No dispatch no accountability even after order is confirmed

I ordered jacket.it got confirmed next day, for next 7 days absolutely silence, order hasn’t dispatched neither got an order delay information. After calling and waiting for their customer care to pick up my call which never happens I requested to receive call within 4 hrs again absolute silence I called again they didn’t picked again same process. Now the other day my order is cancelled and refund is initiated. Absolutely unacceptable.

Do not trust the prices or discounts you see on TataCliq. They will lure you in with a good deal, take your money, and then cancel your order whenever it suits them. Save yourself the headache and shop on platforms that actually respect their customers and honor their commitments.
I had an absolutely pathetic experience with TataCliq. I placed multiple orders for items at their listed price, received the order confirmations, and my payments went through successfully. Instead of shipping the products, TataCliq arbitrarily cancelled ALL of my orders without my consent. NEVER EVER ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN!

Missing products

I ordered two Apple 20W adapters but only one arrived, despite there being two bills in the package. Tata CLiQ’s customer support has not resolved the issue and claims both items were delivered. Horrible experience.

Absolutely horrible experience! I ordered one pair of shoes and received TWO completely different shoes in DIFFERENT sizes. This is basic quality control, and the company failed miserably.
I have already returned the product after struggling through multiple return attempts, but the customer support team has been completely useless and unhelpful. Instead of resolving the issue quickly, they keep making excuses and wasting my time. I still haven’t received my refund.
To make things worse, the packaging was terrible — the box arrived completely damaged, showing zero care for customers or products.
This has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. Wrong product, poor packaging, endless return issues, delayed refund, and pathetic customer service. Never ordering from this app again. Avoid if you value your money and peace of mind.

The recent sms sent was very offensive. How can you send that a customer is approved to buy??? Be very careful with your choice of words.

Order for one lower track pant on 27.03.2026, expected delivery was 31.03.2026. The tracking shows ‘ packed and shipped on 28.03.2026. After they continuously changed expected delivery from 31.03 to 01.04, 02.04 and 04.04 2026, 06.04.2026 and 08.04.2026 But tracking still showed ‘ shipped on 28.02.2026. There is no further development in the tracking system. The newer response to the complaint and their mobile response service is such a hellacious and disturbing you can never understand. My first order Experience

I had a very disappointing experience with Tata CLiQ.
I ordered Apple 3.5mm wired earphones, and at the time of purchase it showed a delivery timeline of 4 days. However, the product was delivered after 6 days (location: Bangalore), which itself was frustrating.
The bigger issue started after delivery. When I opened the package and tested the earphones, the mic and volume controls were not working at all. I immediately contacted customer support expecting a quick resolution, but the response was extremely unsatisfactory. I was told to visit an Apple store and get the product repaired, even though I had just received a defective item.
After a long discussion, they finally shared a link asking me to upload product images and the invoice. I submitted everything as requested, but since then there has been no response or follow-up from their side.
Overall, this was a poor experience—delayed delivery, defective product, and lack of proper customer support. I expected much better service and accountability.

The first order i made, they marked the package delivered without any OTP without even delivering it to me, office was closed , not even security guards were there, and they simply didn’t accept it. Fraud company. Horrible experience

I purchased GIVA silver jewellery but later realized the product rating was 1. I cancelled the product and placed another order but later realized the app denied to cancel the first order despite of the fact that i cancelled it within 30min of placing the order.
Finally i decided i will check both the product and keep the one which is better . Now one bangle had a faulty lock and keeps opening and falling. And another bangle was too loose for me

First the app said someone will call me within 1 business day to reciew the return
That call didnt come till late in the evening next day
The executive who called me said she is sending me a mail on which i should share pictures of the product and certificate of authenticity and what not

Tata CLiQ doesn’t have any hold on their delivery partners

I ordered woodland sandals and due to size issue I need to return the product as correct size is not available to replace. I have made the return request and support team told me that it will be completed in 3 days. The delivery partner guy may be jot willing to come and pickup the product he is simply updating the status as return unsuccessful not able to reach customer, which was not true and even I tried calling his number which I got through the delivery partners message about pickup attempt got no response for my calls and simply marked it as unsuccessful. Following up with customer support over calls but I didn’t see any proper action, they simply asking me to wait for another 3days. Till you don’t pickup the product you don’t initiate the refund and you are not going to pickup the order as mentioned date. Why customer should get affected by delivery partner negligence and arrogance. What action you are taking on delivery partner when they are doing such nonsense. This is not good for the reputation of TataCLiQ. Change the delivery partner or make them understand the importance of maintaining promises on pickup and delivery dates

