What's New in Version 2.5
This version includes:
LIVE CAPTURE
The new "Live Capture" feature lets you view the colours around you in real time. Simply point your device's camera at the colours you want to capture and tap Save. You can also lock the camera, letting you reposition the Loupe to capture colours more accurately.
MAGNIFIER LOUPE
The new Magnifier loupe makes it easier to see which colours you're capturing, right down to individual pixels. If you prefer the old way, you can toggle the magnifier on or off in the Capture Options pane.
TAGS
Tagging your colours is now much easier. The redesigned Tags view lets you add or modify the tags you've assigned to a colour.
SHARE AS IMAGE
You can now save and share a colour as an image. You'll find this new feature alongside the regular Share buttons in the app.
Also included:
- HKS color system added to "Related Colours".
- "Copy on Capture" setting copies newly saved colours to the clipboard automatically.
- Tagging your colours is now much easier. The redesigned Tags view lets you add or modify the tags you've assigned to a colour.
- OSA-UCS 74 and OSA-UCS 90 colour values added.
- Improvements to the "Metadata" view, particularly for viewing the source image.
- Improvements to the accuracy of colour temperature readings, including the addition of Duv value.
- Minor improvements to accessibility throughout the app, including support for larger fonts.
- Bug fixes and other minor improvements.
