Strange behaviour

Yesterday, I decided to upgrade to the premium version of an app. However, I encountered an issue because it did not prompt me with the usual pop-up message instructing me to press the appropriate button on my Apple phone. Typically, when you make any app purchases on the Apple platform, you are guided to press the correct button on your Apple device to confirm and activate the subscription. Unfortunately, this particular app did not display such a prompt for me. Additionally, the only payment method available was Apple Pay, which is not even available in India. Despite this, I clicked on the option, and the subscription was somehow activated. I received an email from the alternative team indicating that the purchase was processed through iTunes. However, the money has not been deducted from my iTunes account, and I am puzzled as to why this is the case. Although the premium features are active, and I can access premium videos, the payment has not been reflected in my iTunes account. Furthermore, the app subscription details are missing from my subscriptions list and are not visible in the media and purchase section either.

It is the worst app i had ever used as an OTT playform. Everytime my acc get debited for subscription but i never got it. Fully waste of money. I recently took subscription from phone web browser. I am not able see episodes from web, after watching 1st episode it says watch from app for better experience. But app will not recognise my subscription nor allows me to login.

I have an active subscription which isn’t getting restored. The help says that I can se my purchase history while the purchase date is blank on your app. Even after having an active subscription I can’t play any videos. It’s like paying for nothing. Worest customer support and service ever

I had subscribed and i was able to enjoy for 2 to 3 weeks and then i tried multiple times to sign in but i am not able to sign in and I reported the issue and i did not get any solution yet where its already been a month and half i reported the issue where its not fixed and no one contacted me or replied to my mails and its simple waste of money and bakvas service i have ever seen its just because of this lockdown i have subscribed it.I just wanted to say if anyone going to subscribed then just go for it,if your fine with wasting your money and time.!

I subscribed to the the app yesterday via my phone, I have the subscription but in the app when I try to play anything it says subscribe when I click on subscribe it says you already have a subscription but does not go forward and let me watch anything .. it’s very badly made and no correlation .. Money charged for twice.

Don’t download the app. This is the worst app. I already paid money for one year membership.

When I was trying to open it ,I couldn’t sing in to my account. So I restored the app. Then again they charged money for the 2nd time.

In short the money had been deducted for twice from my account. I tried to contact Alt Balaji support team via their mentioned email id , but it’s showing invalid email id.

It’s a very bad app for subscribers. It’s was fack app or money londring app. I’m subscribed this app for three months and all payments done but I’m not able to see web series it’s showing you have subscribed but further it’s not able to see web series that’s why I’m make mails for five times for this problem and attach all payment recipes. Highly disappointing and frustrating

I have subscribed on 30th and after that I was not able to access the content. I wrote to there support team on the same day and today is 4th they are asking me the same details again and again once I provide them the invoice they are not replying on that email but send a new email asking the same details. Worst Experience ever

I’ve taken 12 months subscription plan and when I’m trying to watch it’s asking me to purchase it again. I have contacted the support by adding add all the payment transactions, but I still didn’t got any response from the support end and the updated version mentioned as ‘bug fixes’ is a joke and it’s a big potato though. I bought the subscription for 3 months using my phone app but even after tries at logging off and logging back in and even deleting my account and reinstalling it I’m unable to access my subscription. Paid twice for subscription

Hi,

I have paid (from itunes) for the subscription from the app on 19th jan and money got deducted from the account but the app was showing to subscribe again. I waited for 2 days and after that i checked it on the website and it was showing to subscribe. I again tried to subscribe to check if it gets refreshed or not and paid using paytm but money got deducted for the same. How is this even possible that i have bought subscription twice for the same year? Please refund the money for 2d purchase.

I have receipts for both the purchases and i have sent an email but didnot get a single reply.

I have subscribed and amount also got deducted. But when I play any video again it’s saying to subscribe and if I click on subscribe button it’s saying you have already subscribed. This kind third class app you people have developed. I have sent mail also with payment receipt but still not received any mail. Don’t install this kind of worst useless app. You will loose your money surely. I have sent many mails. But no response from these third class people. Instead of cheating like this better beg at circle you will get more money than this.

just a look at all the reviews here will give anyone an over view of how negligent these ppl are.. atleast 4/5 ppl have faced the same issue including me of having paid for the subscription and yet not able to access the content. I have gone on the support and help options on the app and sent my payment receipt twice but haven’t got a response yet.

It may be cheap and the content great but this kind of follow up is really irritating and uncalled for. Hope this generates an immediate action and response from the alt Balaji team...

Subscription issue

Hi team,

I had written several mails to you regarding the subscription issue which i guess everyone is facing. Its been one month i have been waiting for the issue to be resolved but i dint receive a single response from your end. I even shared the purchase receipt through mail but nothing was done after that too. Just wanted to ask you guys a question- if you guys dont want to resolve any issue or not even interested in replying any of the mail then why have you created the support centre mail id? And also on the other hand you guys are asking your subscribers for subscription money and when paid there is nothing happening in the app. Any you guys just sit quiet and do nothing. This is a very poor response i got from your end and i am very dissappointed with this.

