I purchased so many clothes from Ajio i was not extremely happy about the quality of the product because some dresses are completely different in real from the picture they display but i was at-least happy that when i wash colour wont just go out and fade immediately..but the one dress that I purchased recently was totally a trash because all the paint and colour went away and I'm not even able return it because i removed its tag and threw with the confidence on Ajio clothes ..Feel very sad because that dress was more priced than rest of the dresses I purchased...🙁

Return for a product was supposed to happen on Nov 2nd 2021, but picked up another wrong product on Dec 9th, 2021 by their agent Xpressbee. Spoke to around 15+ people from AJIO customer care but none can solve it. Even the managers give false commitment. No refund for what was picked up & the product that shows picked up in the app is lying with me. Pathetic. Worst part is I need to repeat the whole story from scratch as there’s no proper entry in their system. Very unorganised. Never buy from AJIO. The pickup agent says this is common issue with them.

I ordered a sweatshirt from AJIO and I had ordered XXL when the package comes it comes with a small size I said okay mistakes happen but then when I applied for an exchange these guys come over and deliver yet another small size are your shipping guys uneducated can’t they tell difference between small and a XXL and to put the cherry on the cake you don’t even have a customer care someone to talk to just a toll free number on which one can only get info not get their problems resolved. Unable to reach customer care since a long time. Even if someone responds I have to take the pain of explaining the problem from the start. Nobody keeps track of the complaint. They start asking basic information every time and the worst part is that they ask 48 hours for resolution time and again, which by the way stays in resolved. If you are an outsider from the reliance group, better not register your mobile number or else your number is as good as in the open market where you receive calls from loans, insurance, digital marketing firms, etc. Boasting to be richest company in India but worse than a snail in terms of service. If you face any issue with the app you can forget it as it at least gives you peace of mind.

The Return and Refund Policy of the Ajio team is just not satisfactory. I have been continuously trying to place a return request of a product from my end but the same is not being picked up by the ajio delivery boy. But everyday i received a message that due to my denial, the product was not picked up. But i never received any call regarding that. Despite several complaints and emails , my issue is yet not resolved. After 2 months of struggle , finally my product was picked up but the refund has not been initiated yet. When i lodged a complaint against this, the Ajio executive herself could not find out the problem and the return request in their system as many return requests were created from their end. She advised me to mail to the customer care mail id but even there also i didnot receive any response. Now i an trying to contact ajio team but they are not receiving mt call.
What kind of policy does the Ajio has?
Is this the policy to show how the customers can be fooled .

I hate the services being provides by Ajio but more than the app i hate the Customer Support. I have ordered a night suit on 19th,21 Nov and in the app it showed delivery date as 30th Nov,21 but it didn’t got delivered on time inspite of raising compliants multiple times on the app there has been no response still. Now the product status shows delivery delayed and dates for shipping & delivery are striked off in the app and there is no update from Ajio in the app or in msgs. Each time i raise a request, I would just get a msg: compliant raised but nobody ever resolved. But the height was today when i called up a customer support( Kalki Upadhyay) for resolution and he told me he can’t help me and is not doing a job of helping me fulfil my wishes and that it is not his job to get the resolution., he can only raise complaint not resolve it and I should better wait for a week-ten days for backend to give the resolution, when i told I’m recording the call he told yes record it he isn’t scared if not anyone. I got angry and told him I will complaint about his misbehaviour he had the guts to tell me Do whatever you wish to & He is not scared of anything or anyone”. I’m left with no option but to write this complaint every where hoping some action will be taken against the person and my product will be delivered asap.

UI looking and navigation looking good. Experienced the new kind of UI other than the usual ones now a days. All good, but experienced few below snags.
1. Product full details like colour not showing after placing order in order page. I felt it’s a major one to address asap because user should be able to his product full details at any time in order page to revalidate what he ordered.
2. App rebooting if switches between other apps frequently. It’s annoying since user view is vanishing and starting from beginning.
3. Limiting the wish list.
Overall experience good. If AJIO address the above asap then user experience will be great enough.

