I am using this id more than 1 year and my id number is 1098015786. My id banned two times without any reason and i go for appeal and they did not respond. When i contact in official room they are telling that they can’t help and they are only for welcoming the new users. And the only complaining and help method is e-mail. But when we are asking about this. They ate not responding. With out any help center they are taking all our recharging money but they are not guaranteeing for our id. This is not only my problem. This is all the users problem. Not only my id banned that day 13 id banned totally. How we are trust this app. This worst experience i got from an app.

Hindi region is the hub of abusers and the officials of Hindi region allows abusers to be the admins and run the programme room.
Specially the Hindi moments supervisor does politics in the region.
A lot of old users left this application due to this.

I’ve used this app for around 3 months & last month I purchased Knight membership where I was supposed to get golds worth 5000 (170 golds for 29 days & 70 golds for the last day) but to my surprise there was a software glitch or something & I didn’t receive any coins for my membership towards the end, now comes the worst part - Customer service you write them emails with proofs and everything first they will reply like once in a blue moon + the replies would be nothing but excuses blaming you so that they can dust off their responsibilities. I was so used to this app I liked all the features but unfortunately due to this bad experience & unprofessionalism of yalla, I’ll have to switch to another platform. BEWARE BEFORE SPENDING ON THIS APP

Yalla hindi region is degrading.Disabling our ids who recently joinned yalla, without any reason. When we complain this to room cs n send mail we do not get any reply . The hindi region supervisor is very ignorant he never resonds to users issue he himself is bengali and gives more priority to bengali speaking people. the bengali’s get chance to be admin in official room and have PR room makes hindi region biased n partial If this continues we will be leaving this app.

This is Indian official room declared by yalla.i want to know that how can yalla appoint or make any non indian user as a admin of that room.there are Bangladeshi user who became the admin of the room even they don’t know the culture of India.even though they don’t have the common sense to talk with indian user.& most striking thing is that how can that admins are appointed? Which criteria make dem admin?? Nd why only girls r admins or room cs? Why?? Like me most of users of yalla want to know that.most of yalla official admins come to marketing their own room not for official rooms growth.they begging new users into their room.
I hope u can understand what I want to inform u n hope that u take action nd remove non-Indian admins(Bangladeshi)from Indian offical.cutting down 2 star because of them.
