Initially when I used to order it was good. But later on they started delivering wrong items, expired items, missed items from the order and what not. And when the same is being told to the customer care executive they it will be resolved in 24hrs and sometimes doesn’t get resolved till days. Service is the worst.

This review is purely on basis of the provision to modify order.
I added some products in the cart yesterday morning. But last minute plans happened, I wanted to cancel my order as I will not be available.
This has happened with me in the past as well.
But I had to write it this time.
Milkbasket doesn’t have policy to modify order after 12 AM. This is insane. Also there is no way to get some customer support.
I do not know about other vendors but this policy definitely should be reconsidered. I am sure others might have faced the same situation and nobody wants items to be wasted like this

Logs me out every now and then, doesn’t move forward and stay stucked after entering OTP, doesnot accept same OtP after entering, not sending the otp after 3 tries. Gives wrong otp error if requested through call.
The service is good, but the developers just lacks proper testing, navigation and error handling after entering OTP, and why on earth are you logging out after certain interval, this is not a banking app to have so much of security.

Hi he app is not working since 2 days. I have been pushed out of my login id and being asked to login again. And the app is stuck with no further navigation from the login and verification page. What is happening with this app. The most pathetic thing is there is not even any customer care contact number. With the given mail id no one is responding as well. One should understand these are apps for daily essentials and hence such long glitches, with the app not working for 2+ days, is a real shame in the way in which the app and the business is being managed.

This is an absolutely useless and fraud delivery service. I put in my money in the app in hope of a milk delivery subscription and the next day itself no delivery was made. On enquiry with customer care all apologies were made and extremely sorry’s were said and told to me that it was an inventory issue and they have made a note and delivery will be made the next day, but the same thing happened again. They will keep making excuses and write all sorry’s but the service is PATHETIC and FRAUD and a USELESS APPLICATION.

Very useful for daily needs. Have been using it since it has been launched. Sometimes things which I don't even think can be available here are easily available. Quality is always good. Sometimes when I am not happy with the quality or quantity as promised I click the picture and upload and get the refund. Suggest you to have customer care helpline also. All in all best service. Also you can introduce some loyalty rewards to regular customers.

I always rely on Milkbasket delivery for milk. They never stopped delivering milk during bad Covid times or unpredictable weather times where other apps does. Groceries can be ordered till 12:00 midnight which will be at your door step early morning. 95% of the materials delivered are good and fresh. So 5% happens that too very rarely and they refund and collect that material back. Very transparent support they have. 4 **** is for the Membership charge which demotivating most of the people which they need to look into.

Been using this app for years and will continue. Only issue I faced was with the introduction of membership charges, if delivery doesn’t take place from their side due to operational disruptions you will lose out on membership days they don’t bother to carry it forward even after several messages or reminders to their customer service chat team. As no call option available. Lost around 10 days last month.

They don’t have live reps and one can only discuss their concern through raiding a ticket or chat. Reps on chat only give scripted answers which in my view they copy and paste. For a spoiled foul smelling pineapple I received, they demanded after 24 hours of raising a ticket that I share images and also a clear video. Who in their right mind would keep a spoiled fruit in their possession only to be pictured once Custer service decides to ask for it. Frustrating and atrocious experience. These businesses should be boycotted until they better customer handling capabilities and resolutions.

Whenever I try ordering any items, almost all the time the app hangs. Tried searching the item on the search option but then the search goes on forever and no result is provided. If I click on any tile, for example on Milk, then I am routed to the next screen but nothing is displayed.
I have been using this app from multiple years and due to this pathetic degrade in the app stability I am not interested in using it anymore. For Milkbasket parent organisation it may not be a significant loss if one customer like me quit doing business with them but it’s really disappointing to see a good business organisation turning into technical graveyard in their mobile app.

After the UI changes and many products being added, it feels like it is not able to take the load. Milkbasket started as a small app with a unique no checkout option, prime time delivery early morning and unique product mix. It hit off instantly with customers like us where during Covid also goods were dropped at 5 am in the morning, super quality and delivery. Then came takeover, quality dropped, if u reported missing items there will be 8 calls asking to revoke as amount got deducted from staff, delivery changed from 5 to 7 am, sometimes even late with no option to cancel even if you are leaving home, quality worse. Membership fee increased, minimum cart made higher but if you reported missing or quality concerns, there will be a technical glitch in app….sad! Absolutely no control on quality

I was very happy to switch to milk basket for my daily delivery of milk tender coconut and other grocery items. I had a very bad experience with bb daily earlier and country delight is too costly. But the only issue i faced is with the customer care of milk basket. I am not able to complain or raise an issue when there is non delivery or damaged product delivered to me.
Everytime i try to raise an issue it says something went wrong try again later. Fed up of this issue. I hope the developers will find a solution for this problem .