I always had a good experience with Ajio however in my last experience I ordered a lot of things from their app. Many of the items weren’t upto the quality standards or the sizes mentioned were incorrect and one of the Vero Moda trouser that I had ordered had the magnetic security tag attached to it. I was shocked with the experience and tried to make return requests of 3-4 item right from the time I received the order. However my app showed me that the order was out for delivery even when the order was delivered to me and hence I couldn’t place my return request. I raised several complaints on the app and attached pictures of the same, after 2-3 days the app would notify saying that the issue is resolved however in reality the issue never got resolved. I tried raising complaints several times. I even tried to contact their customer care but got no response from the other end. I am extremely shocked and saddened by the experience. Never expected it. I would like to bring it to everyone’s attention that DO NOT SHOP FROM AJIO. THEIR TEAM IS NOT RESPONSIVE. It is a waste of time and money.

Have been trying to get in touch with the customer care and inspite of several emails you will receive an automated email with no action taken. It takes ages to return and item and get it replaced, for an instance I have requested for an exchange of an item wherein i have ordered a XS but they delivered L and they repeated the same thing again and now when I requested to return the item they aren’t bothered to pick the item and refund the money and when I checked the status it shows the amount has been refunded, is this a joke have no clue how organised they are. This is really frustrating to follow up on the same thing and this is not the first time previously they did the same things when requested for return the item was never picked and it’s still lying with me. The customer service provision is so pathetic. I had an issue with my product return and had called them multiple times. Each time i had to explain the whole issue (which was already complex) and they used to listen to it and at last used to put my call on hold. Nobody responded satisfactorily and my issue has never been resolved nor is my money been refunded.
The products and delivery part of the app is to the mark but once you have an issue and once you need assistance from customer care, everything goes downhill.
Even is the problem cant be resolved, the least a customer expects is an answer from their side, be it positive or negative. But the only thing you get in return is your call kept on HOLD forever!

There’s a bug in the app which is not allowing me to return a product. I have been literally chasing the customer service for quite awhile now to help me with placing a return request. They have been terribly weak at their job, very unresponsive, don’t understand the query correctly and respond even after sharing screenshots and screen recordings, and nobody is responsibly willing to help. The product’s return date is already due now. I am left with no option but to keep it as no one’s helping me out. I would recommend others to be mindful of these things while ordering from Ajio as you might face these kind of repercussions sometimes. Myntra’s app and service on the other hand are top-notch and completely trustworthy. Not just Myntra, there are apps like LBB, Nykaa Fashion, Tata Cliq, etc. that are underrated but extremely reliable. So go for those over Ajio. Hope this helps.

I ordered a product whose description of size on the website was wrong but the customer care executive guided me choose the right size. When I found it was a bigger size, I wanted to exchange it for a smaller size and then began frequent calls to customer care executives and emails and what I used to receive was a pre formatted email that if you wish to return or exchange, please login on the website and use the self help process. On the website it would give me a new resolution date each time. I have been pursuing this for a month now and still they have not returned or exchanged the product. Needless to say the stress I went through of being tricked by the customer care executives and people who manage the website. Have been a customer for a long time , probably since the start . Never faced this issue earlier .
The delivery guy is not ready to accept return and the customer executive doesnt answer calls or reply to my mails. I order a pair of sunglasses and had to return due to size issue. Could not do so since some issue on the tag number . Also have not received refund for another product that i had returned . The executive collected product almost a week ago and on the app it still shows pending. Higly disappointed with the service lately. Respond to my mails and calls as soon as possible or i will have to complaint with the consumer court or take matters on social media . I have been shopping from Ajio since 2017, when it was launched. And now 95% of my clothes and footwear are from Ajio. I have stopped shopping from the local market also because ajio offers good quality and branded products at more cheaper prices than the local market also. They have very trendy and good products at a very low price. Ajio never ever disappointed me. Their return and refund policy is also good. Now I’m like a pro shopper because of ajio. I recommend ajio every person I know. But now a days people are complaining about ajio. But I haven’t faced any problem till now except from sum bugs during AJIOMANIA SALE. I ordered a gold nose pin from them it just looked unreal..after that i placed a return order with them its almost one week today..my item even got picked up by their delivery person..I didn’t receive any prior message call or mail...i handed over the package to him..but still now there is no update for the refund..The customer care service is just pathetic they don’t take calls and never reply your mails..the package got picked up day before yesterday and now they are saying the details didn’t match..then how come the delivery person took that package?? Even you can’t talk to the delivery person directly..i am not able to speak to him so i can at least get the packet back from him and file the return again..It’s almost a week im in trouble and these people are not responding.

