Keep on hanging
What’s wrong with this app? Itt never let me thru the login page. It always on welcome page and goes to get started page then again welcome page again get started page it keeps on happening in loop mode. Unable to get in thru the app to see portfolio, investment details. It really pisses off. Tried uninstalling and reinstalled, nothing works.

One of the worst application we have seen ,it takes more than one hour(1) hour to link KYC details .
Regret to inform to update ,date -of -birth it takes more than two hours(2) yes two hours and struggle as one one of the oldest uti client, UNABLE TO DO KYC, which has been submitted several times.What is the use of digital KYC when you cannot upload anything and showing so many faults.

XIRR removed
I have been using this app for past several years and one of the best features was the ability to see the XIRR of the portfolio. Recently they have removed this feature and even after multiple request they have not bought it back.

Poor app performance & worst business service
First of all it’s hard to login as even aft trying multiple times to login, it logs out the very next moment. Even if you login it shows portfolio value as 0 even though it has value. Slow process and worst business service. They ask ‘n’ number of things for updation and take their own sweet time. Redemption takes too much of time. 8-10 working days. In this digital era this is too much. Nobody would like to do business with such nonsense!

Bring back previous version
In the new version the face lock thing doesn’t work. Also the the green/ red indicators are missing . This is an awful update! Seems the developers didn’t get their yearly appraisals that’s why they shown their disgruntlement towards this app. On a serious note, bring back the previous update! Worst MF app imaginable
There’s no app worse than this. The UTI MF app is badly designed and cluttered like hell, and keeps crashing for no reason. To boot it all, purchase transactions often fail even when your bank accounts get debited. Investors have to send the UTI folks proof of payment or write to SEBI to have the units allotted to their names. Two thumbs down!

SUGGESTION
When looking for the account statement, there is no option for ON-SCREEN STATEMENT , just an option to e-mail it.
It would be very easy to look for the statement just on screen because sometimes e-mail takes a lot of time. I tried to have an e-mail today for about 5/6 times and even tried through whatsapp also but hasn't achieved much.
Just a click button that takes you to a window with the database.

Otherwise I like the convenience pretty much.

UTI apps is not functioning properly. It is not allowing me to create new password. When in one side apps is showing my user Id on the other side during password creation apps flashing message that my user id is not validated. Helpline also could not help.

Convenient Investments on the go!
The UTI MF app is a blessing. Allowing me to invest and redeem at my convenience, informing me of NAV's, NFO'S, Dividend Declarations, this is like a one stop shop for all my UTI MF investments.
