If anyone is planning to take new jiofiber connection Please don’t take it, firstly there internet service is worst, and when they had to pick up jiofiber device they have delayed 30 Days from now and they haven’t picked the device till now moreover there tech team is so poor that they keep saying that they raised complaint against the delay & they just keep saying same things when you talk to customer care service such worst company everseen.

If we add a card in iPhone 14 Pro Max, I noticed that ‘add new card’ option in bottom was not visible. That option is going out of screen. Kindly update the app as per the UI as per the screen size of phone.

The otp isn’t sent to the connected mobile number. Instead it is sending otp to the jiofi number. No way to login :(

The UI is cleverly designed in such a way that the customer is directed towards high value packs with per day GB offers. In case you have to buy a value pack for a small amount, you need to search and go through layers of tempting offers before you can access the 'value for money' pack
After logging in the app through alternative number, adding a jio account is giving a blank screen. Jio team kindly rectify for iOS.
So i was telling the customer executive , why porting from jio………told her many issue ….. and the time i start describing her about call dropping it happen at that very instant.

Worst service… I have jio fiber connection There is a problem in it, I’m not able to connect with that WiFi… it’s been more than 20 days. And more than 12 times I raised complaint to resolve the problem… every time they say engineer will come and resolve it… but till now no one has come…. Worst means worst service… if some one come now to ask for any jio product to sell, I feel like I would kill them right away…. Ambani is getting rich by doing all these kind of scams… we need to pay at the beginning later no one cares about customer…. Simply customer care people will they we will send engineers. Their customer care number will not connect to talk, we need to just chat with them, and all are computer generated messages. No one is ready to listen my words….
Such bad service jio provides that even after taking 3 months of pack and paying it beforehand while taking up the package company is still asking for more amount and also suspended service since it’s not paid. Why should a customer pay more amount even after paying it full even before the pack duration is over it is so inconvenient since I am working from home. Better to change the connection
I have been using My Jio app since it first launch in 2016 and am really happy with every update you have made solving almost all the possibilities of making the user experience more awesome with every device I have used it on. Would add this one suggestion for iOS widgets. I am a heavy tech user and am often curious about my data usage on the go ( might as well take this as a at-a-glance habit ) I have tried my way to add a widget to my Home Screen wherein I can get all the information which I might need in just one look (for example : how much of data I have left for the day to use on cellular network or how much I have used yet) but the app restricts to show only data plan information on the widget and (I guess) is limited to it. For now I have to rely on my iPhone’s Data Calculations or either open the app itself to take a look and I would really love an update to look all such basic information in just a glance on the widget and switch to the app to handle complex interactions.
This is to bring in light that the range slider for the Data Usage Alert % doesn’t behave as expected, when I increase the slider to any % it jumps back to 1. Not letting me to select any other number other than 1. Also it would be a great experience if you could give a text box editor where the number is being displayed above the range slider so that I can set that value by myself instead of struggling with the slider if want to set some random value like 73 or so.
Hi jio, I am Ayush Chaudhary and i was using jio for last 4-5 odd years but now I'm thinking about porting out of jio due to extremely bad customer support service and mindlessly built my jio app.
I recharged my mother’s jio number on 25 july 2022 at around 7:30 pm for 719 rs from my jio app in which my account was logged in ,via recharge for a friend option that is available in the app and that recharge was successfully done from my end and money was also deducted from my account but the recharge is not reflecting neither in her phone, nor in the my jio app when I try to fetch the recharge history from my jio app it only shows the recharges that I’ve done on my number (no option available for recharge history for friends number , biggest failure of your app) on top of it when I tried to connect with your customer care it’s again and again redirecting me to automated replies (both on text and call). Due to this I am highly frustrated not because i lost 720 rs but because I need help and i am not getting it from your side I don’t know where my money went but you guys please get your app and customer support system fixed otherwise customers will keep on leaving you as I am porting to airtel.

I have utilised the services of almost all the mobile operators so far in my life but after switching to Jio I never felt the need to worry about internet or mobile signal coverage. In fact I have ported my other operator SIMs also to Jio and the process was totally hassle-free.
Kudos to the team that developed the MyJio app. Whenever I had any query about network I always found the reply instantly in the MyJio app itself. No other mobile operator’s app even comes close. Whenever I need answers I find it in the app itself without having to call a customer service executive and waiting.
Jio truly values the time of its customers and hence the loyalty it enjoys in the present scenario.
Moreover although the 4G speed has understandably reduced since its inception even then no other mobile operator’s internet speed can match up to Jio.

