I pay monthly around Rs750 to get the OTT offers which I never use. But when I tried to see Zee5 content in my TV it doesn’t play. When I made the complaint it was closed without any resolution multiple times. This is pathetic way to mismanage customer bcs one side you take extra money for OTT and don’t provide the content. Over and above when customer complains, you close the complaint without any resolution.

ABSOLUTELY APPALLING SERVICE AND QUALITY. This app is a joke. I am a new postpaid customer who claimed the complimentary subscription, and I am being treated like a third-class user because the "High" quality setting on Lionsgate Play streams, specifically when watching Tokyo Vice, consistently delivers a resolution that looks no better than a blurry 360P, which is completely unacceptable and strongly suggests Vi is intentionally throttling or restricting the resolution for complimentary users. Furthermore, beyond the video failures, the subtitle system is critically broken, as the subtitles are constantly out of sync, the actual dialogue is frequently replaced by useless, frustrating descriptive tags like "[Speaking in Japanese]", making foreign content impossible to follow, and the text size is microscopic and barely legible!Vi must FIX THE VIDEO QUALITY AND ALL SUBTITLE FAILURES IMMEDIATELY because this is a broken, fraudulent service disguised as a premium offering, and customers should not waste their time and money.

Prompt assistance
After trying to solve an issue with a Vi agent in vain, I was asked to email vi movies /ott directly. I did and didn’t expect any response or solution. But got one promptly - with clear answers that sorted everything out.
Except that soon after my above review- the app stopped working properly again! Randomly going blank or not opening. And certain otts like ZEE5 just looping with a message asking me to use the ViOTT bundle (while I’m in it)!

Worst service, Not recommend to take this at any cost
They give you the content of various OTT but they also punish you this is how : whenever you minimize or close app you have to restart the video again and on every time you do this you have to get punished by watching 4 ads, in average you have to watch 30 ads in 50min video so what’s the point of taking subscription, totally waste of money , same applied to Hotstar OTT they are also theft, once you are taking 3,000 rupees a year you don’t have right to show extra ads in such high quantity. I better download from torrent for free and wait for 20min there for downloading rather than paying monthly money and still watching more ads then episodes

I purchased mobile+Tv subscription plan for 1 month and after watching it for 3-4 days movies are not playing. And I Reported and send mail to them and every time they will tell they are working on it on priority. And its been 5 days i am facing the issue and still not resolved.

I have been using it since 4 months and found it good enough. I mainly use live TV features to watch news on the go. Movie collection is ok, lots of hindi dubbed movies. Sometimes movies just don’t start and it shows some error and I can’t do anything about it. Rest all features are good.

There are many movies that are in different languages other than native language and subtitle/ CC would be helpful to understand the dialogues in movie. Even though there is a option to enable subtitles in Voot, Zee 5 etc it’s missing in Vi Movies app . Please enable subtitles.

Hi I am postpaid vi user since last 8 years. Earlier there was ZEE5 subscription in postpaid. But suddenly since last two months it’s not working . It is asking for payment. Why , when it was complimentary in that plan ,How can they remove the plan from the package . Please rectify.

Video player needs to be upgraded
While the content is good, the video player is a let down. The player has limited options. Once you get a notification and check that, after you come back to the player the video gets freezed or black. Some teething issues are there with player. Hope you guys resolve that soon.

The application doesn’t work on iPhone 6s Plus. You simply click on play button and it doesn’t work. I have tried sending mail to help care but no reply. [update - 3 aug] support team contacted and asked for video of issue. Did same. Waiting for reply. [update - 22 aug] issue still there. [30 aug] it has been one month there is no update from support. I am not surprised with kind of support you guys do for premium customer like us [29 sept] yet to get response from support team. No wonder Many customers are moving away from VI, including me.-[18 nov] finally I took correct decision by removing application and switching away from VI.

I have a classic plan on vi movies and tv which i got with the recharge of 599 on my mobile no .

Having a great experience on VI App and bad experience on the Voot App as welI, I paid 299 rupees for the subscription on Voot channel but I’m having a bad experience I’m unable to see the live show of BB S15 that is going on for 24 hours but I’m unable to see the video and I could only hear the audio but later I was hung time for the applications here I can watch out tu BB S15 finally got it on VI thanks you so much VI I’m really thankful to your application for giving me great experience 🙏🏻😊

The app has got a decent amount of watchable content, no doubt. Searching for movies is a big task, because it’s not user friendly AT ALL. Overall true app design is very simple, not well designed at all. It looks very old fashioned. The captions and video quality provided are just fine. I think with the amount of content, renovating the app would be a wise decision. Please developers, make the app better.

Keeps buffering
The app loads all titles along with thumbnails. However, there is a problem with playing voot content as it keeps buffering. I have tried different internet connections and while all content plays smoothly on the app, voot content keeps buffering.
Also, I have iphone 12 and the screen hides behind the notch i.e. the screen is not properly visible and it’s difficult to switch pages.

