I applied for new sim after current Lebara update. I am amazed ! At incredibly nominal charges, Lebara is providing amazing network coverage, plans and internet speed. The current LTE speed on my phone is 180mbps !!! Wow
Issue with bundle change option

There is an issue with bundle change option. When I click button it asks for credentials. And takes me to button again and if I click button after providing credentials, still it asks for credentials again.

two months ago, I bought a sim card from Lebara network. after that, I recharged my Lebara number through the iOS Lebara app. a few weeks ago the application stopped working and showing some error on login. somehow I tried to fix the problem. unfortunately the application still not working. we can only recharge our plan through from the web site. Please fix it

I finished my monthly package on 4th and unfortunately I had replaced my credit card for auto-pay. Application was throwing some error while paying from cards or paypal. I was not able to buy any plan because of this error. I don’t have outgoing or data to contact anyone and I couldn’t attend few interviews 🙁

Firstly, Auto renewal option must be offered in off position and not in on position. Some people may not notice it and hence activate it even though they do not wish to.
Secondly my 68£ was deducted for data consumption on 30 July 2018 even though I always keep my mobile data off and only use wifi for internet.
Ways to extract more money from customers should stop immediately.
