Worst aap. Ordered on 3rd March but they canceled my order on 7th March for no reason and transferred my money to their wallet without my permission, they should have transferred back to my paytm account . It was good initially but now I see plenty of issues with ordering. If you get a great deal on trials, they just cancel the order and issue a refund. Happened twice in 6 months. The products used to be about the same price as other channels but now they have marked up the price. Even with the wallet cashback, it is pricier than the competition. There is always a delay in ordering whether it is trial or from the shop.

I ordered my 1st trail pack from this app and it had send me only half of then which i ordered and others things are not even in the box also few things which they sent me are used already. 80 percent bottles are empty. I took 6 plus 6 trial thinking it’s a good app but it’s unbelievably big time thief and now when I complaint they are not even bothered to reply and on top of that they closed my complaint. I m truly sad by this kind of behaviour. It doesn’t even deserve that one star also.

At first the products they sent were of quality and really nice. But with every order quality is getting degraded. In my last order they sent a perfume with no cap and half of the bottle was used. They sent a very dirty body wash sample which had black marks everywhere. Also instead of scrub they sent me a cream which i did not want. The cream container only had half product in it. When I raised a complaint it was not resolved.

I have canceled my order and they have divided my refund into 3 parts they send me two parts of refund after few days but 3rd one is still remaining every-time i call their customer support executive they keep promising me that refund will be initiated within the same day but it won’t happen i called them again n again every -time they give same reply and in the last call they said they already initiated the refund it will be displayed in 24 to 48 hours its been week from then and still they don’t have initiated my refund, worst experience ever w this app and their support.

Firstly I didn't believe in free trial products and their wallet scheme. Then I tried once to buy some of the trial products and the delivery charges where credited back to my wallet for real!! After placing my second order I used my wallet money (Rs 199) and also saved my money by getting smytten bucks. Make sure the the wallet and bucks have an expiry dates. Smytten app is perfect. One must understand how to use its trail points to get the trail products.

These guys are cheats. They’ll take the order, money gets debited but whether the product gets delivered or not that will depend on availability. They don’t check the availability before confirming the order and you’ll have to hope that you get it. You also can’t cancel the order before the transit happens. The customer care people will suggest you to cancel and wait for 7 days for refund, if you point out a mistake from their end.

They are fooling their customer in the name of free trials and looting their money. Cash back they say expires in time period of month adding to that you cannot use entire money (which is your money) in a go. Also they don’t have the desired product and the customer service is of no use. This poor business model will not survive for a longer period of time, for any business intentions play critical role and value you give to customer is important. I am saddened with the fact that I lost my 400 rupees without buying anything in the name of free trial. I hope if Smytten have any integrity and business ethics it will work on its foolish model and definitely understand the market it’s competition.

I am not able to get my account started and working no matter what I do. I tried even uninstalling and reinstalling the application several times. But, I am not able to login whatever I do. By signing up it says I already have an account registered with Smytten, whereas while signing in it asks me to get registered with Smytten, using the same credentials. I ordered ghee and i received a damaged package product. The glass jar had cracked and the ghee had leaked out. I raised the issue and it’s been nearly a week. I have not received any respite. Another trial order had not been delivered and it’s been more than 20 days . The date of delivery is being extended everyday.

In another trial order a product was missing. That issue has also not been resolved and it’s been a week. I have not received any reply which clearly states how will they resolve it . I wrote multiple emails. Called them .

Earlier they would resolve issues quickly however now their taking very long and it gets frustrating

In the beginning they were sending the stuff properly now i have not received my order of two loreal lipsticks which i had placed on 12 of may 2022 and today is 30 may 2022z and if i send them emails they do not care to reply or solve the query and its a prepaid order plus they missed a trial item of 1 point from another order and they are simply not replying or trying to sort out the issue they mentioned after a weeks time of filling the complaint of missing item that query has been solved. They are fraud company don’t fall in their trap once you utilise your 6free trials n get 199₹ cashback you will be only available to use 15% of your next purchase item from this cashback. And not complete 199₹ will be utilised and you for every free trial which you book every time you will have to pay 199₹ and after that you will not even receive this amount as cashback if you haven’t utilised your previous cashback amount which can be utilised only to the extend of 15% of your next purchase. They are completely fraud company. Don’t trust such people and don’t motivate them to cheat you and everybody else.

Like many people here I have also not received two of my orders one prepaid and other one post paid. Placed my first order on 6th March 2022 which was supposed to get delivered by 12th March 2022 but haven’t received it yet. Raised the issue with customer care but they are just good at writing emails and never actually do any result oriented work. I have placed orders before and was satisfied; even recommended the site to some people but alas I can’t say that anymore.

Its so disappointing, I have ordered twice and both the time Its disappointing. I thought the first time it happens as it was resolved but the second time I ordered, there were items missing in my box . And when I wrote to the customer care team , they continued asking me the pictures . How can I send the pictures if I have not at all received them . And when I had recieved after 10 days,all the wrong products were delivered. None of the products I got right. And the customer service is not availble for their customers. Very disappointing. Don’t be mislead by the free trails they are frauds will keep your money and claim free trails and also have no cancellation policy to disable cod as and when wanted so that when you pay for pre-paid orders they neither deliver nor respond to mails. Rather my order was never delivered after full payment and did fraud with me by showing it delivered when it was in Ahmedabad and i stay in punjab. Wasted a lot of money on trials and got nothing out of it none of my orders ever got delivered you can save more money from nykaa than here atleast they take the responsibility of their acts here noone is answerable. Fraud company. After billions of mails no response they have this policy that you get trails after every order and as a refund for each trial you get 199 the amount charged and they give nothing no money is ever returned also they change the bill like they show you 100 on site and then the product would cost 200 that would be extra shipping charge and service charges. Also, no one from their executive ever respond was stated by some smit patel that he is the head of complaints and then when i had issues he never responded to mails, messages or calls.

So i am a customer of smytten since 2018, recently i had ordered 4 trials out of which in two trials they delivered wrong product.

On raising request, without even asking whether i want replacement or the refund, they directly refunded ₹60 & ₹40 in my account. And when i said i want that product not refund, they are saying that according tl system you have already tried the product and we can’t give replacement.

I mean why are you giving me the money instead of product, and once i get it, but twice.

Never expected that customer satisfaction is no value for them. Very disappointed.

I placed an order, application crashed, didn’t show the correct address. Kept asking to cancel the order as nobody live on the address. But they delivered.. I kept emailing them but “order has been delivered”. No hope of refund. No direct contact number. Although that cost was only ₹200 but service matters at the most.
