I tried to buy shoes from Nike for my son . The amount was 15k Indian rupees. I was taken to the Indian payment gateway (India money) the amount got debited but the order failed. I ask my bank the bank responded saying that th money was debited and credited to India money. Nike says the order failed and the transaction was reversed . They sent a cryptic screen shot showing that the order was cancelled. After following for last 6 month I have gave up on my hard earned money. Nike sells India without having proper processes in place. I will never buy again.

Once the purchase was made the money was deducted immediately but no trace of purchase in the app.
No email confirmation about the product purchased as well. All they did was immediately getting the customer to make the payment and nothing else.
Have been speaking to the customer care for refund but they can hardly try anything. All they say is the order was not placed, if that’s the case please initiate the refund immediately!

Keen about looking all things nice here but the app just redirects me to the questions that were asked initially. Immense love to Nike. I have to delete the app on and off again. Please fix it.

So many issues with this application for so long which haven’t been fixed yet.
This application seems to be built so good but due to certain issues the users are not even able to set up the application and reach the home page.
Initially I got stuck at the permissions page and the “Next” button became non responsive, which did not get resolved even after reinstalling the app. Next I started receiving “Connection error” errors, irrespective of how strong my wifi or mobile data is.
Later I tried to install and set up on multiple phones and faced exactly same issue.
Such a big company and cannot have there app developers fix this issue?

Its stuck on finding new promoters. How can it help the company if it cant move forward the nike ads leave alone the shopping. Pathetic app. Even after updating it doesn’t move forward.
Stuck on the same page for last two months.

App is good. But in India the delivery charges are too high. If you want to buy just a T-shirt or a short or socks then delivery charges seem very un justified and one ends up buying these things elsewhere.
