This is for the app and not the service. Its annoying to wait for the app to respond on click on a screen control. Loading of products is very slow and the same is with touch feedback. Fix it.

When we try to pause a delivery. Its shows some random year. I was getting 202111 when we are in year 2021. Needs to be fixed. Rating it low because of this. This happened on iphone 11 so that you know which device is facing the issue.

If you want to customise the pause dates for any product the calendar feature in IOS takes you to the year “20211”. One has to go back till 2021 by pressing the previous button, which is practically impossible to do manually. They dont even have a drop down or anything similar to select the year. Very inconvenient.
I really appreciate the prompt delivery service which is provided. But the customer support provided is pathetic. I have raised multiple tickets and was promised call back which never happened. Hope they improve upon it and resolve my issue. Further to the conversation that I’m having with Milkbasket team it seems like all they are trying to do is keep on escalating the issue but none of their concerned team responds. Maybe they are under the assumption that if they keep on postponing the issue customer will get fed up and leave it.
Because of this worst customer service I am further dropping the rating.
Rating single * why no option to check service delivery until user is registered.. Very misleading.

This is super app for daily needs. It’s awesome due to the facts like, order till midnight, too many cash back offers, no payment gateway each time you order - just add items to your cart but yes if you don’t want that, please remove it before midnight.
At times the app responds slow, but mostly I have observed it late night hours, may be because many uses it that time for their next day needs.
App UI freezes while trying to scrolling through items, already loaded images are not loading.

It’s a very good app & the delivery is also perfect. Only issue I see is the loading time of items within the app. It’s very slow. Please improve that.
App is very god I always use it I have 2-3 active accounts across my family, since yesterday online payment was working in iOS but that is also fixed after the update, thank you so much guys for launching the emergency patch.
Technical issue can come anytime but at least customer should reply about the outage which they did not do even after my multiple emails and there was no sms notification about this outage- I thought issue is with my handset or local network.

Hi, I facing issue with my account top up, payment getting failed and showing as pending. Tried to connect with customer support but no luck. Send mail for issue, just get standard reply try updating App, which I have already done twice.
I haven’t been able to load my wallet since past 3 days now and there isn’t any revert on Help in the app. I am so flustered as I am not able to order!

What fun is to have an app that’s not working. I have been trying to add money to the wallet for the Daily deliveries and it would not accept. Was the app Pre designed not to work after some time ?? Tried reaching out customer care on email and got the canned response .. share screen shot of error .. don’t have it as there is no error. It’s like a loop .. click on proceed to pay.. chose any option and fill details .. wait .. wait …. Wait …. WAIT… and back to screen 1. If u want to call me .. check my email which I shared.

I installed the app. Signed up. Tried to add money through paytm wallet, did not work. Then tried all other ways it just show a screen with transaction in progress and stays there for long time and goes back from that screen. Please look into this.

I got raw un eatable bananas , I paid 18 bucks for them and got only 5 rs refund. Really pathetic experience... Not gonna use this app again, sorry.
Installed the app 2 days back worked okay till 2 days then i had to top up as i wanted to order some items. The top will does not work, after multiple retries chatted with a chat agent in the app. He suggested to uninstall and install again.. weird isnt it … but still i did. After installing again when i try to login my old credit is gone, cart is gone, chat is not available and they dont have customer care number. Who will help ? Seems hopeless

