At the time of delivery if you try to return defective items they do not take it back and say to call some other department. E.g I’m my case the deodorant was not having the cap and on pressing look like the seal is also broken, however the person refuges to take it back and did not initiated the refund.
Ordering from DMart is like gambling as they will not take the product back, but they will still check/count the items at the time of delivery. What the point of checking the items if you can not take the defective one back at the time of delivery.

Dmart has been pocket friendly at times but not always
I have seen that quality of food product and fmcg items have been better when bought from outside stores. Dmart May have been negotiating very hard with FMCG companies and therefore their discounting and MRP structures are different. Also they send near expire food in deliveries which needs to be consumed quickly so I would honestly prefer to go to the stores and pick it up from the shelves instead of online buy.
They are not maintaining quality these days.
Honestly they have good staff though. So lot of scope for improvement ahead.

After placing an Order using UPI, the money is successfully debited from the account without any hassles but after a Few hours when we check the Order Status, I get a Payment failed - Order Cancelled message! At least Cancel the Order immediately so we can use another payment option or STOP Providing a defective Upi link if it’s not working… At least it will save us time and we can use other payment options.

There are many reasons for giving this rating. I have been loyal customer of Dmart but off late have experienced other competitors are doing much better in terms of providing service.
- same price and free home delivery.

Are you really serious for home delivery?
Because whatever time slots you are offering are all full and you are not giving any option for the customer to allow the shop to select time slot. You want the customer to keep on trying endlessly and all those time slots will remain full. That is why I conclude that you are really not serious for delivering the goods. It is just for namesake and for harassing the customers you have developed this app.

You can select items, then yes after lots of trials finally you get slot! You become happy and then you click to proceed the payment!! And there you start getting angry. App says you have ten mins to pay to avoid cancellation. And the payment page brings you nowhere in next ten minutes. It just keeps on circling looking for I don’t what. And you never arrive to payment gateway. And whatever in your cart just vanishes to empty. Pathetic app I have ever seen. (BTW same issue even on web browser) I wasted 15 days of sleep just to be awake till 12 by night to get the slot and never able to place order. Please pay to the better developers. Mr. Damani pay attention to your business or the day is no longer you will find better competition.

Appreciate all the help Dmart has provided during the Covid-19 situation by doing home delivery and also keeping their place hygienic and maintaining all standard protocols to prevent infections and at the same time keep the business running so people are well stocked.
But what happened now? By stopping home delivery are you saying we are out of Covid situation? And if so why do you have the app? Cause currently its a useless app on my phone which has nothing in it except the welcome screen telling me i can visit the nearest branch and buy from there.
Atleast you shud provide click n collect.

My sincere suggestion to D Mart is that if it’s not ready with its delivery strategy & infrastructure for online delivery mechanism, don’t even try getting into it. For the last 2 months, I haven’t been able to get a single delivery slot, neither at any your pick up points nor at home. Pls get your basics right before getting into online delivery system & pls pls do learn from your other competitors (like star quik, nature’s basket, Licious etc) who in my opinion are doing a terrific job. Pls don’t waster precious time of consumers who first spend an hour choosing & uploading a cart only to figure out there are no delivery slots, not even paid for delivery. And this is not a one-off, I have experienced this atleast two dozen times. Just simply stop online delivery service till u guys aren’t ready with your logistics & infrastructure.

I have placed an order 15 days ago.. I haven’t received the order yet.. I am continuously trying to reach dmart as well as customer care but the people over there are not receiving the calls.. neither any update is there on dmart app whether is is dispatched or when it will arrive.
Worst app ever I have ever used.. there is no customer care chat box neither they take some efforts to contact us for order placed/ delivery.
Uninstalling the app hereby and will suggest to others that it’s better to shop from other online apps who really care for their customers rattan than wasting time on this app.