I’ve a terrible experience with jio fibre team, my internet is not working since 2 days, day before yesterday i received a msg that there’s technical issue in my area due to which internet is not available, then yesterday they sent a msg again that the internet services are restored, but mine were not restored so i called the helpline and my complaint was registered and engineer appointment was scheduled for yesterday 7 pm, then it gets auto rescheduled to another date, today when i called the helpline again, the staff was arguing that i had rescheduled my appointment using myjio app to some future date, and now on my request they can reschedule it again for today at 7 pm, I didn’t reschedule any request, i don’t even use myjio app(except to recharge my prepaid plan)
Since last 2 days what service have been provided to me so far?
They have already rescheduled my request twice without my knowledge, they blame customer that it was rescheduled by me and still there’s no engineer at my premises to resolve my problem, this is unprofessional and customer harassment as well

They are very particular to grab money but very very bad in services. On 2022 May 18 to 22 I had 2 valid recharges one was in my JioFi SIM but I was not getting internet service and My JIO App was showing 0 data balance.I wonder why they ask for recharge before expiration of one recharge and when a customer recharge why they are not keeping the fresh recharge in queue and open the date of data validity from the date the expiry date of old one.
In my case I lost 3-4 days without TV “No News or program” although I had 2 valid recharges in hand. When I contacted JIO care no proper response and they do not bothered at all. But for recharges they’re very adamant not even a second grace time at all. Why Reliance JIO people are doing this wrong way. How their account matches in this way?
This way it’s too bad and have to report to the telephone regulatory even though it is useless.

Test of service is when you have issue . All past 5 to 6 times when we had issues with broadband, we have experienced very quick and responsive service. In fact a couple of time when broadband wire into the house was cut due to plumber working in terrace, Jio folks came in and without fuss changed the entire wiring and went away .
To be honest it is surprise since we know reliance as b2b group and not consumer focussed company . But glad that they are indeed taking care of end consumers in broadband .

This is a network that fooling me by saying network issues will be solved in few days! As am waiting from more than 6 months on this network, expecting the solution. But when I called customer care they will discount my call and some times their is no network to talk to the customer care to resolve my network issue. Whenever I got a chance to talk to them, they simply say, problem happening because of many users! And not yet resolved and have no hopes they fix it.
Am strongly sharing my thoughts to out out this network if you ever faced a problem because it’s just waste if your valuable time and money and deals (when you miss them because of network issue). So just stay away if you awake!!!
Worst ever network I have faced!
I got contact number of jio Fibre agent from a friend, called the agent and the next day he was at my society flat, he surveyed the site and gave me all the required information and costs together with all the privileges, I agreed and he promised to send his technical team the next day. The following day my jio Fibre was fixed and ready working perfectly. The only issue I had was in the 3rd month when I was supposed to have the subscription free as promised, I got a massage from JIO that I have to pay for the 3rd month, but when I complained to the Jio agent the issue was rectified and got the 3rd month subscription free as they promised.
I am enjoying their service with good internet speed and easy recharge of both Jio Reliance GSM and Fiber via their Jio app.

I am happy with all the so many options available with jio sim. Provide options like 5 numbers can be used under single recharge with affordable way. Because price of recharge is going up we are not able to use number of sims in a single family. We will use very less few numbers maybe like incoming purposes. Few for Internet. If we share everything in group like in post paid that’s good. Now the without day limits plans are removed except few
Expecting good plans
My number goes out of network daily and I have to restart mobile or need to turn on airplane mode then turn it off. Main problem is that mobile phone shows that you have full network range but in background actually number is out of network when someone try to call you. I used to think that this is the mobile handset issue but I was wrong. My friends are also facing same issues with jio sim. They also daily restart the phone. It has been long time now and no one is solving this issue.

For complains via WhatsApp or App it’s not user friendly as all the types of complaint are not listed in the system and it’s waste of time as the automated system keeps repeating the same list. Also the net speed not according to plan and there is no help & support from the team. Even if you Email your complain they send you the same link for do it yourself which doesn’t solve every complaint you have, great disappointment with the help & support department for Jio Fibre. I am really fed up with the kind of system they have developed to solve our grievances.
Jio fibre, don’t subscribe it folks. There customer care is the worst I have seen. The internet disruption is very very frequent. In my apartment, there are 8-10 connections. Some ports aren’t working. So, if someone lodges a complaint, the service engineer will unplug your connection and put the complainant’s wire in your port Now, you have to lodge a complaint which is resolved 2 days later And, funny part, it’s not service engineer’s fault. Twice they have reported this issue of non-working port to their seniors, who have just refused to take any action. So, please stay away from Jio Fibre if you want to avoid headaches. They just don’t care for customers. Their job is just to sell the product, after sale service be damned
Caller ID is coming only as voice information. If the number is not recorded with the name of the caller or if it is an unregistered caller, only the number of the caller is voiced. For many and especially for Senior Citizens it is difficult to understand. If your technical team puts in some effort, it is not difficult or impossible for us to have the display of the caller number as well while the announcement is voiced. This will be a great service to your customers and we have enormous confidence in their ability to do it successfully. Thank you.
Even if you raise complaints for Lease line they will automatically close those without checking. I had issue with the line , put request 4 times 3 of them close automatically without resolving. After that raised cancellation request, after two months still not disconnected and they are cutting rent. We are not using the connection after putting cancellation request
So for those who looking for lease lines. Either you must be a big corporate or high value, for those who work from home . They will not consider as valuable customer.. beware. Choose local available options .
Waste of one month salary
I am using Jio Fibre since last one week. It’s definitely better than BSNL service. But the My Jio app has some issues. In the app my smartphone, an iPhone is listed twice. And the same smartphone of mine is shown as an connected device as well as blocked device. Any number of attempts to solve this issue doesn’t work. Deleting and reinstalling the app also doesn’t work. Technicians have no clue.