When a marketing guy walks in to my apartment and asked me to buy using this app by seeing his hard work and to encourage a start up Bussiness me and my husband decided to order first things it doesn’t have all the products even though I have ordered some baby care products which are very important and they promised to deliver next day between 5 am to 7am later morning received message that order will be delayed we are like ok then later sometime they cancelled all orders without any prior notice or info when I asked for refund the customer care guy told it will take 10 to 13 Bussiness days . They just loot your money don’t add
I have used this app to order products a couple of times, received good product so far. The only issue I faced is the delivery person leaves everything at the society main door without ringing the call bell early in the morning. (6am)
Of course, not everyone wakes up that early, I contacted their cc and updated the delivery instructions and requested them to pls ring my door bell so that I can pick my products on time. Perishable products like milk, butter & icecream will get spoilt if left in sun for longer hours.
On my next delivery, no door bell no phone call happened. Now how do we solve the problem? Once they have refused the money for spoilt milk but then why you want to issue a refund and not ring the door bell? Think about it, it will save you money and customers, time and effort to re-order things.
I must say.. Milk Basket is the best thing which has happened to us.. You just add a product even at 11:55 at night and it gets delivered early morning to your doorstep.. it has made our life so easy especially by delivering milk every morning.. 365 days an year.. Kudos to all of you for ensuring flawless deliveries at these unprecedented times as well !!
I don’t usually write a review but Milkbasket is a great company and solves a real problem. However, on the tech end I think the app needs a whole lot of improvements. Scrolling issue for starters.
Also, many brands that I trust are nowhere to be found in the catalogue.
Overall, an amazing service that I would use as long as its available in the areas I relocate to. :)

Your service is awesome and satisfying. One new avenues I see for you is to add newspaper subscription also in your catalogue. Just like milk, I want to have newspaper selection option also. How good it will we where I have an option to select whatever newspaper I want to read on whatever day I want. I can start and stop on my own. Please consider that.
App is superb awesome. I’m using this app from 1 year. It deserve 10 stars. They deliver your order on the time and before you even wake up in the morning, your order will be at your door daily on time. They also give very good offers and discounts. Customer service is also very good and helpful. But some things which I don’t like or problems which i face are. First thing is sometimes app lags in my phone i use iPhone7 and sometimes it hard to scroll the menu. I don’t know if the problems is in my phone or app but only this app becomes hard to scroll sometime. Second thing is adding money in the cart. Earlier the minimum limit to add money was 100 i think but now it has increased to 1250. Because sometimes i had to order few things so but that’s okay. No more complaints. And yeah please add more discount coupons xD. This app is very good. All groceries items are available. Saves time. Great service.
Milkbasket is the best service and innovation in recent times for daily life. Even during Covid lockdown delivery was impeccable. During normal times its service quality is unmatched. I love the products snd ease with which we get them at doorsteps everyday.
They should consider making smaller lots of items for nuclear family especially fresh veggies and fruits. For example I want fresh cucumber daily for salad but I can order only one Kg which is too much for two people. So we end up eating stale!! Consider making ordering more simplified and convenience of real physical store where I can pick any quantity and weigh it!!
Slowly but steadily this app/company is becoming a advertising platform!! They have started sending paper flyers for promoting other companies products!! (Must be charging from them)
They Delete the products from your cart without any information and you get to know only when order is delivered!!!
Very poor handling of delivery bags as they put all bags on dirty floor near the lifts without any sense of hygiene...on top of it they expect SPCH charges from customers and monthly delivery charges too.
These charges get added silently..and you won't even notice unless you specifically review the charges for every order .
Also if you want to recharge your wallet..they won't let you do for anything less than Rs 1000!!!
Last but not least....it's impossible to reach their customer care in real time...you are at their mercy to get a call back post serious level of frustrating conversation with their not 🤔🤔
1.Price is always higher than other daily grocery apps and quality is too bad
2. Its first agenda was no delivery fee for minimum order but at the time of need(during lockdown)it took 100 rs per delivery n that also without notifying the customers
3. Minimum recharge was 1000 rs n it automatically cut the money as delivery fee i am still not finding the calculations..
4.talking to the customer care is very difficult.. i can say impossible as you have to be queuing up for almost one week .
Everyone can do better till the time one realises that there is some scope of improvement. Unfortunately you are missing that realisation.
Your customer service and chat support is pathetic. There is no option to speak to a person or request a call back conveniently. It seems that you want to hide behind the slow chat service of yours. I mean who would have have all the time in this world to make your people realise that you are causing serious discomfort!!