I will always recommend not to order from this app because of the below reasons which I have faced
1 ) order was not deliver on time which was delayed 7 to 10 days I was supposed to gift it to someone because of the delay I failed to present the gift
2) the order which was delivered was fully damaged because of water. entire bag was full of water I don’t have options to upload the pictures.
3) To contact customer service there is no option on mails you guys never reply it’s just system generated mails. And we are trying to reach you then will have to wait for more than 30 to 45 min and after complaining you guys never comeback to resolve the issues on the last call one guy helped me for the delivery and after complaining multiple times I received the order after 4 day ( after raising complaints more than 15 times )

Hi I have been ordering stuff from quite a time now from AJIO and honestly telling you it’s not worth when it comes to sale or delivery of sale items. I have order a jogger along with a jack and jones pair of jeans and just to grab extra discount, I have clubbed my order with pair of socks unnecessary. My puma jogger’s got deliver on time with pair of socks but as the jogger fitting was not got so I decided to exchange but now my size was not available so I have to return it. Now awaiting for my jeans which was suppose to get deliver on 15th of July finally on 22nd July they canceled the order on their own saying we don’t have this product from particular warehouse. I have called customer care and complained that it’s still available on your website so please just replace my order as I have not cancelled it but they disagree and ask me to re order at a higher price. Wow so easy to con people for AJIO, I would better stick with my Myn** rather than spending money on your website just to get it refund later on.

In the history of online shopping, I’ve faced a worst experience with ajio customer service ever. There is no option of talking to the customer service on phone. There is only an option through mail, they also don’t reply even beyond 48 years. I ordered 4 quantity of the product but I only got 3, I initiated the return request because of the missing product. Return request was accepted and the product was picked up by the pick up agent but he didn’t updated my refund then he called me next day saying I can’t update your return as there is less quantity. He said, You’ve to give me the whole product. If I get the less quantity, is this my fault? From where I would return the missing product? Also when the pick up agent returned my product next day, the package was tempered, there was no bill outside and inside the package.
I’ve tried contacting the customer support 5-6 times but didn’t get any response so far.
I would say this is the worst experience of my life.

I have had worst experience with this app. My money is still stuck in ajio wallet, I can’t transfer it to my bank account nor can I use it in other purchase. I can’t sign in to my ajio account because all otp goes to my phone number which I lost when my phone was theft. I don’t understand what is the use of providing email id if I don’t receive my otp in my mails. I understand they are doing it for security purposes but what are you? Some bank account or what? I don’t understand how to retrieve my 1700 something money back from ajio, in some way it is a thievery. Also their resis worst, I always receive auto feed replies, it seems they don’t care to solve their customers problems, their product being sold is all they care about. As long as you buy a product and do not return for valid reason they seems to be good but when you decide to return due poor quality or small size of the product that’s when their poor services starts. Below is my personal experience;
1. Bought a t-shirts for 8 years old, to be safer side ordered 9-10 years one.
2. When the product came we found out the size is too small against being labelled as 9-10.
3. We decided to exchange for next size but it was not available.
4. Finally we decided to return, the pickup person came picked up the product and left.
5. After 3 days the pickup person came and said there was some technical issue in the label hence could not complete the return.
6. He returned the product to me to try again after some days. Even after passing the 10 days from previous pickup, I am not getting the option to return the same item instead it saying they will attempt the pick again which never happened after first one.
7. Now the final return exchange date is near unable to contact the customer care over phone as well.
8. Called thrice, till IVR everything is fine but the moment you choose to talk to customer care they will warn you for high wait time due to Covid.
9. In each call, I waited 10 mins but nobody picked the phone call.
Note: I suggest not to purchase anything from their site, poor quality and pathetic service.