The first experience of my entire life.. I order 28 products got only 20. There is no option of refund or call. I have no words for delivery guys, worst in behaviour . They are behaving really bad , at this pandemic we are asking for home delivery coz u people are providing that, we are not forcing u ,second after paying all the delivery charges still I have to go till chowk for delivery, first the guy was giving only cash option, and card , “madam cash rehta nhi to saman q kharidne ka” I asked him to polite and then he utter the sentence “Polite rehte ni aata maa baap ne sikhaya ni ,,.
Honestly it’s is the problem of dmart , I guess they are not giving proper training to delivery people. I have never experienced this kind of behaviour from a delivery . One more thing to add that they came 3 people without any gloves mask or any other precautions.
And I was not even allowed to count my products,.
Suggestion : Buy from the outlet rather than trusting on delivery.!!
Products are really good. But this kind of behaviour not exceptable

I have to mention that this app don’t have any update option on our order. Once you order something on this app no update on that order. Order cancelled or delayed nothing is updated on this app.
Developers of this app must included this feature in every app.
I have ordered some products a week ago still no update on that. We don’t know that the order getting delivered or not.
I would give minus (-) stars to this app and app developers.

I am Dmart regular consumer since 6-7 years. Currently I am ordering some grocery using Dmart Ready app more than week due to COVID-19 situation. Every time some products are unavailable as well as difficult to getting time slots this is worse experience. And item price also increases after adding the products in cart which is very bad experience. I am requesting you in this situation please don’t play with human emotions. We are seeing that Dmart is the only company which is servicing and help people to get out in this worse situation. Please do the needful.

i think DMART is huge brand in india at-least mumbai but kind of service we got this even locking at lockdown by any standard is worst u visit the shop people behaves like we are there to takeit free abhi nahi baad me aao samjhta nahi hai kya ..... such language... that in bhayander west.... when i ordered a grocery i ordered A and got B. i asked dal it's okay u don't have but u can't balance daal with sugar... i ordered daal 2 kg and sugar 5 kg instead of daal i got 10 kg sugar... mere ko batao sugar ka Daal banega ka hum kya Rahul gandhi hai poteto se gold bana lenge... nahi is fine bcoz minimum billing is 1000 kuch bhi bheh diya waste of money i really hope u guys take some action...

I placed the order 1st time and delivery guy came without my order. I followed back for the same order for another 2 days with delivery guy itself and he said that your order is missing from dmart. So they didn't even bother to re prepare my order not even to inform. So after following up with the delivery guy as there is no customer care contact available I placed another order. That took 4 days understand the lockdown situation which they dont, and received only half of my order that was again not exactly what I ordered. So it was a total waste of money time and yes they are mentally harassing customers in this lockdown. I cant even return those useless stuffs😡

I have been shopping from DMart since a long time and never had any problem there.
Because of the current situation, ordered from their app twice (after trying hundred times to place an order and get an available slot). I ordered first on 3rd May and the available slot was of 7th May. Till 11th of May I didn't get my order and there was no communication from their side whatsoever. I even tried contacting the store, customer vare but all in vain. Then I again placed an order on 12th May and the delivery slot was 13th May. Today some lady called me to tell me that my order is cancelled as they're out of stock. i asked her about my previous order and she said "woh toh nikal gayi ab delivery date" and that we always call, it's your fault you didn't pick up and literally started arguing with me.
I get that you're working hard to deliver tje orders but atleast have a better system of communication and update on the app if items are out of stock. And please teach your employees to be more respectful.
Literally waited 10 days to get my order and received nothing! Never ordering from their app again!

App is well design and no pendemic to find items, items are well differentiated to place order. So i have a big thumbs up 👍to avenue supermarket and team.

I have ordered twice from d mart and hardly few things have been received from my order and that too with price variations. Please update the app and software for correct inventory. You are taking orders for the things which you don’t hv in stock and price updates have not been made too. They are charging delivery charges also with all the orders whether they are able to deliver only a partial order that too only 4-5 items out of 30. I can understand D mart is trying hard to get essentials available to needy people but it can be better with few updates.