I have downloaded this app long back and that time address selected by default wrong some random location near me....because of not availability of my accurate location , now bad feature of this u cannot write or put ur address manually it shows only selected location so it picked wrongly... now on 21st when I tried my first order it ask me to first add money which I added and select the product then I realise that address is incorrect... I tried to correct from address change but could not because of app limitation... now surprisingly the good has been delivered at wrong location two day le back and I have not been notified by call /msg anything... now I am struggling to get the order ... please request to the team take action on it ...
I was recommended by a friend. But, I absolutely dislike the wallet option! You have to top up minimum of ₹1000, even if you just want to buy something worth ₹200. And then, of course you HAVE TO use the remaining ₹800. That’s insane. This is only for those who buy all their groceries from Milk Basket on a regular basis. Also, the veggies that we received were not of great quality. Also, they delivery around 6:30-7 in the morning! That’s a bit annoying during the lockdown, when you have to go and collect everything. Not happy at all.
I am using this app for quite some time. They came strong even in Lockdown and delivered things when there were no options. But with the time I start noticing the app has become a advertising app. I am using it to buy a insurance or do health check up. Also there are long list of unnecessary banners in between. Whoever is your UI designer and Marketing head should think of it. Now lets come to the second part I appreciate your affort in sanitization, but don't loot people on the name of it. More than 7 rupee per day is bit higher side. As compare to other platforms your prices are in higher side for fruits and vegetables also others products are being sold on MRP but I was ok with that. But now its enough and switching to other platforms like BB daily and supr daily.
I’ve been using Milkbasket service I think almost since their launch and what a lifesaver it has been right from milk to almost all the grocery items one needs at home.
And the best part, all those late night demands at home of next day items one can keep on adding till midnight and right in morning everything is door delivered.
For last couple of months there have been slight changes but that’s expected given the Covid 19 and lockdown situations. Still, I’d say they have been quite efficient. I hope they get better and back to the midnight orders soon again.
I have been using milk basket for a very long time now. And although I love the convenience of it, the extra monthly charges and now the daily extra charges are something new. A lot of times it so happens that 1-2 items do not get delivered. I have to reorder them the next day and pay extra charges again. I try to order items in bulk so that I don’t have to pay those extra charges daily. Please find out a solution for the above problem. If you are not delivering something at your end, then the extra amount should be waived off the next day.
Hats off to the Milkbasket team for working full throttle in these lockdown days and making lives of millions of people easier in such critical times. Can totally understand the pain and hardships of the team delivering goods in a high security and strict environment, especially the front line delivery boys. A big thumbs up. Milkbasket has now become our go to app for any grocery requirement. It has now become a verb instead of noun. They deliver efficiently, issues are promptly resolved, money is refunded without followups. They were tested during the lock down period and am happy to see that they are back. Lockdown period has shown the real worth of milkbasket.
Would like to escalate a nearly consistent issue with all of my orders
There r days when my order is not delivered, days when i don’t receive complete order, days when products are different to what i had ordered.
Also i place my bags outside of my home gate at the balcony, ur colleague used to come n take it from there, now i have not seen it and off late i hv a pile of bags - hundreds just stacked there. Each morning i wake up to see n add another bag. Then u pester us sending us alert to return ur bags, we r happy to return, train ur colleagues yo grab them from people’s home. Also what is with the order delivery guys, do u suggest u call us when u deliver the order so we can state u whats missing right then. Because i ordered (yesterday evening)n paid for my lunch food for my work today. Now order has not arrived meaning i would have to pay to hv lunch at work as well. Have u guys now started managing our finances as well with ur missed deliveries. If that is the case, then apologies guys will hv to move elsewhere
I have been using this app from quite sometime.. After one of my friend told me about this app.. My experience was amazing.. No disturbance, they will silently deliver you order like a Santa Claus.. Works best for me.. You will open the door and you will find it.. Specially in these critical times of COVID-19, where things can go out of stock.. I would really appriciate all the efforts by the employees who are delivering these orders taking the risk of their lives.. I am using Milkbasket since a month. The delivery is good. But hope you never end up with some issue because milkbasket doesn’t give any value to their customer. I had an issue and contacted the customer care. The first response from their side was like 15mins later. And then come the real face. They did not respond on my query. I was waiting like an idiot for my query to resolve but no help was provided. 2 days continuously same thing happened. The first day executive went off after one message keeping me waiting. The next day thankfully Miss Ekta answered but after one message she also disappeared. After 20mins reply was there ‘Hi, I will surely assist you today’. They literally stand their words. She took almost an hour to reply 5 message . And at the end she went off without resolving the issue. Milkbasket needs to hire better executive and to retain their customer they should start valuing them. I hate Milkbasket customer care. No one cares here.
I have been using milk basket for quite sometime now. I have been extremely happy with their early delivery and products. However, of late since the past couple of months their delivery boys have been extremely careless while delivering the products. On multiple occasions, I have received damaged products. Although, we can raise concern over the app and get the refund immediately.. however, when I checked, the refund is not credited unless you communicate with the customer service. Because of their delivery boys my corridor is spilled with milk most of the days, since they somehow manage to topple the basket kept for the milk and don’t even bother to pick it up. This has happened so many times. It’s not about the refund money but how much is wasted because their delivery boys are careless. Just because your business is expanding does not mean your service should take a downward turn.
I have had a great experience with Milkbasket. Every morning my groceries are at my door step by 6. The selection of household products also has been getting better. Occasionally there are errors and we find that we have a different product from what we ordered, but refunds are usually simple. I do wish that there was a phone number to call into for when the app cannot deal with issues. However the pluses far outweigh the problems. I also love the fact that the team takes back the bags in which the products arrive. I wish that the packaging material could be reduced a little more or paper bags used wherever possible. Overall, very convenient.
Been using Milkbasket for a couple of months now & we are very impressed by their service. We graduated from ordering milk to other items. The quality of fresh vegetables is really good. So far we’ve never had any issues with delivery. A few times when the quality wasn’t good, they took care of the issue by promptly initiating a refund. The team is also green where they encourage recycling the delivery pouches... Highly recommended!
I have been a regular customer of Milkbasket.. initially , their service was pretty good and I was happy with Milkbasket.. but now their service has become substandard..
Let me give you one example.. on 19th dec they did not deliver my entire order.. and they marked it as delivered .. there is no contact centre where I can reach out to help..
in app chat is pathetic , as agents there are non responsive.. they will connect you with useless agents Ekta , Himanshu , Jaspreet Singh kohli who wont respond on chat for hours ..
And they will give you scripted response that pls wait for 24 hours.. I did wait for 24 hours and neither my order delivered nor you guys refunded the money worth 1179..