App crashes and opens to home page each time on minimising

The app refreshes you to the home page whenever you minimise the app or navigate to a different app. Even while placing orders. It happened to me twice. One time when I was at the payment gateway page and I minimised the app to copy the OTP from my messages and when I returned to the app, it opened on the home page. Another time I used the UPI option and moved to GooglePay to authenticate the payment request, on successful payment transaction when I returned to Ajio app, it opened on the home page again and the items were still in my cart, the money got deducted but I did not receive an offer confirmation until a couple of hours later.
It is also a very bad browsing experience because when you leave the app for a moment in the middle of browsing through a particular category and when you come back it takes you to home page rather than where you left it.

I have ordered kurti through this app, during the lock down situation they itself cancelled my order, i received an sms notified that my amount will be refund in 4 working days. But, i waited for more than 2 months still i haven't receive the amount from the ajio. When i contacted customer care team so many times they are said that they have transferred the amount but they cannot provide me the transaction num, even i have mailed my bank statements till date more than 3 times i never, get any response from the team. They are so constitent in providing bad services to their customer. They always excel at it. They are literally thief who is going to hoard your money like it their. And when you gonna ask for it they won’t reply back. You can’t even call them because they don’t provide any calling services if they will like, which happens verily rarely, they will call you but they won’t give you the opportunity to call them. Because who are you? Just a small customer. There is literally no negative star to rate otherwise I would have literally rated them in negative. It’s my second review for them related to same refund problem. I feel they think we won’t refund the money for a month or 2 then they will forget about it and like this they may be able to earn a lot. It’s almost two months since I have returned my product to ajio, but I still haven’t received a single penny from them. A very poor service. Whenever I try to email them, they tell me they’ll give me a solution after a week, and even after that they aren’t able to provide me a solution. Their customer service never picks up the call. Customer call executives just cut the call whenever they want. A very pathetic service honestly. I never thought it would come to this.
I was a pretty regular customer of Ajio but whatever they are doing is making me regret shopping on this. I have been a loyal customer of Ajio for many years now and it is indeed sad that I am writing a bad review for them. But my recent transaction with them has left me with no other option. I tried placing an order on Ajio app. The amount got debited and no order was placed. I contacted the customer service and was told to wait for 48 hours to receive the refund. However, it has been almost 5 days now and they’re not taking any accountability for my money. They’re not responding to my mails or calls. The bank says that the transaction was successful. I have received no correspondence from Ajio. This is very unconvincing. The customer service agents are very rude. They disconnect your call while you’re still speaking. I am highly disappointed. I LOVE THIS APP! I was a bit apprehensive initially because of all the negative reviews I’ve read but honestly, personally, I have nothing to say other than good things! The catalogue is trendy and different to what is offered by other sites, the prices are reasonable and the delivery time is quicker than expected! That being said, I do wish some improvements can be made to the app in general. For example, the limit for how many items we can wishlist/add to bag at one time is unnecessarily stringent. Also, when you move from this app to another, it reboots - meaning you lose all the progress you made in terms of navigation. Although, while not necessarily a problem, AJIO would benefit greatly by adding a proper makeup category! Because at the moment one has to switch to another app for makeup. Once these issues are resolved I think AJIO will very well become my go-to fashion shopping app!

I returned an item 25 days back. When I requested for returning the product, they dint ask me for my account details. After 10 days of pick up, they credited that money in AJIO wallet. It says it is transferable to bank account. I dint see any button where I could transfer my money. After I waited for a week,
I had to call customer care 4 times and mail them to enable IMPS. They enabled IMPS and I waited 2 days for money to reflect in my account. I called them again, they said IMPS failed and they would enable IMPS again. I waited another day after submitting request to transfer money to my account. I called customer care again. They said transaction failed and they asked my account details so that they could NEFT.
I have no faith in them. I think they just want to keep my money and money of so many other customers for investments and to earn interests. I know they’ll keep doing some or other non sense and just keep lot of customers’ money with them for long periods. And going to consumer forums and resolving the issue will take time. So, I request whoever is reading this review, not to order from AJIO and waste your valuable time and money. They won’t refund your money soon if you return the product.

