen for your FIFA
Fantastic app. But the latest update broke the layout for iPhone 8 plus. The side bar layout is visible always like for iPad, which squeezes all the cards to totally unreadable.
Otherwise, it's a 5 star app. Waiting to get started after the preorder. I hope fifa19 brings a better search and sort for players particularly in FUT.

Leaderboard
The Leaderboard option which is there in the console can also be incorporated in this application. The information about players from different leagues and country shall also be added under the CLUB option in the application.

When compare button is used for a IF player it shows both IF and NIF version of the player. It is very irritating. Please address this issue.