Mind you that it’s a one-way relationship in this business. Whatever flaw with the app functioning or their delivery cannot be reported, no phone number to call. The cart adds products, these aren’t delivered the next day and they vanish from order history too. So what’s the proof that the customer added it. Secondly there is no monthly statement of expenses without which customer has to manually calculate deductions from top-up. The chat feature is immature with limited options/queries and chat with agent has never happened for me after trying 4-5 times on different days. It’s a matter of days before the business collapses.
Support service is pathetic. Team is not bothered for your concern and you get stuck because you can not pull out your wallet money. No helpline numbers and everytime new person assigned when you not only have to brief everything again but still no solutio, they will simply tell we will get back to you and arrange call back. I am struggling and chasing daily since last week but neither I am getting refund back nor they telling me the process to get my wallet money if I close the account. I suggest there are much better other renowned online brands to rely on
Best part first: 1)Delivery gets very early morning, which is really appreciated 2) no check out required
Bad part : 1)charges or account history missing.. amount credited after refund or debited is not there, I remember i have seen it long back but I believe its removed so that customer should not know what going with the wallet. 2)support is bad: have to spend lot of time in search incase need to raise complaint, no phone no just through message 3) hidden charges on per packet basis
Advice: be transparent on all credits n debits history, else whatever good u provide will be washed off
My order which I have today morning that is 17th October 2019, Thursday in which I ordered several items but I haven’t received multiple items and even one item is damaged and I had raised this issue in morning itself as you customers issues will be resolved in 8 hours but it doesn’t happen with me. I feel very bad why I trust milk basket for such a large amount of order where post services are very bad and nobody is there to hear you ...
I need full justification where are my missing items, do I can trust milkbasket in future.
Previously I was very happy with your service but now it doesn’t seems so ..

