Do not buy subscription through Apple App Store

I bought yearly subscription through Apple App Store and paid through Apple ID,

I received confirmation from Apple that I have subscribed and received an invoice also via email. But in ALTBalaji app it is not showing my subscription and hence I am not able to watch premium content,

I created query in App 2 times, sent email also but no response yet.

I am very disappointed with the service offered after buying subscription.

also please fix the bug in the app - it keeps asking to subscribe, but now when I click subscribe it says, you already have an active subscription, so it don’t allow you to subscribe again and it doesn’t allow you to watch subscription content thinking no subscription.
