The recent update has changed the app dramatically. App shows portfolio in detail with transaction history. Interface is lot more interactive than previous version. Easy to navigate and lot more detailed. I am impressed.

How frustrating is starting a new SIP through this app. I tried multiple time to start a 5000 pm SIP. Not at all user friendly. To my surprise last page of confirmation show totally different amount and start date . It happened thrice with me then I gave up. You updated the app but didn’t ensure backward compatibility for those on existing IOS. So suddenly we can’t use the app any longer!
Professional organisations ensure these sort of things don’t happen. Not everyone wants to purchase the latest iPhone every time you update your apps. At least let existing users continue on their IOS.
The apps for competing Mutual Fund Houses don’t have these IOS issues.

You can just view your investment only sometimes, based on the availability. If you try to buy or invest it would give you frustration. The UPI transaction within SBI also fails. While NEFT would take days even though It’s within SBI. Overall worst experience

1. Banking with you is an unbearable pain. I think half my hair has fallen trying to use your services unsuccessfully.
2. I have a SIP in SBI bluechip, which I'm desperately trying to discontinue. But neither can I do it online nor could I do it through your SBI Mutual fund office or the Bank.
3. Your app, investap works at its own whims and fancies. Your online chat bot Yuva is useless. Your customer care takes ages to reply. I think my son might see the day this SIP stops and he is not even born yet.
4. I have been trying to redeem my units online, but there is no option that I could find. If it is there, it is well hidden.
5. I am highly frustrated with your services. Please change my opinion about you and help me.

Like other apps why can’t you allow Face/Touch ID for login, do you even imaging how cumbersome is your login process? Input email ID, password, Multifactor Authentication, input PAN. Who does all this nowadays? Practically it’s useless, why one will use your app? Instead go to browser

Sometimes automatic gets crashed and shows connection failed.
Tell your team to hide tags on page so that this type of error message user can’t get.

Ever since the app employed the biometric login, I’ve been unable to login. First of all, if I’m using biometric login- then what’s the point of an OTP. Redundant. Don’t you think? Still that I can figure-
But after the OTP, agin comes the finger print, OTP, finger print.... An endless loop. Same thing for mPIN login also.
But I guess you won’t pay heed to it, and won’t fix it. Right?

Hi Everyone,
I am describing it in a one word. Let me know if i can make the app for free. Looks like either you dont have time to maintain the app or you have no money. Advise is first clear your mess and than go for the marketing. If you want the reference of a good application, try all apps of icici. And yes i am not biased or employee of icici. 🤣🤣 Its just SBI app is not at all working.

I downloaded latest version, after login i also made payment successfully then i closed app. Today when i reopen snd click on login icon , it ask biometric login.
After login page is not changed and i have to click back arrow. From navigation bar i tried to click on my portfolio but page not redirect to portfolio.
I am unable to check my portfolio. Useless for me. I have to login in web application instead mobile app.
Version which i had 6 months earlier didn’t have such issue. Please fix and release new version..

Problems in login, in investment through net banking

The app does not log in through finger print authentication properly, shows a blank screen.
While investing through net banking, the bank net banking screen is cropped and part of virtual keyboard is not visible. The screen stays in portrait mode and does not turn to landscape mode even when the phone is turned. This makes it very difficult to invest online. For investing through mobile app, you should have an option to connect and transact through bank mobile app. This will make investment more seamless.

Since update can’t login n scared any1 cud hack into d account n wud redeem my money to their account.