They have given a date and I have waited for its arrival. I did not receive on the date of delivery mentioned in the app. Still, I waited for two more days, but I could not see anything on the app mentioning the delay or any postponement of the delivery date. Atleast if they have had communicated the status, I would have made an alternate arrangement.
I could not find it useful all the three times I tried to order and did not receive my order or could not even know it’s status. But I appreciate the efforts they have made in this panic times thinking they would have catered some people needs atleast, I don’t know.

If there was any possibility of negative stars I would have for sure done it.
This app merely seems like a grocery game. It allows you to select the groceries to a certain quantity. You can finalise your cart and confirm the slot for delivery of your cart items.
But as in game apps, those things actually don’t get delivered right! Same applies here. Neither of the items get delivered to you even if you select a valid time slot, nor are you communicated by any means about the delay in delivery if any. On top of that, one will find the customer care number busy on another call and on trying again in just few seconds later, it just keeps ringing and nobody is answering your calls.
Stop fooling around people amidst the crisis situation.
Lastly, one of the most pathetic and falsified app ever came across.

Been trying to place an order since the last one week. First, no delivery slots were available.
And when I finally got lucky and found a delivery slot available, the app kept crashing after reaching the ‘Proceed to payment’ page. Spent one hour trying to place an order and in the end, all the slots were full!! This is extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially at times like this when online delivery is the only option for most people.
Pathetic app!! Whoever’s made this app for them clearly knows NOTHING about app development. Very very disappointed.

I love D Mart for their products and services when i visit the store.
At the outset i thank D Mart for making this app for home delivery of basic necessities. I have some queries which i dont know when and who will reply. I am sure all would be having this basic problem
Why am I not getting a delivery slot since past 5 days ?
What’s the use of making an app and also making the consumer / customer making an order, putting in cart and not getting a delivery slot ?
Why dont you accept the orders and give a date of maybe 4 to 5 days latter. Let customer decide if it acceptable or no. Why are you not providing the slots ?
Providing slot if your duty and accepting or rejecting is our duty.
If orders and delivery cannot be taken care by such a giant D MART then it better to cancel the app
Hence for me this app is horrible since its not giving me any delivery slot. I am sure many many many must be facing the same problem.

Honestly, I appreciate that these people are trying hard to provide utilities and essentials to people around specially in these difficult times. Also, I understand everything can’t be served in due time based on the slots picked for delivery.
But, atleast communicate that there is a difference in planned delivery date and actual delivery date, or atleast reply to customer care calls and mails. I understand the delay, but till when I should rely on it, or should I consider it cancelled & order from somewhere else; etc. I placed an order with a delivery date of yesterday, but not received any communication of what is the status of order yet. I have tried all modes to connect to Dmart but in vain.
I understand things in hand & don’t mind the delay but atleast communicate the changes in delivery dates, etc. so as to plan the further purchase or usage accordingly.

I mean seriously, I spent like 2 hours to order something, the app kept crashing. Everytime I tried adding something to cart, it crashed. Somehow I added few very essential things to cart, then adding address was a nightmare. And after doing all that, by the time I could come to select slot and address, all slots got full (earlier the slots were available, thanks to this pathetic app, I lost the slot). So after wasting more than 2 hours, I am yet still unsuccessful in putting order.
Guys, seriously.. the world and technology are so advance, you are not able to sort out a app. You guys have wonderful service in stores, what happened to you when it comes to #digital India. Now I am not even sure if I should put an order, for that matter they may get crash while doing payment, and I loose my money as well as time.

To be honest its one of the worst apps i have come across..
it keeps crashing. To edit items in your kart takes way too many efforts..the deleted items keep on reappearing. Once you finalise the list in kart (which took me like 2 hours) with immense patience, you are greeted with series of abrupt closures and errors.. then suddenly your kart is empty. You simple cannot make payment. After two days of relentless efforts i have given up..
All in all a useless app... dmart you are brilliant grocery store but lets face it you need to make this thing at least work to live up to your reputation!!

2) Shopping cart shows empty while trying to proceed to checkout if the number of items are high
Apart from this, there are no options for additional payment methods and once placed you cannot seem to edit your order or cancel it even immediately after placing it. The customer call center is also non responsive.