This is undoubtedly the worst app I have ever used. If you don’t use it, please don’t download it. If you have downloaded it, please delete this app. The delivery guy will come and ring your doorbell repeatedly every morning at 5 AM or so. He will wake up your whole building. There is no way to complain to customer care at that hour. During working hours you can complain through the app chat function, which more often than not, doesn’t work. If by small miracle it does work, and you do get to speak to somebody from customer care they will simply make false promises and the problem will continue. Never have I encountered such an unbelievably poor customer feedback mechanism. They don’t care that their irresponsible delivery partners are making life hell for their customers. They don’t care that their customers are complaining. I have stopped using Milkbasket and I am trying to get everyone in my building to stop using it also.
They have the worst delivery team ever !! They do not turn up and in return the customer gets an msg of your item is been delivered! Customer goes bonkers to understand if the items are delivered to some other door step and start raising issues and giving proofs that you did not get the items delivered ! Then once issues is raised our money is back and then we get to order Same the next day delivery! It’s a chaotic experience and can’t rely on any vegetables and fruits! Vegetables and fruits which I ordered were the one which are supposed to be thrown in KR market .. so pathetic greens and fruits! Utter shame to vendor and shame to us to believe and trust them !
I would like to conclude app is really good unless they have good vendors
Off late, items delivery notification was started over SMS. This SMS notification is sent in early hours, which is a disturbance.
I wanted to disable this delivery notification over SMS, as there is no seeing available in app, I approached customer support. They updated the setting in backend and confirmed that I will NOT receive SMS notifications in future. But again next day morning I received SMS notification for delivery. Again I approached customer support, they again assured that SMS notification will not be sent, but unfortunately again I received SMS notification.
REQUEST TO PROVIDE SETTINGS IN APP TO DISABLE DELIVERY NOTIFICATIONS OVER SMS.
I had been regularly purchasing from them. Once the milk packet that I had received had completely leaked and spilled on my apartment corridor. It was as if someone just threw away and went off. There was a hook to hang it but no one cared. It was a huge embarrassment for us in the apartment. Besides, the fruits that I ordered like banana and guava were almost raw every time. Overall okay service is what I can say. Didn’t like the customer service as no one has even responded to my issue regarding the spillage since the past 20 hours. That’s sad. There’s not even a single contact number to call and talk to the customer care. Not going to make any more purchases from here.
I really liked the service as it delivered stuff early morning and had started recommended to friends. However, I tried ordering groceries and vegetables and my experience is really bad. They deliver products different from your order, miss some things from the order, deliver less quantity or in case of vegetable and fruits these are really bad quality and at times rotten. And I experienced this every single time that I tested their service for groceries. Since they leave stuff outside the door really early you discover these lapses later and then have to report by chat later. Granted, they refund for valid complaints but you use a service to get the service not to get a refund. They really really really need to tighten up their delivery partners or customers like me will lose faith.
I think this company is fraud and has a worst customer support ever i have encountered in my life. Firstly the do not have any person with whom you can connect and raised your concern until you do no send them 30 emails regarding their issue and nearly around 40 chat messages to their chat bots. Then you will receive a call and someone will say will get back to you in next 15 mins it will take you to the infinity loop your issue won’t het resolve and you’ll keep sending them email. Milkbasket you let me down although i liked your concept but your service is pathetic ,
I do not have an option to choose my location as address. I managed to select near by society name. When I’m trying to place order which says unable to deliver in your area. I don’t know the reason why, since I chosen the near by suggested society name by them and it won’t allow to choose the order without money. I understood the concept of placing order based on available money but when you are unable to delivery this is useless things. Put some verification on address first and then proceed further until then don’t allow to load money as well which will be good for you. Treat this message as feedback since I’m not getting positive response from support to talk on the issue. May be provide the toll free/customer support number which helps a lot for faster response.
