Problem with returns
The app doesn’t show the product to the handed over at the time of pick up. Even the pick up guy doesn’t know and makes it really difficult as to which product should be handed over. The app must show the specific product to be handed over at the day of pick up. Even if we schedule a date, the pick up happens prior to the scheduled date.

I have ordered 3 products from @nikestore online. They have handed the product to their courier partner without giving proper “tax invoice” to them. Now my shipment is held for custom clearance at Delhi Airport. Nobody from your CUSTOME SERVICE IS HELPING ME. It seems that you just want money and don’t want to take any responsibility for successful delivery of your product. Upon consistently asking for the Tax invoice you’ve provided the letter of sale. Kindly ask your MARKETING TEAM TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND DO PROVIDE THE TAX INVOICE TO COURIER PARTENER ARAMEX AND TO ME. Pl resolve my issue.

I have tried thousands of times with different ways to buy sneakers on the nike app and website but the payment step always fails and states payment rejected.
I tried using different accounts/ phones/ browsers/ cards and nothing worked.
The customer care support is not at all there.
I have even sent nike support the screenshot of the network call where its failing so that it can be looked at but no response.

Never buy using Bank account
I tried to buy shoes from Nike for my son . The amount was 15k Indian rupees. I was taken to the Indian payment gateway (India money) the amount got debited but the order failed. I ask my bank the bank responded saying that th money was debited and credited to India money. Nike says the order failed and the transaction was reversed . They sent a cryptic screen shot showing that the order was cancelled. After following for last 6 month I have gave up on my hard earned money. Nike sells India without having proper processes in place. I will never buy again.

Worst Selling Strategy
I think nike use other platforms to sell their demanding products because in this app and on official website nothing is available like no sizes, no stock and nothing that costumer want. I think they use other websites like stockx and other different websites to make more money and to create more hype about and make to think how valuable their product is because I don’t think so that anyone can sell someone’s brand on their website or on any other platforms without their permission and without knowing them it quite surprising for me to see there brand on other websites with huge price and with all requirements like sizes, color’s and demand which all the nike customer want’s from them and I know many people notice this that the products which are demanding are on other websites with huge price and customer think how demanding this product is that it has such high bid I think that it’s another awful strategy of nike that is playing by nike brand and community to create a hype about there products in this competitive market.

The app does not allow me to sign in stating that my browser has cookies disabled. I double checked and triple checked that my safari and chrome cookies are not blocked. Very poor customer service
I had ordered lebron 9 basketball shoes but it was too tight and does not fit. Even after placing multiple return requests package is not being picked up. Now I am stuck with shoes which I can’t use. It has been 2 weeks and my pick up request is getting cancelled 4 times. I have not expected this level of service from global brand like Nike.

Not sure if it’s a legit Nike app
Once the purchase was made the money was deducted immediately but no trace of purchase in the app.
No email confirmation about the product purchased as well. All they did was immediately getting the customer to make the payment and nothing else.
Have been speaking to the customer care for refund but they can hardly try anything. All they say is the order was not placed, if that’s the case please initiate the refund immediately!
Very stressful and I regret downloading this application.

Sheer perfection and essential for survival
One and only unique and the best app. I have been mene we of Nike since 2017. I’ve been using NRC, NTC and Nike app for a long time now. I humbly and greatfukkg express my heartfelt thanks to you folks. You are nailing it. I recently purchased Nike flex run shoes for running which arrived from Singapore. Stuck at setting up the application
So many issues with this application for so long which haven’t been fixed yet.
This application seems to be built so good but due to certain issues the users are not even able to set up the application and reach the home page.
Initially I got stuck at the permissions page and the “Next” button became non responsive, which did not get resolved even after reinstalling the app. Next I started receiving “Connection error” errors, irrespective of how strong my wifi or mobile data is.
Later I tried to install and set up on multiple phones and faced exactly same issue.
Such a big company and cannot have there app developers fix this issue?