Hands down the worst and most fraudulent online shopping site on earth! Worst service. Firstly the order took more than a month to deliver. The size was way too small (unclear size charts) and when I requested return, the whole drama for a month started. Everyday i got an sms that the order will be picked up today but nobody ever came. I am talking about the AJIO app, when I downloaded and login it’s took record from shop( previously I purchased in Trends ) data base, I ordered couple of dress and I updated my phone number as well with the order. But today I can see tracking history it’s showing Mobile not reachable, when I check in app, it’s showing some old phone number, I don’t know how can they keep their old record even I updated and entered my current number. Then I try to update phone number, after enter otp I can edit mobile number again it’s validating phone number here is the problem, to enter otp number key board is opening but it’s not closing once done, there is no other choice to do there!!! I have been regularly shopping from Ajio since 2016 and have never faced any issues in reference to delivery, returns or refund. It’s a really good platform for online shopping and has a good customer service too.
I recently had a mix up with the delivery address and I could successfully cancel and reorder the exact same items to the correct address and also got a refund for the originally ordered items within a span of a week.
Really appreciate the effort! Looking forward to shop some more with them!

The service is pathetic, we had ordered for around 11k, and this is not the first time we have ordered but due to size issue had to return a t-shirt and I have followed up for more than 2 months but never got any refund. The customer executives are sucha liers firstly we have to wait for more than 30 mins for them to connect the call and then pathetic response by customer care, no person has any solution for our problem and all sound confused.. they’ll do all the drama but not give your money.. after calling 10 to 15 times and getting frustrated they send us a mail without even calling that they were unable to reach and our order was wrongly billed and there is no refund process since it was wrongly billed it will be adjusted. You think we are fools? We have already been fooled by trusting you at first place but not again we will inform as many people as possible to not fall prey for this every again. I used to order a lot from ajio. I had a sizing issue with one of the orders, I requested for a return. Delivery guy picked it up and misplaced it. When I called customer care they apologised and assured to give a refund. Initially they admitted it to be a mistake on their end. The complaint would get assigned to Multiple teams and they would call every other day and after repeating the same story numerous times at the end they just said nothing can be done. after many months and multiple complaints. I have been a frequent buyer since 2019, and never had I requested for return of any of the items I boughten , as I was okay with whatever I received until my recent two orders. One got returned after nudging, calling and complaining the AJIO team a zillion times, it was returned successfully after a month maybe. Now, they are not willing to pick up the second item. I tried calling the customer care, wrote emails, etc. They responded saying the issue has been resolved and I checked my order section to place a return request again only to find that the return window of that particular order has been closed. Now, I have no option but to keep the useless shirt that I didn’t like. Thanks for not being so helpful!!

I ordered 7 items on 19th July, expected delivery by 27th July. Only 1 of the 7 items gets delivered on 24th July, the others cancelled on the day of delivery. The reason, there was an immediate shutdown ordered on 21st July. Why was not the ordered cancelled on the same day. We were trying if somehow we could deliver. When i said i am ready to wait for another month as i had converted the amount to emi already, we don’t know if we can deliver by then, i said i am ready to wait for 2 months, we are sorry sir i what i get. Asked them where this warehouse is, sorry sir we cannot inform you for security reasons. Amount still not refunded. Have faced similar issues with their courier partner, they leave it to you to make all the calls to them, because from their end they have dispatched, now it is your headache to do the rest.

I am highly disappointed by ajio’s return/refund policies. I wanted to return a pair of shoes that i bought from ajio. It’s been almost a month now, noone came to pick the product. I placed an order today, the amount for which got deducted and the order did not get placed. Nobody replies to the uncountable mails you send them. And on top of that, their only contact number that’s available everywhere is also wrong. Even the developer who has responded to the reviews has also given the same number that doesn’t dials. Totally Unprofessional and Impertinent Call Center

Sad they don’t have negative ratings, I had placed multiple orders some 13 14 days back and except for 1 none have come through, the website does not help in tracking the delivery and while calling the call centre and after being made to wait for more than 12 mins am asked to call back again after some time as their servers are not working, and when I ask them on why can’t I get a call back rather than to wait again for 15 20 mins trying to get thru am told to behave, and the call center guy (Madhu) is curt and bold enough to misbehave with me.
If AJIO continues like this pretty soon it to becomes an ALSO RAN portal. Even the quality of clothes are not much to crow about, the gimmick of high pricing mediocre quality clothes and giving 50 or 60% discounts may not get you repeat and loyal customers.
So Long AJIO

I thought highly of this app till one incident changed my entire perception. I got a piece of clothing which was worn inside out as if someone had freshly worn it and thrown it and not only that the price tag was torn !!!!! I immediately put a return request but the delivery boy didn’t take it . I contacted the customer care and again a return request was made . But again the delivery boy refused to collect that piece of clothing from . This happened 2 times again after that !!! So I made 4-5 return attempts but to no avail . There no proper coordination between delivery people and the customer care . The delivery people have their own rules and the AJIO people have their own rules. I had to bear the brunt of this pathetic service of AJIO . Now I’m stuck with the clothing which was worn and did not have a price tag .
Thanks AJIO for wasting my money.
Really disappointed.