Pathetic order handling and misleading sale practices

Your handling of my Black Friday order has been nothing short of unacceptable. An item promised for delivery within 3–4 days was left in limbo with zero updates, and only after I followed up did you cancel the order without any real explanation.
What’s worse, the same product is still available on your platform at the non-discounted price so please stop hiding behind excuses like “inventory issues.” This is clearly a case of refusing to honor a discounted sale order, which is deceptive and shows complete disregard for customers.
Customers wait for sales to buy wishlist items, while platforms like yours create massive hype to lure buyers only to cancel orders and refund the amount as if that solves everything. This practice is dishonest, disrespectful, and a waste of customers’ time.
I expect an honest explanation instead of a template response and urge you to fix these misleading tactics immediately. Experiences like this destroy trust in your platform.

Tata CLiQ is hands down the WORST e-commerce platform I’ve ever used. Even if they offered products at 100% discount, I wouldn’t bother. I ordered Blue Asics shoes and received BLACK ones instead. When I tried to return them, the courier guy said the return reason wasn’t even showing in their system — how is that my fault? This app is so poorly made it can’t even save or send basic information correctly.
Reaching customer service was a nightmare. When I finally did, they behaved like they were conducting a full-scale CBI investigation just to process a simple return. Absolutely ridiculous. This app is not only broken but also designed to make customers suffer at every step.

Worst online shopping experience ever

I did not place orders on tata cliq since last 2 to 3 years. Recently placed 2 orders, worst decision ever-
1. The app says it’s delivered, never received this order and the customer service just pretends to help sometimes and the other time just refuse citing their policies.
2. Ordered a set of 6 glasses, one glass was broken when I opened the parcel, raised return request. For days, no one reached out and one day I got a mesaage that return has been cancelled. Then I raised again, bluedart came for pickup, they said tatacliq has not uploaded product picture while raising return with bluedart so they cannot pickup, return cancelled again. And now, app shows as the product is non returnable.
What a scam these guys are running! Major glowdown!Uninstalling and never buying again and recommendeding others to avoid as there are many other better apps for online shopping than this scam app!

Disappointing Experience with Tata Cliq: Delivery Delay Before Important Event

I ordered a suit set from Tata Cliq for an upcoming event, and the app indicated a delivery date before the event. However, on the scheduled delivery date, my order had not yet been shipped. When I called customer service, the representative informed me that it typically takes about five working days to process an order. If that’s the case, the brand should have calculated the delivery date accordingly. The event is tomorrow, and now I'm left without the outfit. This experience has been quite disappointing. I have shopped on several other online platforms and have never encountered such an issue. As a result, I don't think I can trust Tata Cliq for future orders, nor would I recommend it to others.

Worst delivery

I ordered Adidas men shoes of Rs 3600 and product received on 3 feb 2025. As soon I open the box, I found the used and torn shoes of another company. I talk to the customer care on the next day. They told me that the product will be returned in one or next day……….. till now today is 28 March 2025. I did not received my return, and their management makes the daily email that “I tried reaching you, but unfortunately it could’t connect” around 5 to 10 times till date, and I even message them through the email that you can call me now but they always gave me this email…….. it’s very unfortunate, a it’s big platform of Tata Cliq and they are playing the games with the customer……….. I am very frustrated, and I recommend not to buy anything from the Tata cliq……🙏

Unfair rejection of return request

I am writing this to express my frustration reflecting a recent incident involving a return pickup for my product.
The pickup agent collected the product in perfect condition after conducting a quality check. However, the next day the same agent returned the product to me with a torn poly bag stating that the pick up had been declined. Despite raising multiple complaints and speaking to several executives including one who assured me that the product will be picked up manually by the team.
When i contacted the Tata CLiQ care again, I was informed that the resolution is fixed and there is nothing further that can be done to return the product . Is it fair to penalise the customer when the pick up agents after conducting a quality check mishandles the products and returns it damaged?
Who is responsible for the product during the time it was not in my possession? This situation raises serious concerns about how customers are being treated and whether the system prioritise fairness. Rejecting my pickup without proper investigation into the circumstances is unjust and reflects poorly on your commitment to customer service.
The experience with Tata CLiQ has been extremely disappointing and unjust .