People, please be aware of the quantity received. Most of the times it is observed that the quantity received is half of the quantity ordered. And have to log complaint till 8 am which is next to impossible in busy schedules people have. Even if we manage to file complaint the ticket is closed without any explaination. Once the ticket is reopened it takes more than 24 hours to get reply. They resolve the ticket every time without any explanation. On top of that there is no contact number we can talk to. Also please check the invoice after every order. There are many random charges there that remain unnoticed if not seen the invoice. #milkbasket is making their money taking advantage of people’s busy schedules. Worst experience.

The product is good and delivery is also on time. But the app experience is poor as it takes longer to load most times when you search for a product.
There used to be lot of options for milk but now there are only two variety available, no use of taking subscription when you are not going to use it daily as I don’t want the milk they are offering. If there are more milk varieties to choose from then I’ll definitely use Milkbasket
Please provide arokiya milk in Bangalore.

I need to login the app every time I am opening it. Once the mobile number is entered, the submit button doesn’t work in first attempt. I am required to re-open the app at least 3 times to land at the home page. Once reached, the items are not getting selected. I have been using this app for more than 3 years, some how recent changes with membership they started charging 15 rs per order delivery fee without informing us. They usually renew the membership automatically but this time they didn’t and conveniently adding 15 rs per delivery. Sorry lost trust in the app. Reached to customer service but there responded rudely saying you need to look at the communications. Why would someone automatically renewing membership every month think that the membership didn’t renew. And they don’t have any notification to say we didn’t renew the membership. Bye Bye Milkbasket.

Fraud with customers, Delivery Expired Product and they are claiming that so called “milkbaskert” delivering fresh product that is completely pathetic claim I have ordered 3 months from this App and every time I got 80-90% time poor milk quality and less in quantity as well and I have invested lots of time into refund process from them that is completely unacceptable and also customer supports worst they didn’t resolved tickets and closed it without informing to customers and after fews days start harassing to the customers for photos to prove that product is not good I don’t understand why I vl keep my milk for 3 days+ even after I got poor quality. I wish I could give -ve review unfortunately couldn’t.

Milkbasket had put up a Kiosk (almost 2 years back) in our society and gave an offer of lifetime free milk delivery and a cashback on initial recharge. We started ordering milk and other groceries and were not getting charged however one fine day I saw I’ve been charged 15 Rupees per day for delivery, when I further looked into my account statement then noticed it was getting deducted from almost 2 months and I was not aware. I checked my email and SMS to see if there is any change in plan or notification for this, but I could not find any communication. Upon checking with the support team they were very rude in saying that the free trial was only for 1 month and then there was a charge. I've couple of questions, please help me to answer those:
There were no charges for more than a year for me but now what has happened now?
When I checked with my neighbour who is using the same service, he confirmed no delivery charges for him, then why me?
I am ok to pay charges or to take monthly subscription but they should at least intimate their customers.
When I was told of Zero delivery charges for lifetime then why are they deducting 15 rupees each day from my wallet?
This is literally an unethical practice and was not expected from such a prestigious organization, BTW I’ve stopped using Milkbasket.

You guys are charging 15 INR for a delivery of 58 INR worth product and when asked why, you said we revised our membership charges and it’s part of T&C. Pathetic , why would a long time account holder who was not charged of any delivery fees would go and see changed T&C’s unless you informed us him through right channels. Email, WhatsApp, Text message , these many channels are present to avail but no, you assumed customer will go through T&C and will get to know as if he doesn’t have any other work. You did a scam and calling it as delivery charges. Shame on you.

Guys dont fall for their fake promises and offers its a cheater firm, below are the problems I faced and finally had to give up after 3 months:
1- They will charge you membership charge of 175 rupees monthly no matter if you order or not that too without notifying customers
2- Every other day the items will be missing and all they will have to say is sorry
3- products like milk will be damaged atleast 30% of time
4- There is no customer care number and all you will have to do is chat with customer care people which are either not able to solve your problem or will not chat properly
I think they have bluffed customers by these fake review.
Go to twitter and you will know how many problems people are facing after subscribing this.
Mu review might get deleted but to be honest ome star is still too much and I dont have any option to rate it below it.

I made an order for 4 items and never received it. When I created an issue in the app I got multiple calls from their customer service informing me that I would get a full refund after I close the ticket. I didn’t get the refund and I’m not allowed to create another issue in the app as I have already closed it. Their entire service is pathetic and fraudulent. Quality of products isn’t great either, selling old and substandard goods in the name of discount. Overall deserves zero stars. Uninstalling!!

I was using this app for quite sometime. However recently i noticed that they deducted 178 from my wallet without my knowledge. This was deducted as a month free delivery.
I noticed it by chance when i got suspicion on why my balance is low.
After lot of arguments with customer care, they refunded my amount.
I don’t know how many tomes they done it to me and other people. My main problem was how can they deduct money without notifying customer. Their daily delivery charges are way too high compared to other vendors. I have left the app.