I am not able to use this app smoothly in iPhone 12 mini I am having trouble in going back on the pages in-fact this app is not running smoothly in any of the iPhone having notch because its hiding the back tab and many of the times we have to completely close and open this app whenever we want to go on the back page or main page, I don’t know how creators are still not able fix this problem. Company and app developers are not interested in resolving the issue
Dear Developers,
Even after sending repeated emails and informing about the problem with the app neither vodafone nor the app developer seems to be interested in solving the problem. I as a loyal vodafone customer feel cheated for not being able to use the app even when I am eligible to use it.
Around a month back I had written a review for this app wherein i tried to highlight the problem but to my surprise my review is not listed in the reviews section of this app.

Bug in claiming ZEE5 subscription offer
I have been trying many times to claim the ZEE5 offer shown inside the app. Each time when I generate OTP, it is generating two codes. And it always tells invalid OTP. And after attempting twice it says max limit reached. So is the intention is to just to show to offer for fancy and not to allow any users to subscribe that ?! Or if there is any other issue, why is no valid error msg thrown instead of misleading by 2 otp each time.

App can be more better
In old app (Vodafone live) there was a option to directly view the contents of ZEE5 app after clicking on premium series it gets navigate to ZEE5 app. Now that option is removed and it is very difficult to find its content and also navigate to ZEE5 app. As it is complimentary with Vodafone the standalone app also not getting open it ask us to open through Vi. There is option available to minimise the current screen which is being played but there no option to close that minimised window. Fast forward n backward option of 20 seconds seems to lengthy it can be reduce to 10 seconds. From last 3-4 days I am experiencing major issue with app. While watching the live show app gets crashed many time.

Your old app was easy to use but in this some of the options are difficult to find like zee5 membership was with postpaid now i am not been able to see that then what’s the use of having postpaid connection when there are no such privileges so i think i have to shift towards Airtel bcz of the features.

As per current postpaid plan i m getting free subscription for Zee5 however when we open app it not allowing us to browse any movies or series. In earlier app there was option oper with Zee5 and we were directly routed to app which is not option in current application. its very disappointing that we are paying bills but not able to use services.

Degrade and Need to Improve
I had recharged on April 5,2020 for 1 year plan with complementary subscription offer for ZEE5 and Vodafone Play... Before updating this app there was an option to move ZEE5 app and I was able to view all the premium contents .. But now the option is removed and couldn’t able to view premium contents of ZEE5 & if I click any premium contents it’s asking to subscribe.. since the validity of 1 year is not yet completed why I need to subscribe again and I want to know,
1. why the option is removed for ZEE5 subscribed users ?
2. Is there any other option to move ZEE5 app for subscribed users from this Vi App/ View the premium contents of ZEE5 with the current complementary Offer of ZEE5 and Vodafone Play?
3. Why the complementary offer is cancelled for 1 year plan validity ?
4. Why i need to subscribe again for ZEE5?
5. Whether it is properly communicated through message before removing the complementary offer ?

Unable to open ZEE5 through this app
Could have rated more but I didn't like the poor design for redirect..I am trying to open a zee5 content, but it doesn't redirect me to the zee5 app, the content plays inside VI movies and TV and I cannot find all the zee5 content.....when I try to open zee5 directly, it shows a message to login through VI Movies and TV , now if this app doesn't redirect there, then how am I suppose to login into zee5..... Poor design amongst apps...... would like to know am I suppose to login into zee5 app

Not satisfactory
I was using Idea movies and tv earlier. That is better than VI movies and tv. On the introduction of VI, I was prompted to download VI Movies and tv. There are less english channels than in the Idea movies and tv. Then what is the use of this app.
So I am using idea movies and tv even now. Instead of being improved over idea movies, this app is actually degraded compared to idea movies and tv.

Unable to start streaming
Am unable to play any video or live stream since few days. Everytime I press the play button it shows the loading and that’s it. Please see to this issue.

Excellent rebranding
Please continue to improve services which would help in regaining market , rebranding is important but mouth to mouth good word is also very important , so guys focus on improved services . However great job by at least visible in media .

Vodafone play app
Vodafone play service is a very good platform to watch the entertainment content and live tv. It’s is very good experience with Vodafone play services, I have been using this service since 2 years to till now and I’m a customer of Vodafone since 2011.

Some movies are playing but can’t see video
Nice application we can find a lot of web series and movies but there’s the only problem I can see is for some movies we can listen background audio but video is not being displayed, developing team could you please look in to that issue, apart from that evening is fine.

Stuck without service
I am stuck with the error of maximum devices being associated with email-id. Although I have uninstalled the app from all my phones and tablets it still gives same error. There is no option to logout. And now that I've switched to a new phone I cannot use this service because of the limit. Customer care is unaware of any procedure to unlink old devices. I was asked to keep using my old device if I wished to use the app. Vodafone has gone down the drain.