Really disappointed from the platform and shopping experience

I bought an American eagle jacket from the platform but received an American eagle t-shirt. I tried to return the product but riders came and never picked the product because they said we have return the jacket. This happened thrice with me and I contacted on customer support they just asked me to place the return again and when I asked customer support to help me talk to any another person on any other number or email they said we cannot do that. Now the return period is also over and the product I have received is a basic tshirt and paid for a jacket so I’m total loss. I wish I was allowed to provide rating in negative then I would have given negatives. Platform doesn’t allow to add images while returning and when you raise a complaint on platform it says something went wrong. It’s disgusting!

Horrible customer support

Placed an order on the 6th of December with the delivery date of 15th December.
Order was delayed and there was no update on it. All I could see was that it was shipped since 13th December. Raised a ticket through the application which told me that I should get a resolution by 19th December. Reached out to the customer support multiple times and requested a call back but never got one. The one time I got through the representative told me that I would have to wait till the 18th of December and that she would raise a complaint on my behalf but I don’t see any ticket associated with it. After that I tried multiple times to get connected but no one calls back.
Cannot even cancel the order as the application isn’t allowing it because it’s shipped.

The worst experience I received ever

Myntra is 100times better than the Tata CLiQ I have order a jacket from jack and jones and I have got a something called a brand name only from that brand I have received a towel on that day itself I have raised the complaint through the the tata CLiQ customer care they respond well so I make a return request the delivered person came and return my parcel after three days return request has been cancelled and again I called the delivered guy he said raise the return request again and I return the product again but and it cancelled again so agin I called him he said return again I returned again it cancelled and this time it showing it is not eligible to cancel incase of Myntra If I cancelled it ll return the with in one day but TataCLiQ nothing to say

Worst platform ever to buy products online

They neither value customer's money nor their time. Order from Tatacliq only if you have weeks of free time to follow up with their most useless customer care service (because they never take the initiative to inform customers about order delays). All the choices made by Tatacliq are utterly ridiculous. Their customer care doesn't care about the customers; their product delivery partners hardly deliver products and blame customers for not responding to their calls (in reality, they won't even call customers). I ordered multiple products from Tatacliq, and surprisingly, the products reached my nearest delivery partner warehouse on time. Now the story begins, Day 1 after product reaching nearest warehouse: Product status is changed to “out for delivery” but delivery attempt was not made. At the end of the day, they change the status to “unsuccessful delivery attempt as the customer didn't respond.” Day 2: Same as day 1. Day 3: I called Tatacliq customer care regarding the product, and they asked me to wait patiently for three business days for a resolution. Day 4: nothing Day 5: nothing Day 6: nothing Day 7: I called customer care again (keep in mind that the product is still in my nearest delivery warehouse, and they won't inform me where the warehouse is). Finally, they gave a resolution that they would ask the delivery partner to return the product to the seller, and they asked me to wait patiently till the seller receive the product so they could initiate a refund (only god knows when will the product reach the seller). Nice work Tatacliq. You bring shame to Tata group.

Faulty Return pickup service

I stay in Madhya Pradesh. Whenever Tata Cliq assigned EKART courier for pickup they cancelled pickup on their own without physically coming and write “ Product Mismatched.”
I told n number of times to CS team that courier boy has Delhi address for pickup whereas I am staying in Mhow , Madhya Pradesh please contact him and confirm from him . I even provided them message where his contact number is written but CS team is not interested in solving customer problem. They want to close the case and interested in rating.

No proper update on placed order.

Such a worst experience I have experienced using Tata Cliq. I have placed an order on 19th July, the estimated delivery in the order status is 27th July. The item was shipped on 20th july at Delhi. When I tried to track my order it has been showing the order is still in Gurgaon, Haryana, since the item was shipped. Which means, the item is still in Gurgaon from the date of being shipped. I tried contact customer care regarding the same but I couldn’t as there’s no proper way to contact the customer support service. They provided a phone number which is invalid. I tried raising a ticket to explain my concern in the complaint box. No use, as every time I click the submit button it shows “something went wrong try again later”. So, there’s no way for a customer to contact customer support in the app. I wouldn’t recommend Tata Cliq if you ask me whether it is a better ecom app. I would call it money looting app; works good till you place the order and then doesn’t care about the customer’s concern regarding delivery.

App needs to be better!

The website and catalog part is all good but my review is solely based on the app experience. The filtered shortlisted items get lost and the app resets every time the app is minimised and re-opened. Now there are hundreds of products even after filtering out some specifics, one cannot just go through the entire list at once. A person will have to minimise the app a number of times and go back to pick up the search from where they left off; it gets annoying to restart the search all over again every time the app is re-opened.
No other shopping websites have this issue.