Very high delivery rates. If don’t opt for their membership plan then Daily subscription of one packet of milk is equivalent to their delivery charge. If opt for membership then every month then charge 175/- which is way to high then other e-commerce apps. I won’t recommend any friends to use this app unless you are very high on your pockets. I am sure many customers will soon move out of milkbasket because of their stupid plans. I rate 0 stars. Even other companies take delivery charge to ensure delivery is done hassle free by 7am and charge 2/- per delivery. But you people are stealing from customers by either Charging 175/- if no membership then 15/- per delivery

My balance was gone into -146 without my notice. My actual balance was 64, then I ordered 35rs milk pack next day it went to -146rs. When i asked customers care they told me it was membership cost. Opting membership or not it should be on user decision but not on system wish. Now there is no option to cancel it and my account was in -146. Now I was been forced to pay this amount for free. Im happy to donate this amount to beggars instead of paying them which was laid on me without my knowledge.

I have been buying from Milkbasket for more than a year now.I switched from BBDaily to Milkbasket for their free delivery. The products are delivered fresh and neatly packaged and delivered on time. So far no complaints. Sudden this month they have deducted 175 rs from my wallet without any notification as membership fee. It’s too high an amount compared to BBDaily which charge only 2 rs per delivery. Not happy with this change and that too without warning. Even if they charge for delivery it should be no more than 100rs per month. They should have some consideration for the customers.

They have this so called ‘membership fees’ of inr 155 for 30 days (seriously!!???). And it’s compulsory to pay, but you won’t get any additional service or discount for that. So once you load money in Milkbasket wallet, they deduct one 155 straight and keep on doing it after each 30 days. Whereas, there are other service providers providing the exact same service without any cost, like FTH Daily, BBDaily ( they charge inr 2 as delivery charge) etc. so I am not sure how this Milkbasket is going to survive in market, but I am opting out.

Developer needs to do lot of work in here. I downloaded the app and it asked me for address I chose “current location” but can’t go to the next stage which is filling your door number etc. It got stuck there and actually to be precise no option to move to the next stage unless you select your community in the drop down section. But my community is not listed in there now how do I proceed further? I really want to use this app and I hope my furiousness is understood. Would be happy if these basic issues are not faced.

Good app and very easy to order. Adding money in the wallet is easy. Placing subscriptions and removing items from the list is very quick. Have been using the app more than a year and quiet satisfied. Some thoughts on improvement:
1. App hangs sometimes during payment
2. Need to see monthly reports on my wallet spend, money load. It helps to budget.
3. Search items within the past order
4. Make the items with past orders link to exact product, for reordering

I used other Apps in the past only to be disappointed with each of those apps for one or the other reason. So, switched to the traditional way to have complete assurity and transparency. I wasn't very hopeful when this app was introduced to me. Now after the initial experience for the last 3 weeks or so, my preferred place to go for any purchases is Milk basket. It's even groceries, general goods, other daily use items etc. The prices are definitely the cheapest across the range even when compared to other popular stores in the vicinity. The quality is good. Timelines of delivery are extremely pleasing. There is no need to check out which means that you keep adding things to basket as you remember and all the items will be delivered by next morning around 6 am. Absolutely amazing experience. Thank you Milkbasket.

I am really impressed with the service provided by Milkbasket. Milk and other essential items are delivered right on time. Except few instances they haven’t missed any delivery. Vegetables and fruits are very fresh, looks like brought right from farms.
Only concern is, to avoid using plastic covers for daily delivery and need to look at providing some Credit/Debit card offers to HDFC, Icici, Citi etc.. right now it’s very limited to 1-2. Please look into it. Otherwise all good. Keep doing the same great job 👍🏻

I was a loyal bbdaily customer until they started to mess up deliveries and switched to Milkbasket on recommendation of a friend. There’s been no looking back since. Greatly appreciate the reliable service, with deliveries early in the morning. Of late quality of vegetables including leafy greens has been good and it’s nice to see this efforts in continuous improvement
Only feedback I would have is to probably reduce the dependence on plastic packaging and allow customers a choice to have a delivery without the blue plastic bags and put directly into a bag we leave at our door.

If i compare milk basket with other grocery delivery platforms, its better in all area.
Better app experience, better pricing, better options of milk products, better veg & fruits catalogue. And lastly what makes it unique is ordering at very last moment (before midnight) to get items next day with milk delivery.
One issue occasionally i feel is - quality of veg & fruits are compromised at times. However i would still rate it higher then other platforms.