Order isn’t getting placed but money is debited

I used to live the app because of how easy it was to find stuff. The quality and variety of the products is amazing. I used to frequently shop from Ajio. Until recently I started facing an issue with the app. I tried placing an order, first through upi. Around 10 days back I tried placing an order , twice, my account was debited but order wasn’t placed. So I tried to used another phone and and account, and did a COD. I finally could place an order. Yesterday I assumed the issue would’ve been sorted so I tried placing an Order again. My account was debited but the order wasn’t placed. Second time I tried placing it with my card directly. I faced the same issue again. My money was deducted but the order wasn’t placed. I tried reaching the customer care and they asked me to place an order through the site. I did that, and again my money was deducted but the order wasn’t placed. I even tried to do a COD but the order was just not getting placed. Please fix the issue because it’s getting really annoying now.

I would like to rate ajio and their service negative star if possible. I placed an order of puma shoes on their app. I got shoes in bigger size so i raised a return request. after raising the return request some delhivery guy came and i would like to mention here that he is such an unprofessional, rude and arrogant person. He started yelling at me and keep saying its a wrong product as it doesnot contain some order sticker. I called on ajio customer care then their executive told me that “yes puma shoes comes without order sticker”. Why ajio is creating problem and inconvenience to their customers. That delhivery guy cancelled my pickup. Now i am waiting for the pickup of their shoes plus my refund. To shop from them is such a nightmare for me. So horrible experience with them finger crossed for my refund i want my money back as soon as possible. I will never ever gonna shop from them again in my lifetime.

This is the worst customer care I’ve ever seen . Irrespective of the issue , they’ll start with okay , no problem ,ending with , sorry , we don’t have access to that !! . I frequently shop in ajio since the last year . Once , I had to return a shirt which I bought for my dad . After returning the short , the customer care says shirt went missing which has been properly sent by the courier partners with specific AWB number . So ajio accepted their mistake and when it’s time for the refund , the customer care will say its not their issue and investigation department’s . If you request to add them , they don’t have access , investigation department calls you once in every three days , listens to the whole story and they say they’re concerned which means you’ll be getting the same call forever . They’ll be concerned to call you once in 3 days but least bothered about the refund . And when it comes to the coupon , it’s a big scam . They you’ll be getting this for only this much before adding to cart ... and then , it’s a total different story . Only an expert who know all the algorithms can buy reasonably and rest 90% will have to fall for the scam

iPhone 10s app not working

The app is just not working on my iPhone 10s, it says something went wrong and doesn’t open at all. I have 12.3 version OS. I loved their website and downloaded the app this was supposed to be my first buy and app isn’t working and website (opened in iPhone safari ) the issue was when I click on a product from a list of say women wear and then either add it to bag or just decide to come back the previous page would come to some position in the start .. all my scrolling would be just waste, would prefer when I click back it just comes to the product which I had clicked. The products were cheapest and good but this experience is pretty annoying

I have had an awful experience with ajio.
Took them 2 weeks to arrange pick up
20 emails to refund the money. They put the money in my ajio account despite telling otherwise and sending emails with bank details! Again, when I did try to use the ajio balance, order would not go through! So I had to raise complaint to put money back in my account which I haven’t received even after writing multiple calls. Customer care representative are not responsible and absolutely useless with no solution at all. Took me 40 minutes of phone call for them to transfer my call to their supervisor! Despite all the promises and big words, no refund came! When insisted on talking to manager, supervisor took 50 minutes to transfer my call!!!! And money still hasn’t come yet!!!! I’m disgusted with their attitude and service! Never again would buy from ajio!!! Bunch of retards looting people’s hard earned money!!