Pathetic service and care

I ordered one EDT “Mystic” from this store and what I received was some ladies perfume. Wrong product delivered, human error, which I understand. What I don’t understand is why TATA, despite my numerous efforts to contact them and asking for replacement, is just not acting on it. Their website and chatbot is ridiculous, opens a ticket, asks to send the photos of the package and wrong shipment to a WhatsApp number and then that’s it - while I send those pics in next few minutes, I have already received an email that my issue is “successfully resolved” and ticket is “closed”. What? How? Try and call their care number all I get are IVR prompts and then the voice insists that I should use help section on website or app, there is no option to talk to any human. So I again go to their help section and same story repeats. I am really regretting that I bought from Tata Cliq (Neu), never again.

I love Tata Group but while using this app it is constantly showing an error in every page that “Retry -we faced a problem”
And after reading reviews on the App Store I realised there are thousands on people who had given one star rating, because of fake products and frauds.
Seller doesn’t do this but shipping companies are thieves. Tata should strict the policies against them. I dropped plan of buying so much items after reading these reviews and experience people are receiving soap and empty boxes and all more over they are saying return and Refund is too Difficult, Company closes requests without solution. Worst seller

Worst purchase experience from Tata CLiQ atleast i am not going to purchase anything from them going forward. I purchased fossil watch worth 17k and received an empty box (pictures attached). Once escalated they close the case with their own review by saying we have cctv footage from the seller doing quality check of the product and they know the product was delivered to me which wasn’t. Also trust work both ways so atleast prove the customers that you are telling the truth about the delivery of the product. Also please give a note to all your customers to make a video when they open a package from Tata CLiQ loss of this big amount to customers is not good. Never going to trust them again. Buying from TataCliq is not even a thing now.

I wish there was no start rating at all for this app at all.

Today I received a package from TATA CLIQ. My friend thought of surprising me with my favourite sandals , and when i was opening the the box i saw there was a women’s shoe logo on that box and when i opened they were womens shoes & were no tags also. Well i was really surprised for sure but not for my gift, but for receiving the wrong shipment from these guys who shipped the wrong product. And when i contacted the customer care they said they would refund,but we asked for our sandals instead of refund. They simply denied & and were confidently saying that these things happen to some customers unfortunately. The call went on , but there was no solution except for the pick up and refund. So my friend decided to buy the same sandals again but now the price of the product is higher than the price at which she bought it. What would Tata Cliq do in order to help their loyal customer’s in such situations?

Horrible customer care and returns, please beware

I had ordered two tops of same kind but a different colour. I raised a return request for one of them and the return guy came and picked up the product when I was not home. On checking back, he had took the different colour top and didn’t complain on doorstep. After a day, I got the message that the top has not been picked up and refund is not initiated. I promptly sent the whole view to tata cliq support with all the order id, product names and the date of pickups. Instead of resolving the problem with their logistics team, they asked me to get the product back from pickup team and raise a fresh return request. Horrible support saying that they don’t know who is logistics and cant connect them.

Feedback and needed update

I came on this app to buy zipped sweatshirt and hoodie but unfortunately there is no filter for that like on Myntra also there is no option for cardigans in categories additionally even though I like apps interface and the collection is new but there is less variety, though the discounts are good, will provide more updates as I go through and use app more and more Just found there is no option to provide feedback on the app, though there is cliq care option under my account but it is mostly filled with pre defined options to select, I wanted to provide a feedback about jacquard sweaters as there is hardly 14 pieces of it right now on app, they are so in trend in big brands.

Never ever use the app

Seems to be money looters.. i placed an order for a toy for my niece bday and got the item after 1 week of bday and I returned the item which was not requiered anymore. And set the refund status as cliq cash. So my wallet was having some money with 1 year expiry dayte.. really?! My own money in their wallet with 1 year expiry.. again i placed an order for a shoes and it shown that the item will be delivered in 2 weeks and from the date of promised delivery i used to receive calls from TataCLiQ app asking me whether i want the product delivered? But they never deliver anything after 5 days i got a message stating refund has been issued. I called the customer care and they said the product was returned as it was damaged and as per the executive’s suggestion i placed the order again again after 2 weeks the product reached my coty and They started calling me to adk whether i need the product or not and daily messages that the delivery was attempted and couldn’t completed. I never got a call from a single delivery person. Again i complained the customer care and they promised me to deliver the item in 3 days and the third day again i got a message stating the refund due to damaged product. Again there goes my koney tk there wallet with an expiry date.. they takes order keep the money witb them never delivers the product. I never had such an experience with any of the other TATA services.. pathetic.

