The go battle league especially. Instead of increasing prices why don’t you fix the broken game mechanics of the go battle league. I mean honestly my home WiFi is 500mbps and the amount of lag in leagues is just insane. The amount I am spending on premium passes is just not worth it for battle league. Every damn game there is atleast a little lag either at the start or at the prime time. I quit I am not spending any more money on this app.

So I was just playing Pokémon go and started battling… all of my 5 matches were done and I was starting my new 1st one then suddenly it just takes time to load and then says times up and ends the match doesn’t even let me see anything this happened right after the part where it says this player vs this player… then after this I immediately went to the battle tab and it showed me 4/5 matches played… pls fix this glitch it was happening frequently to me the same way (and yes I’m connected to a wifi and have good range so can’t be a wifi problem).

You like this game or not it only depends on where you live and your conditions. If you live in a ruler area or in small cities, you will have a disadvantage and you will not be able to get better pokemons and items and less access to pokestops. The place i live in has no pokestops near 1 km around and it becomes useless and boring to play the game if you cant go out walking kms. My only request to niantic is to make the players from smaller areas a bit more comfortable by adding options for them so that they can play like other players living in rather bigger cities or at least add some sot of joystick or some pass which allow you to visit good places for some hours as people are trying to use fake gps or hack version because of this problem. Dear Niantic, hope that you consider my problem and go for a solution as suggested.

If you really want to make progress in this game you have to spend a but-load of money. The game is very unevenly balanced. People living in USA and Europe have a great advantage because of the number of spawns and the ease of access of poke stops and gyms. This gives them an unfair advantage in terms of powering up Pokémon. Some of the places have zero or absolutely no spawns which makes me wonder which other game punishes you so hard for not living in the “right” country. It’s a very unreasonable game and the only reason people play this is because of the love for Pokémon. But be assured once you start playing this, all that love will vanish away in an instant.

And don’t forget the servers which give up on you when you play for more than 20 minutes straight and vary from region to region.

This game has pathetic matchmaking in Go leagues PVP. You grind, waste so much time and money to catch Pokémon that are best for GO BATTLE LEAGUES and when you try them in PVPs matchmaking doesn’t let you win any matches because this game matches with opponents which has super-effective moves against your Pokémon and whatever Pokémon you take your opponents are decided so that you will always lose. e.g if you take grass types, ice type appears and when you choose ice type, fire type appears and when you choose fire type, water type appears and so on…..Hardly can even win one match with their pathetic matchmaking. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. You are just wasting time playing this time consuming grinding game and you are set to lose against players with super-effective pokemons. It says we have to walk in real life to move our avatar. Pokemon game are supposed to just make you sit down and reel you into a world of creativity! Not make us walk. I would give a negative rating if possible. Thanks to Niantic for ruining my favourite childhood memories. Pokemon is my favourite series of my childhood.

I started the game while I was in USA. Days after it was launched. Been playing the game even though it was buggy. New features were added which gave motivation to play. Until they turned it to Pay2Play. Even then played a while. But eversince the start of this year faced ban to my account. Initially I used to report them but always got bot reply’s no person to person conversation happened. After 4 consecutive bans I lost interest in complaining and only resumed during the GoFest event. Right after that event when I tried logging in got a message saying Account has been terminated.

Tried to reach out to Niantic but as usual no person to person interaction happened but just bot messages saying account is terminated and decision is final.

I have no interest in the game anymore.

I normally review apps only if it’s amazing or entirely broken. Pokemon Go, sadly, falls into the 2nd category as it never seems to get fixed & develop more bugs & game crashes. Even after earning billions... lately it has been reported to give anxiety issues & seizures. A game such as this should be banned and is a disgrace to feature Pokémon in its game mechanics, which we all loved as a child.

I love this game and it’s got much to offer, if u like games with low-fi adventure themes and regular updates then this game is for you. There are constant updates with new features each time which makes it fun to play without boring u out. It also allows you to play with friends and the new buddy feature stands out. It’s fun to battle other trainers and the rocket grunts. The new updates which take in the pandemic made me really play this game. They give remote raid passes and other stuff like pokeballs and berries which makes it easier to play. I would recommend it to anyone who love pets, Pokémon or just simple adventures.