I added few items by mistake while speaking to a colleague and then forgot to remove them. As per the tagline of milkbasket they take no questions asked returns I raised a request to return the Item and waited the entire day for someone to call me or contact me but no one contacted me and when I asked the delivery guys if they will take the product back they asked me to contact support. As said I contacted customer support again and as usual I kept writing from my end and received none whatsoever response from support. It has been 48 hrs now and 1 of the item is already ant infested now lying out in the open. Naturally who incurred the loss of item and money, ‘The Customer’ thats me. Milkbasket has the worst support till date that I have witnessed. If this goes on competition will take over the market very soon. Shame!!!
I don’t think there could be anything better than this for me. In dwarka there was no bigbasket operating .
Got delivery on time amd hasslefree.
But be aware of customers who would bug you for petty issues or the chances of things being stolen from doorsteps.
What can anyone ask when they are giving you products on time on your doorstep without bothering. What more trust this app can place on people.
You people made it more innovative by reusing bags .
The application constantly crashes every time I use the chat section and it will not let you type and further after every sentence you have sent until you close the app and go back to the place just to type another sentence and it behaves the same way again. It’s getting quite frustrating and annoying when you already not getting the type of quality you expected and you want to complaint but the app doesn’t work.
PROS: The concept is good. It's very convenient. Prices are comparable to bigbasket, and sometimes lower too. No delivery fees and orders are delivered on time in the early morning hours. Vegetables are also of very good quality.
CONS: App is not very fluid and customer service chat can be improved a lot. Minimum TopUp amount is 250 which should be removed.
If the 2 cons are taken care of, which I believe they would be in some time hopefully, I will upgrade to 5 stars.
Like all online shopping dilemma, I was skeptical about Milkbasket. Especially when I am used to getting groceries and vegetables from the local market. But thank God I decided to give Milkbasket a try. Best thing about Milkbasket is that, it delivers at 7 am and in case of refunds, I’ve got all my refunds without any questions and delays. Now I’ve changed my perception about online Grocery shopping. You should give it a try too!
Tried for the first time and very much satisfied with the service. The products got delivered within 7 am in the morning. Fruits and vegetables that I ordered along with other items were fresh. Would definitely recommend others. Just One suggestion, tell the delivery guys to ring the bell once, just to alert the customers, otherwise products can be misplaced.
I’ve been using Milkbasket since 1 week and I’m satisfied with their services. Even the fruits and vegetables are delivered fresh, right at my doorstep.
The only thing I’m looking for in future updates would be the monthly/weekly distribution of my expenses. For example, I want to monitor how much am I monthly spending on milk, vegetables/fruits and other related products. Currently, the app only shows the amount I do my recharge for (but I don’t know under what heads is that money going).
Really looking forward to this change in upcoming updates!
I’ve been ordering from you for the last one year. Though my orders have issues sometimes, it’s your mechanism of collecting cash that is beyond deplorable.
If you insist that money must be preloaded in the account before you deliver (which most reasonable people will accept), but what happens when customers leave a request and your incompetent team doesn’t show up to collect.
For the last 4 days running I’ve been requesting cash collection and the for the last four days you don’t show up. I send a reminder and I get a templates response - “ I’m sorry.. what I have done for you is escalate...”
what the hell kind of escalation is happening when there is no improvement for basic stuff.
It’s one thing to graduate from IIT, start a company and raise tons of money but it’s a completely different thing in knowing how to manage operations smoothly.
Now - hopefully someone would wake up and fix this as I’m certain I’m not the only one here who has this issue - else I’m most likely going to expect another templated apology.