So many bad experiences

Order gets cancelled every time

I have placed 6-7 orders in past few months and every time My ordered get cancelled stating product got out of stock. This is quite shocking that all products in order become out of stocks few hours after order is placed (prepaid). Why the product stock not updated? Why products are shown available at time of placing order and is out of stock immediately after placing order. Are the customers fool who spend time in selecting products to purchase and have heavy hopes and happiness after order is placed.
Even after my orders are cancelled, I can still find same products available for order and well available in stock.
Didn’t expect this from prestigious company like Tata to disappoint customers.

Fraud company BE AWARE

I had purchased earlier from the app and had no issue. However the service as dropped dramatically. I purchased some clothes. They clubbed 3 products in one shipment and instead of 3 only one got delivered. On checking the message of delivery for 3 products I raised it that only one was delivered and rest were not though a receipt if 3 products were mentioned in the pack. Complaint team asked me to share the image which I did and even had to call guys multiple time as no proactive info on the complaint was provided. 5 days was informed to me to for TAT to look into the issue. I had to call on 6th day as had no info and the agent told me to wait for another 5 days. I was patient the 1st 5 days now waiting for another 5 days was not possible. Agent informed she will get back by evening. So the task of 5 day narrowed down to same day. Now the agent called and stated the seller stated that the quality check was done and the product was delivered. IT WAS NOT. SAME ON U FOR CHEATING. Be aware . Very bad service

I once ordered an aviators from TataCLiQ. First of all it was delivered late. Secondly, instead of an adult aviator they sent me kid’s aviator which was totally useless to me and later when I tried to return it they were not even responding properly. There were no messages, mails or any kind of follow up regarding the product, every third I had to call them and talk to customer service and there where no updates. I had called them almost more than 20 times ( literally 20 times )after I received the product. Lastly, after my tons of calls and yelling I finally received a call back from their senior after 1 month saying that they can’t help me in any way.
It was the worst service among all shopping apps online. My money (3500₹)was doomed and my precious time was wasted.
I request all the customers to not use this app and beware of the fraud.

Terrible experience

Ordered an item few days ago. The status of the item is still showing order confirmed for the last few days. I ended up calling the customer care twice. They have no idea about the status, but raised a ticket and told they will communicate by 3 days. Even though the item is being sold by directly by TataCLiQ not through an independent seller. There is no ticket number or a text regarding the complaint nor a function to track the complaint. Then on the day the item was supposed to show up they cancelled it saying the item was out of stock. The refund status shows successful but the amount has not been credited back to the account yet. Overall they are very slow.

I had purchased 2 pants on 15th January 2022 and I returned it due to the size being too big sadly they don’t have an exchange policy else this issue I faced during the return pick up wouldn’t have happened instead of one item to be picked up the agent from delhivery services picked up both the items he didn’t inform me that only one product was scheduled for pickup he just told TataCLiQ return so handed both the items this error was brought to my notice only the next day when a another agent from shadowfex came for the return pick up since then I’m trying to resolve this issue with TataCLiQ and delhivery services but the issue stands unresolved I got the refund of one product but the other product has no updates I guessing the product is lost and I’m not going to get the refund for the same delhivery doesn’t have any contact info to call I have sent them a mail they responded only about one item whatever happened to the other item whether it was stolen/lost I have no clue I suggestion would make it a user friendly shopping experience for your customer exchange should be offered instead of returning a product and ordering the same product again is a hassle and unnecessary and use reliable courier partners who can be contacted if goof ups happen

Worst Clothing App and even worser Customerservice

When I placed an order everything was in stock but suddenly for each item I kept on getting updates "Your order is delayed Sorry "bla bla bla .Finally after 11 days I received another update stating this product is out of stock and we are initiating refund. I mean what kind of shopping experience is this you blocked my money for so many days and now saying it's out of stock which should have been showed when I placed the order itself. Now that I want to cancel the remaining order because I am done waiting for it to come the app doesn't even have a Cancel Item option. Genuine Products but App could have been better

A good experience overall

I have used it quite a few times since a year, I have already tried some tata brands offline like Westside, Zudio and always found them reasonable and good quality.
Coming to tatacliq, the products that I received till date have been of amazing quality and at really good sale prices. I have had experiences where they cancelled the products without an explaination and took around a week or so to refund but am generally okay with such stuff because it happens in logistics especially given the pandemic although it is improving.
There are some technical issues, the website and app aren’t the smoothest, there’s definitely some space for improvement there and also it would be so much easier if they had exchange option, because ordering another size altogether again is quite a task especially since there are shipping charges and stuff.