I just explored this app few years back and couldn’t stop using it since then. I now don’t see a reason to stop my car to buy apples, milk, etc.. I love the quality of products, I feel they are handpicked and then packed. Rarely has been an order delayed or missed.

They “were” good. But now, they have major app issues.
They are BAD if you have iOS. Specially after 16.2 version there developers have went on leave and app is running on god’s will.
Everything on the app is bland. If you go to see your order for rest of the month, the product pictures aren’t available, the quantity is showing blank. I wish I could add screenshots to this review.
Another issue. You search for any product and if you try to add it to your next day cart, it shows not available, literally. I’m writing this review in frustration at 11:50 pm as this is the reason why I opted for them to order last minute things only to find that everything is unavailable!! Plus if it’s unavailable tell on the face of it, not when anyone tries to add to the cart.

Bunch of thugs looting money in name of subscription

My balance was 20 and I started milk subscription. I was going out of town so didn’t remove the subscription knowing that since balance is less, they won’t deliver anything.
But these thugs started membership charges without confirming with me when I subscribed the item. Plus they delivered milk worth 31. I got to know when I received message saying your balance is negative. WTH! Who does it? Then I complained to customer care, they resolved nothing. Again they delivered item next day too! Making my balance more negative around -200.
When asked why? They are like you are special member!!! It’s laughable how these thugs cheat in name of subscription! I haven’t paid anything to them yet and I hope I don’t have to. Don’t know to what length these people will go. Fingers crossed.

First they ll show you advertisement about 15 days free milk , vegetables and fruits obviously every one wants it then after dowloading app they ll tell ask you to get these freebies you need to add ₹2000 in their wallet before 31 st oct (note: It cannot be transferred back to your bank account) and after that they will say that they ve stopped giving service in your area due to their inability and they ll inform you once they resume services in that area 🧐🧐 and keep waiting for it .. in order to get 15 days milk you might lose the amount of 1 month milk😣

I moved from BBDaily to this app and continued to use this for the quality and packaging. However recently I’m planning on a holiday and paused my subscription for a month. By accident and set the resume date incorrect. I was confident since my top up balance is low, I wouldn’t get charged for any accidental orders. God I’m wrong. Not only they renewed my subscription for a single item, the renewed my subscription just for that single subscription and made my balance low. I tried to talk with the customer care, but they are slower than a sloth in the wild. They wouldn’t listen/read my questions keep copy pasting blind responses. I’m uninstalling the app right now.

This is probably one of the worst app and cunning e-com I came across these days. Not even close to the standard of the small timer local daily grocessory guys.
1-They ask you to load money first to the wallet to place order and you wait for the delivery next day
2- In the night you get a message - the order is cancelled and money credited to the wallet and it parks there
3- Next day you do same- it happens same
So they keep doinng it for few days so that you request them to revese the funds .
And they reply - it will be done in next 20 days.
Bottom line- they use your money for 30 days and return it to you.
Why should you try these guys when you have other smart , friendly operators like big basket, groffers, blinkit and many more available.
Dnt go for it and dnt even try..

I start to use Milkbasket to avail my credit card offer, gradually Milkbasket ordering become my regular affair, In this 6 month they missed delivery time only once and refund process take just like that, offers are also cool comparatively, really convenient and economical than even buying in the shop directly. This app takes the cake for the worst customer service out of any other apps. The chat with us function doesn’t even work half the time. When it does work once in a blue moon, the responses are so absurd that I’m left wondering if I’m talking to a human or a bot. Their fruits selection is also pretty bad especially their watermelons. Please tell me have you ever had watermelons that don’t just taste sweet but also taste sour? If you haven’t had that unique experience then order a watermelon from this app and you’ll get that. Other fruits are also not good. Bananas are always over riped. Very disappointed that a similar app called supr was recently shut down. They had very good customer service as well as good quality fruits.

Guys please stop ordering milk from Milkbasket. They’ll delivery you the same day expiry milk packets. Usually the fresh milk have one day plus as expiration date. When I raised this concern to their team they were happy to discontinue my services. I used to get same messages/mails from them that they have forwarded the concern to their respective department. But they’ll not come up with a solution. Instead of delivering the fresh milk packets they’re okay to refund your money but not okay to actually work on this problem.
Please don’t go for their packaging. Please check the expiration date of every product that you are ordering specially the milk.

It is really frustrating chatting with customer care. Once they will connect he’ll lot of time and then they will keep responding predefined message without reading your issue. You will get irritated chatting with them and at the end you may close the chat without resolution. They sent item in blue polybag which is supposed to recycled by them. But even if you opted that option from their app no one will pick that bag and at the end you need to throw. My society are very stuck to pick any kind of poly bag and hence I ended up dumping those bag myself. Time to move out from MilkBasket. Though name is milk basket but they promoting all other item than milk. They don’t even have 1liter pack of milk.
