I have been purchasing from medlife for quite a time and every time I ordered something i had the worst of customer experience as an online customer. Every time they would cancel one or two items without any notice citing unavailability whereas their app doesn’t show that. I overlooked these incidents for some instances but this time they have gone too far, so as to cheat the customer! The last order i made on 27th Jan 2020, it was supposed to be delivered on 29th, on 30th morning i had to call them only to know that there are some items unavailable so the order is not confirmed yet and what should they do about it..!! It is the customer who has to call for this??? And all the while the app was showing order was confirmed. Then they delivered it on 1st Feb and with 4 strips of some medicine taken out from the box of that product but the seal of the delivery box was intact. I had to make a return request for the whole box so that i could get the refund. And imagine what happens, it’s been 6 days since i made the refund request yet nobody has come for that and the app shows return received..!!!! And when i call them which charges a whopping 2.5 p/s, they either transfer the line to here & there or put me on hold and make me listen to their ad jingles!!! Previously also i had 13 strips of some medicine which were discontinued, i called them to request if they could get those back from me and again i was put on hold every time. Had i bought from other stores, i could have gotten them returned without hassle. I gave myself 3 chances to do business with a emerging online medicine company, i even had plans of getting franchise, but no it is not happening. With the worst customer support you are not going to shine. And i am not going to waste my time doing any business with you. You took 5 days to deliver products & 6 days ongoing with the return request. Pathetic.

Update : after almost 20 days of torture they have refunded half the money i should have gotten. They found excuses for everything, every step of their procedure. They are undoubtedly cheaters. I GUESS YOU ARE IN DIRE NEED OF MY MONEY, SO KEEP IT.

And after getting so many 1 star ratings, they have hired people to rate 5 stars!!! Frauds.

But there was delay on there expected date and I faced a prblm for having the tablets for next 2 days so will wont ever gonna buy any tablets from here,

It is One of the worst app that I had ever seen. Delivery problem.. not delivering medicines on time. Please don’t install this app.

I ordered many medicines vide order no. OR9397RT-012A on 23/1/2020. One of the medicines named Onglyza 5MG was only half in quantity, I ordered 84 tablets but I received only 42 tablets. I called back and told the lady about this. After checking or talking to some one I was told that the amount for the short receipt of medicines will be credited back to my card shortly. I waited for 12/14 days and called back again and now I was told that there was no discrepancy in the order hence they cannot refund. I have been ordering the medicines from Medlife for tens of thousands. Do they think I am lying for Rs.1400.00 only. This shows Medlife is not an honest company and I will never place any order with them rather I will give this message to each one known to me including my doctor relatives to restrain from ordering with Medlife. DISHONEST COMPANY

This is a pathetic ePharma app. I made an online payment via Ola Money and the money was deducted but their app kept on asking to “pay online”. I contacted their customer care thrice and they said the payment has been received and the web site will reflect the amount in 1-2 hours. The delivery person reached and asked me to pay cash on delivery as the payment was not yet updated on their software and canceled the order.

Third time in a row experiencing worst service , order was cancelled by medlife

Reason: cancelled by customer, i have not cancelled but they cancelled my order after giving 1 star rating and i have ordered again now will see what games are you going to play this time.

I don’t know why medlife becoming worst service and never checked any other app but this time used pharmeasy such a cool service and timely service