Caution! App is fine but it’s a shady company!

Though the app is functional. The company itself is a fraud. Least trustworthy brand of Tata group. Most sellers are shady and sell defective products and Tata Cliq protects them from any action against them. Return policy is also questionable. They will “investigate” any and every return enquiry and tell you that the seller sent you a fresh working product. Even if you ask them to show the video evidence they have, they will decline your request saying no one has access to it. They think of themselves as some hot shots from a top secret detective agency who can’t disclose the information. I am stuck with a defective product with missing accessories. I am taking them to court. Don’t waste your hard earned money, burn it during winters to keep yourself warm than buying something from them. It will be a better value for your money than buying from Tata Cliq. Also they do not allow anyone to post a critical review of their policy or sellers or defective/wrong products. So beware of fake reviews on their site as well as their app.

Zero Star

The worst experience i had with them. I ordered Apple watch SE and the watch stopped working a day after so i called their customer care to ask for a replacement turned out that they don't have a replacement policy. Cool then i asked for a refund because the piece I received was defective, they asked me to call the apple branch because that how the procedure works and get the job sheet from them in order to initiate the refund. So the first question apple centre asked why didn't you go back to the seller- no Answer cz tata cliq works like this! Then they submitted the watch because it had blue spots on it and asked me to wait till the diagnosis are completed and only after that they will provide a job sheet. I highlight the same to the customer service team of tata cliq but again they were very eager to close the case that they were calling me continuously and said Mam we cannot wait more due to our TAT and we are closing the case and you can reopen it again when you have the job sheet. Now two days after when i have the job sheet I cannot open the refund case again because the refund window is closed as per them. I mean woow I seriously would not like to deal with you guys again. Its only been 5 days that I received the watch and even after highlighting it so many times that the piece is defective they are not being supportive enough to initiate my refund! Plus they didn't let me post a review on their website!

Worst online App - never purchase from it

I was a big fan of the brand Westside and it is available only in Tatacliq and the purchase I made through this App was the worst experience. First time I got damaged products and two of their items were cancelled after payment and messaged it was out of stock . But later they hiked the price and displayed the same dress. On my second purchase I bought 3 items together and paid the amount and it clearly showed no delivery charges for the selected items. But after dispatching they cancelled one from it and cut delivery charge from it . I mailed many times but didn’t get any solution from them . So I never purchase through this app . Kindly keep this in mind in your next purchase , never ever pay in advance . There are many genuine purchase apps are available so think twice before your next purchase

Service are not so good...can trust on products

Many times I have observed that, TATA CLiQ brings attractive coupons for a month, for a week or for few days and initially if we check then it will show you discounted prices but if you will relay for next day then they will remove the coupon even if they have clearly mentioned coupon end date but before end date they will remove. And when we reach to customer care they will respond properly & takes complain as ticket & they will forward it to the support team & support team is like “KUMBH KARNA” they never give you resolution. In fact, I reached out to TATA CLiQ CEO Mr. Vikas Purohit through tweets but still you won’t get any resolution from their end. They are Tata group so they are not interested in these small scale purchase. And because of this behavior people don’t go for “Swadeshi”. Ultimately customer spends money & in return they wants service which never fulfilled by TATA CLiQ.

I Request you all to Please do not buy product from this TATA CLIQ app or site because there service is so so pathetic that even after getting confirmed the order still they do not send you the product. You can send them emails and doing long hold phone call but they do not even see to your emails and also their so called illiterate Executives give false information to the customer(s). Infact customer has to inform them about the order because they do not even update about anything on their tracker. They do not want to build any customer relationship rather they just using their outdated App only. This application is only putting down the name of TATA GROUP that’s it.

Disappointed with Tata Ciq

Had ordered a Samsung A51 Mobile phone on 3rd September, 2020 and was intimated that my order would get delivered by 8th September 2020. On 8th while tracking the order on their app I notice that the delivery of the order has got delayed and estimated time of delivery would be 9th September 2020. It is 4.20 pm on 9th September 2020 and the order is yet to be delivered. Their Customer support is either coming engaged or no one is attending. I left a call back option and it’s been more than 2 hours and am yet to get a call from them. First online experience with Tata group( inspite of having many options) has been very bad. Though I have already made the payment by credit card, now I am thinking of cancelling the order. I always thought that Tata group was trustworthy and customer centric but am being forced to think otherwise.