Pokémon GO has fulfilled all of my Pokémon dreams! I love playing and even managed to get my sister addicted! I only have a few problems:

1. In COVID-19, I am unable to place Pokémons in gyms and don’t have any Pokécoins. I suggest that Niantic Inc. add more ways in which I can get Pokécoins.

2. After a while, the game gets a bit boring. All we need to do is get, train and battle with Pokémon. Other stuff, too, but it’s kind of boring now.

Other than those 2 problems, the game is perfect!

This app is a seriously AMAZING game, I can’t explain how good it is! But there’s a problem. After losing against Jesse (in the season of celebration or whatever), I lost against her because I accidentally started with my weak Pokémon because my strong ones were knocked out. This is not good and if this continues then i will have to delete this game. and also update the distance if we are travelling in a car as a passenger. this is my issue and if its not solved then i will have to uninstall the game because its kind of cheating as you don't update the correct distance and there are many missions, egg hatch and candies are directly related to distance travelled. If I travel 35 km and only get the update of distance travelled around 3-4 km then there is no use of wasting time in the game

I’m an iPhone user, have been playing this game since very long, though it’s an addictive an adventurous game, it crashes frequently after a use of 20-25 mins. Players lose interest overtime when bugs like this happen and niantic doesn’t do anything to provide a solution, this is not just for me, for several iPhone users this has been the case for so long. Please hire good developers who can rectify these issues.

Also, many solutions mention that closeting all background apps and keeping updated version solves problems 🙄. Never works as the problem lies within. Frequently, battles have been lagging too much, previously it was very smooth, please work on that too. I appreciate niantic for bringing new raid bosses, which is awesome, but if problems like app crashes keep happening, then there’s really no reason to enjoy what’s in front of the player.

Since 2016 I am playing.. I am tired now game loading issue..

Since then no changes in stardust, which is 100 and coins per day is 50.. as we can’t even go out so no 50 coins per day..

Wild spawns are very less...hard to get good IV with incense..

Due to Cov 19 we can’t raid but give an option to use daily pass or get it without going to the gym and also make it available to use on PVP as we can’t raid.. also if we don’t have many people we can’t raid.. so it will be very hard to get legendries.. you guys are just not making the game fun at all.

Allow to locate nearest trainers for Pokémon battles. Allow to send messages to friends. Allow Pokémon trading from far away. Increase the money earned through gym defending and extend the 50+ poke coins per day to 100. Let the Pokemon buddy walk along with us and also try to add Pokémon sounds like Pikachu saying puma and bulbasaur saying bulba. Another Main thing you must do is add some story mode type of thing like all Pokémon adventures. It will get so much interesting. I am playing this game from past 2 years. I enjoyed it a lot. But unlike others I waited for updates and did not quit, now we have many events like special research and field research along with community day events.

But I wish it would be better if we could see players nearby and challenge them for a fight of our own rules like tag battle , double battle etc ., and events are less like for once in 2 months or 3 months but it could be better if there are everyday event and everyday task.

It would also be better if we could chat with our friends and have a friendly battle.

It would be great if we could form clans for etc ., not like mystic , valor and instinct but something like groups and alliances and have clan wars.

Then it would be great to see top clans and top players.

Hoping that you would consider my idea and think about it.

If possible I would give a 0 rating. I started playing this game few months back. After sometime I got signed out, when I tried logging in, I started getting invalid password error. I reset the password but was still getting the same wrong credentials error. So I started fresh with a new account. After playing for a couple of months they all of a sudden terminated my account saying I violated some conditions. When I raised a complaint, initially they told you haven’t broken any rules and gave link saying use it to unblock yourself. The link had nothing related to unblocking the account and when I asked them further instructions they told my account has been terminated and if I want I can start with a new account. I neither have the patience nor interest to play this game anymore.

It used to be the only thing I thought about when I first installed it. That was a good 10 months back. I was relentless in my search and have a pokedex with 180+ registrations. I also managed to get 5 of my friends addicted but I think the bubble is about to burst...unless Niantic has some exciting tricks up its sleeves to regain fan interest...I feel the game is almost over.

At least if the game could provide a feature to locate nearby players and allow networking, it would give a platform for players to form battle groups for the more difficult raids. Otherwise, something exciting happens, I am so close to quitting this game.

PS. Did I mention the problems with excessive heating and super fast battery drain...the 3 missing stars are just because of that...and I use an iPhone 6s...can't imagine what players with lower end phones face.