Hi, im totally dispointed with this app. I have paid for 3 months subscription on 28 dec. by card nd m bank account got debited at the same time. But the worse part is...im still not able to see anything. Whenever im trying to use that app it put me through again on the subscription page????? Even i had sent that details by email with attached the screenshots of payment n subscription for 3 months which will be expire on 28 march 2020.?

But no reply at all from you guys????????? I guess u guys are real busy to do fun😏 but guyz seriously you need to look up n plz clean this mess.!

Fake App it just takes money from ppl

I took subscription yesterday to see series and after taking subscription also i am unable to access videos what the hell is this you guys just deducts money and don't provide the service? Also you don't have customer care number I have mailed several times but still no reply what kind of service you provide this is vry pathetic please fix this issue asap bcz the days are just been wasted and still i am unable to use it. I downloaded the app and paid for the subscription. The money was debited and I am still not able to view many videos. I am able to play only a few. I have written to your support team but no response!! What am I supposed to do with this app when it’s not working even after paying. I downloaded this app today and took a subscription. My subscription was from my phone . My account was debited by ₹100 however when I opened it , it showed that I didn’t have any subscription and asked me to take a subscription . I tried my ways to open it , but in vain. Slow and disappointing app

I have bought subscription twice

Last time also i purchased and it did on reflect on app. I raised a ticket at support and after 3-4 days someone says updated relogin now. I lost 3-4 days.

This time i tried after 6 months. Again same issue. Dropped email on support id twice already and no progress.

Also the video player on this app is just so annoying. Other apps have much better players. I used to prefer watching their content on Airtel app because of the UX there.

Disappointed

I downloaded this app a few days ago and took a subscription. My subscription was from a laptop and not my phone. My account was debited with ₹100 and it reflected on my altbalaji acc on the laptop however when I opened my account in the phone, it showed that I didn’t have any subscription and asked me to take a subscription. I tried ways to get the subscription reflected on my phone as well, but in vain.

Today, after 3-4 days of my subscription, when I logged in to my account from laptop, it says that I don’t have a subscription. I had reported the problem I had with my phone, and haven’t got any response yet. I thought writing here would may be help. I am not concerned about my ₹100 but the poor working of app. I took subscription for a reason and now even after paying I am here sitting here without any subscription. I need this issue to be addressed properly.

I made a payment for 3 months . It even shows in my apple subscriptions but still whenever I login and start playing any series it takes me back to the transaction process . What type of error is this?? When I tries to complete the transaction process it says u have already made a subscription and informs me about the subscription expired date. What type of error is this .?? I really didn’t have a good experience while using this app. Most disgusting thing is that their help support will revert within 48 hours. Lol ..🤣

Manipulating site

I recently subscribed to Alt balaji as i found it a bit interesting by watching a episode of a series

But than they were asking for a subscription to continue that series and I subscribed to three months plan instantly as i was exited to continue that series further but they have a poor connection I believe . my amount is already debited from my account but it is showing on the app that i am unsubscribed to it and when i am trying to subscribe it again then it is showing that I’m already subscribed to ALT balaji what is this a site or a joke. !

It’s been three days that i have paid the payment for subscription, but i m not able to watch anything.

Whenever i try to watch anything they ask for the subscription again, and if i try to do the payment again, a caption is coming that i m already subscribed till october. I don’t know what kind of app is this.

Asks to subscribe again, can’t login from second device buggy app

I have a paid subscription but within 5 minutes of an episode suddenly an error occurred and video crashed. When you try to play again it asks to subscribe again.

Also in the edit profile section you cannot add your email id, and when you try to download this app in your second device it asks for email id and password login, which you cannot create as there is no way to add email id to your profile.

A buggy app which demotivates paid users, people will obviously watch your pirated content on other sites.

I had paid for subscription the amount has been debuted from my account the App Store shows purchased and valid till 20 March 2020 and still I cannot view anything of the app as it again and again prints subscribe and on pressing subscribe if also prompts that valid till 2020 but still the app is not working and on complaints through mail no help has been provided just says wait 48 hours for reply but nothing happens later on and just waste of money and also have mailed all the transaction proofs attached in help email but nothing has been done.

It’s sorry to say that even after the payment It notifies me as subscribe and I’ve wasted my 2 days and I’m quite sure that u won’t get it extended by the same. Can’t access the content and other bugs

I reached out earlier and dropped an email with screenshots of the issue and received no response. I renewed my subscription on 4th of December and I still access the content. This is irritating and there’s not even an automatic response to indicate that the query has reach to you’ll. I am not going to take the effort of writing this whole thing on your support mail again. Every time I want to access the content its says subscribe even though I have already have and even if I click on subscribe it says you have already subscribed and the transaction fails.

Full of glitches

This is my second day with this app and i am facing multiple glitches and there is no system to get to know if the customer care team has attended your query or not. First of all i was not able to purchase an yearly plan as it was consistently throwing an error of transaction failed. Now somehow i have managed to get the subscription, the app is still not playing any series and again asking to subscribe. When i click on subscribe a plan, a pop up saying you are already subscribed for an year is coming. Its pathetic that these guyz have taken the money and yet i am unable to view the content.