Hillarious

ordered two products during the sale time and paid the amount which was flashed during sale time. I waited for my order and when estimated date got over, I wrote an email and got to know that one product got cancelled and other would be delivered by 12 September. To my surprise, on 06 September my second product also got cancelled and right after cancellation, both products came in stock with price hike. So, kindly look into the matter seriously and help me accordingly or else don't run sale, if you don't want to deliver products to your customer. This is not the right policy. As you lowers the price during sale time and once the order gets placed you simply takes more time than the estimated and then fools the customer and after numerous tries to contact, just simply cancels the order. It is pertinent to mention, I also ordered some products earlier and they got delivered on time then I thought to gift my mother something and that's why I ordered two products and both got cancelled. And the customer care never picks the call and even don't reply to mail and if they reply then simply just saying sorry. What a great policy!! This is kind of harassment to the customers who trusts on these websites and due to these people only, people don't believe on online shopping!!
I could have given less than one start but unfortunately it's only one which could be the lowest.!!

Worst App

Really bad experiences! Tata cliq is a scam! First of all, It doesn’t deliver on time at all. Second of all, they keep us waiting for so long only to tell us later that the order is cancelled from their end because it is out of stock or cannot be delivered. If it is out of stock, then why did you take the order in the first place and made us wait saying it is being processed and shipped???? Secondly, when we place order they show if it is deliverable in our pincode or not. And if yes, then only they accept the order and start shipping. But in my experiences they cancelled the order after a week and said it’s not deliverable.
And they don’t even refund the shipping charges!!!! If it is cancelled from their end because of their issues, then why do I have to pay the shipping costs when nothing is delivered???? They are supposed to bear the shipping charges.
Hate this app so much! Waste of money!

Worst online market

Sent a defective product for which i initiated a return request immediately but my experience with their customer care executives are tragic. They never replied on time and only give you fake promises. And when you call them to resolve your grievance, they even block your number. My refund has been received for returning a defective product when i warn them that i am going to file a case against your company in consumer court. Until this warning, they do no even respond properly. Will never suggest any of you to buy anything from these frauds. If you are not trusting my review, kindly check their social media pages. You can always find these kind of issues there (in comments sections of their posts). Now it’s up to you, if you still want to buy anything from these frauds. 👎👎👎

I don’t suggest buying from Tatacliq

Seriously, I am very disappointed with your product delivery time , the product and the return services
Firstly the delivery was delayed. Not delivered on the said date. (May be due to COVID-19 issue which is acceptable)
Secondly- the product delivered damaged, which is not at all acceptable. But ok I can return it atleast.
Lastly- I made a return request on the same day it was delivered. Its been 2 weeks .. my issue is not solved. I keep reminding them and they keep giving me fake assurances( that it will take two business days and its been 14 days. The technical team doesn’t respond even after I shared the images of the product a week ago. when I contacted the customer service thrice , like once in every 2 days and the answer doesn’t change “WE WILL CONTACT YOU IN TWO BUSINESS DAYS or OUR TECHNICAL TEAM WILL CONTACT YOU IN TWO HOURS, MAXIMUM 4 HOURS”

Worst experience ever in Online shopping

I ordered washing machine on 2nd of august with online payment and estimated delivery was 6th of August. I was waiting until 6th of August there was nothing change in my order tracking status. So I contact customer care and of executive promise me that I will get my order delivered by 8 - 11 August because of some transit delay. Now today 11th August my status is item cannot be delivered will be refunded by 3 to 4 working days. Is that acceptable ??? If they can’t delivered to my address then why did they accept my order and accept payments. Finally I lost 10 days for nothing. Also they got my money for 10+ days. I don’t know when I will be refunded. And one more thing it was my first order Tata CLiQ and it last also. Simply don’t fall in their offers, if u do u will lost ur time and money for nothing. Sorry to say but this is the fact. Till I can’t believe this is from TATA. I lost trust of TATA group.

Worst platform to buy any electronic item.

