Tide is an app focusing on sleep, meditation, relax and focus. Inspired by traveling, the great nature and meditation, we have been trying to build a mental and physical health platform, full of sounds from nature and guided meditation practices. I have been using tide for over a month for my daily studies
I had a huge request
Suppose if i am in the focus mode and studying and i need to take a break and go to the breathe mode
I have to entirely cancel the focus session to go to the breathe mode
Hope you people can make an update to this one

You need need need this app if you have problems studying or waking up in the morning, it has a beautiful design that is functional too.
Features are an inspirational quote every day which you can save as an aesthetically pleasing picture, a Pomodoro timer where you can change how long each session, break and long break which can be changed (free of charge!) while listening to nature or other sounds, a beautiful sleep alarm which plays relaxing sounds until you go to sleep, and a nap timer which also plays these sounds. On top of all this you can also make a free account and see your progress in hours focused, nights slept, and Tide days. You can also see charts of your progress. I thank the developers. Thank you team at Moreless for making this beautiful app that has changed so many lives I feel like hugging each one of you. Only 2 things: there are some bugs like the circle gets huge sometimes and the English could be better, but these aren’t enough problems to take away even 0.1 of a star.

Tide was great before the last update. The app is now taking a lot of time to load and crashes the first time without the app opening. The sleep function isn’t working properly as the app crashes in the middle of the sleep time. There are frequent also crashes when the app is simply open without doing anything.

The new quotes daily are amazing. They are from well read personalities. Not just anything off the internet. And there is this amazing background with them, new one everyday. Just looking at it after a focus ends calms me. It helps you time your tasks, rather than spending hours on something that could be done in lesser time. I'm using it to focus on studies for an upcoming huge exam. It is really a morale booster. Plus most other apps are giving the same thing but charging for it instead. I'd really like to thank the developer for this app.

I noticed that the app has a bug related to apple health kit. Tide app doesn't report total number of focus hours to the apple health kit app.
For e.g. If u tide focus for 6 hours In a day then apple health app will show only 3 or 4 hours of mindfullness for that day.
Needs to be fixed.