No Zee5 contents in my Vodafone app
It was a fake promise by Vodafone saying will be able to view all Zee5 contents.
Recent movie add of URI and Simbaa were on Vodafone play appvwhich already released on Zee5. But in my Vodafone play app both the movies are not viewable also not even showing in search option.
Zero ratings for doing fake adds to lure customers to download this app.

Great content
Now that my complaint was addressed I am very happy with the content . Please note that if the device is changed there is a problem viewing play from the other device, there is a message of the number being associated with 5 devices. Please address the issue and Gine an option of logging off from a device so this problem does not come in the new device

Its a hassle to watch the next episode. Thats annoying as hell!
See u have pretty good content but your app itself isnt smooth.. shouldnt it automatically play the next episode? And next day when u wanna continue watching shouldnt it show the next epside instead of the previous episode that i have already watched. Pls invest in some good app developers!

Video quality best and new web series at one stop
I just loved to have this which I under estimated by saying that Vodafone play is boring but later on changed my mind by their new platform with all new movies and web series. I just wish best of luck in this competitive market where the competition is tough and should come up with ROAR.

Unable to claim any offers!
Vodafone app only works to make payments! To claim offers it guides you to Vodafone play app which is the worst app i have ever used as it doesnt allow you to claim offers Seems as if Vodafone doesnt want you to be able to claim by testing ur patience! Pathetic situation If u talk to customer service they guide they cant activate any offer at their end and ask you to do it on Vodafone app a Comical circle!Lodge a complaint and they will get back in 72 hrs !! In this digital age Worse they dont get back Pathetic service just inertia on my part to shift to airtel or jio but will soon

No logout Option and No technical Support
I changed my phone. Now it does not let me login gives an error maximum device reached. But there is no option to logout.
When ever I call for support they ask me to uninstall and install the app again. I have some this over 100 times now still the problem persists. Finally they asked me to go to Vodafone store still no help.
I have the I’m not able to use the app. Please fix it. Have a dedicated support and a logout option.

I am not able to watch the Vodaphone PLAY in my iPhone & Ipad . While opening to watch the movie or any other news channel it’s showing only 5 devices can use the facility of Vodafone play . But iam not using Vodaphone play any other devises , I called to customer care didn’t got any solution. I went Vodaphone store and they are also helpless . Please rectify this problem
Three months before also requested to Vodaphone team but no response from Vodafone. Now also iam not working Vodafone play in my Iphone

App is useless
This is the first time I downloaded Vodafone play in my long association with Vodafone. In first few seconds I could conclud that that app is useless. I cannot play even a single video on the app. As soon as I click play button on a video, a loading marker appears and then the play button appears again. I even tried pressing play multiple times, but no success. Tried reinstalling the app with no success again. Neither any past videos nor any live channel plays on the app. Only appropriate word I have for the app is useless.

No technical support
I am using this App since long and I am expecting that when we are getting any updates it has to be more improved but here its not the case its not even resolved few issues with the player that automatically restart any video from starting if you can close app due to other calls or messages check.
Actually my main issue is not this but few days ago but suddenly App has stoped to show me Episode in web series and to be more technical specification it gives me gray screen when I tried to choose any episode from any web series.
After many complaints to customer support still its not getting resolved and they closed my complain and mark as resolved. So I dont know how they called them so professional that they dont listen and do what they want to do.
Poor I dont expect this from vodafone.

Too many problems
Usually an update means the bugs are fixed and the app is better. But from today evening after I updated this app all I’m able to do is open it only to see it automatically close after exactly 15 seconds. Another thing is many videos and new episodes of TV Shows aren’t playing. The reason behind it is also not given. They boast themselves that they upload new episodes of famous US TV shows like “Arrow” and “The Flash” within 24 hours of airing in USA but it has been 2 weeks since an episode has come and yet here it isn’t there.

Pathetic app
One of the most poor apps I came across. It’s rating says it all. They have uploaded lot of series and serials here, however, you can’t watch any till the last. After couple of episodes it won’t continue. The people working for this app kind of least bothered coz they won’t listen anything and if they listen they won’t action on it. Highly recommended not to download this app. Even the picture quality of news channels is below average. Better to download Hotstar and other app. This is only waste of your time, effort and money.

Vodafone Play has to develop more features
Movies download option is not available in iPhone . Movie should resume from the point where it was last ended . Trailer option to be provided. Also if Vodafone play to be successful should provide option for viewing earlier programmes for last 07 days at least. After all a good initiative from Vodafone.

content on the app is good, gowever it falters at performance.
Movies dont load fast enough.. At 4G u dont even feel a 2G speed.
Stops playing abruptly and it wont even start again unless u exit out. I m finally giving up on this app.

I got a message with free 3G data with a link, I clicked the link to get free data which directed me to the App Store to install this app. I installed the app but believe me no 3G data nothing, the same thing I experienced with the Vodaphne app too!!!! Please don't try your cheap business tricks with the loyal oldest Customers!!!! Zero star rating