Worst Shopping Platform - ELECTRONIC PRODUCTS.
We purchased one ton LG SPLIT AC from TATA CLiQ here are our experience.
FIRST - They supplied the AC in 7-10 days which they was committed in 3 days delivery. With no updates and response from customer care.
Second - LG Installation Engineer declined to install as room is big and suggested to buy 1.5 ton but Tata CLiQ is not taking the product back they where saying its your fault you have to keep it even if it is no use.
Third - We requested to return the product but they declined our request and not ready to hear anything. They are just saying “WE CAN’’T DO ANYTHING” keep that product with you. Although AC is not yet opened.
Forth - No coordination between LG company representatives and Tata CLiQ representatives.
Fifth - We ordered with extended warranty which is not yet received. We ordered the the product on same day with AC it’s been more than 2weeks.
Sixth - They will never call you, the customer care is very pathetic. They will never call you to update anything. For each query you need to raise a complain then they will help you with updates even if the delivery is getting late they won’t bother to update you.
It's look like we blocked or waste or valuable money even in this economic condition - Can't install 1 ton which is already purchased - Tata CLiQ is not accepting AC back.
We met with some major family emergencies (Death in family, father got hospitalised) within this time from order to receiving. But still you have to reach them for each and everything they will not help you.

Missing parcel, lost my money bcz of this fraudulent app! No product recieved! No refund :(

I recieved mgs that my product is delivered, but i did not get my product nor i got the refund even after complaining continuously for 10 days!! Customer care ppl r unprofessional and they just harresed me to keep sending pictures of product that i haven’t recieved, and then the pictures of product I recieved earlier.. in shot i dint get my product and even lost my money for d product as no refund was initiated!! Tata CLiQ is d most pathetic and unsecured site as they dont knw who d delivery boy is n where he delivers and they have no proff or clue of the product!! Itz been more den 10 days n nw dey say we hv closed ur complain the other team shall wk on ur complain!! But i gt no calls and no reply to my mgs at all after that..Horrible experience!! I m deleting this app !!

Unreliable and pedestrian service

As with many others here, I have faced an unenviable situation with this app. I have ordered an AC which was supposed to be delivered in 10 days time. However even till the sixth day after the order was processed, there was no change in the status of the order. When I have contacted the customer care through the app and subsequently by phone, I was assured that order would reach on time and after sometime, I get the message that the order is cancelled because of unavailability. The funny part is that the app belongs to the Tata group, I have ordered a Voltas AC, again a brand owned by Tata group, and the supposed seller was Croma, another Tata enterprise. If they can not maintain information flow among their own group brands and can not even update you on the status of the order, you can imagine the quality of service that you are going to get. Worse than a companies that are run out of garages! Stay away!

I ordered a watch from this app and wanted to cancel the order the next day as I got a better deal from some other website. So i went to the orders section and tried to cancel the order but the cancel button was disabled. So I contacted the customer care and told them that I want to cancel the order but they said that it cannot be done as the order has been processed. They told me that I can refuse to accept the product it will be delivered which I did. I refused to accept the product day before yesterday and till now I have not gotten any confirmation from tatacliq. Moreover when you raise a concern with them they say that they will get back to you in next 2 business days. I am skeptical about their process. Never going to order from this website again.

KYC OTP reaches after expiry

I have been trying to complete KYC to add an INR 500 TataCLiQ voucher which was received under promotional scheme of Tatasky recharge. To redeem the voucher, the TataCLiQ app requires me to add it to the app using CLiQCash option by generating an OTP through the app using my mobile number, receive it through an SMS, and feed that back into the app for verification purposes. The OTP thus generated has an expiration time of 2 minutes. Ironically, I am receiving the same well after 2 minutes (therefore I cannot use this OTP for KYC as it has already expired.
Lodged a complaint on 1 April, 2019 and waiting for any solution since. The nightmare continues even after repeated call to the customer centre.
Just fear the voucher might as well expire before they resolve the problem ?!

Worst possible application and service

I haven’t had worst experience than with this app and their service. I placed the order on 13th Sept, with the estimated delivery of 4-6 days. When the status of the order didn’t change beyond approved (it had 4more steps), i called their customer care, who raised a complaint on 18th for it to be resolved in 2 working days. On 21st, upon calling customer care again, they asked to wait for 2 more working days, and assured it will be escalated. Nothing happened on 22nd either, till I called again. Upon my insistence, supervisor (Mohammed Asif) looked into the issue, and to my surprise he mentioned the order has not been recorded in their database to be taken forward. To add, he suggested to wait for 3 more days so that the workflow of my order is sorted (mind you, not the delivery - so the delivery would take 4-6 more days after 3days). What a joke!!!!
In the process, I lost the offer going on in other e-com portals on the shoes I was looking for.
Use this app if you really want to lose money and you don’t know any other way to lose it!