Facing internet connectivity issue for more than 10 working days still the issue has not resolved and no proper response was provided by local team and customer care team. The customer care team is showing interest only on getting high rating. They have no idea on issue or queries.

The local team has shown interest only providing new connection and for recommending new user after that there is no service has been provided. They are not even responding to the call. Even the higher official person are also not making necessary service arrangements.
I said with my own experience of using differe networks on for a month or more. JIO has plenty of offers and plans which can be afforded by anyone typically which is on every network, but only JIO has pure 4G no other network has. Coming to the app, which is big deal with JIO network. Only the app can save you if you run out of data. But the in app offers are better than other recharge providers that’s for sure. To me personally JIO comes to the top in service with network and app.
Earlier i used to see max to max 1.5GB data consumption for my day of work. Nowadays i see that even 4.5 GB data is getting exhausted. Seems like Jio is shifting to recovery mode for whatever data they had provided earlier. There is no real time data calculator or something. Stop doing this zhol Jio.. if i compared it to Vodafone, your data consumption is very very high. Soon will have to shift to another provider.
There is no proper support for your issues, it’s impossible to talk to customer care as these support chat bots are useless and make you roam in circles than satisfactory resolutions of your issues. Shame on you JIO for making these worst support experiences.
India need to think about another competitor for JIO, else this monster will rule indistry and loot us with these cheap tactics.
I have been using Jio fibre since 7 months but now I am facing issue with Jio fibre router. The route gets turned into red led blinking light showing as error in network connectivity. It’s been second within a week. Even after multiple attempts to connect to Jio agent it never became possible. Even my mobile data is not working. Also my two days of work wasted because of Jio connectivity. Now I am feeling that it was my biggest mistake to choose Jio as a network service.
Totally disappointed and annoyed by such a poor service.

And recently my Fiber cable get damaged by heavy vehicles in my street, I bring this to custom care, they assigned the technician and shared contact. While I speaking with him at first time , he said , I ll come in next 30 mints. After 30 mints in keep calling , he didn’t pick the call and spoke with customer care 3 + times even no issues.. still issue not fixed and no technician came to my premises.
I wasting my time and unable to continue the work (since I’m n WFH). So I suggest to everyone plz don’t go with Jio Fiber, there is no prosper customer service.. go with ACCT if it is available in your location.
I have registered for Jio auto pay for prepaid number in 23 April 2020. From then it is getting auto recharged. Auto recharge successfully couple of time. However, it got auto recharged on 22nd March 2021 as my plan expiring on 26th March 2021. Amount was deducted from my credit card(which I added for auto pay option). But it is not reflected in app and I am unable make calls where issue is my plan got expired though it got auto recharged. I tried to raise compliant through jio app but not successful due to poor customer support options. I called up to Jio complaint number 198, there I got a response your plan expired please recharge.. almost 10mins I spent... but couldn’t reach customer support executive. Please help.

This review maybe long but worth it if you’re a jio user. I’ve been using jio for a long time and I started noticing my data gets exhausted quiet fast. I’ve 3gb/day package and with negligible use of my handset my data still would get exhausted sometimes even when I hardly touch my phone ( all automatic update and other settings turned off ) I have two handsets. At times I would be bound to recharge extra for the day. I did my own investigation and tracking of my data usage and was horrified to find that Jio is scamming its customers with false data usage.
They have a system that alerts the network if someone recharges extra after finishing their per/day quota. So the number gets stored in their database and in future they would falsely exhaust the customers data so the customer recharges extra. Imagine the profit if they do this to even 1% of their total customers.
I have also confirmed this with someone who’ve working in a higher post in jio services.
Now I’ve moved to Vodafone. Much cheaper and better plans and atleast they don’t cheat their customers.
Please do some online research on jio data scam. You’ll find all the reports. Shift to other service if possible.

I would like to inform you that Internet speed is very slow since more than one month, recharge payment for whole month totaly expired without using internet, if we have important to do something we can't.. because of slow speed. It's better to port connection to other provider, this same complaint is not from only my self, it's from many Jio customers are complaining same issue.
Dear Team, I would like to suggest you as an Indian since I respect Jio and Jio family to Please resolve the issue asap. Otherwise people will start to porting from Jio. as you know already the situation of the market. One of foreign company is near to start the business in India.

Connection is unstable and can get worser when the dongle is inside the room.
However my concern is the MyJio app, it won’t allow u to reacharge from the app multiple times and I get a message saying my data for the day is completely used when I haven’t used much and the app says I’ve 2.45 GB data left & even shows the incorrect renewal date.
To add on once I spoke to a lady customer service executive for the bills of the recharge I’ve done as I’ve changed my phone nd the new app was only showing my recharges for last couple of months and she said dat I need to get it from da app alone when I was explaining, I cudnt she bluntly hung up..
It’s all about integrity and I really trusted Jio at least to b da best data providers which in turn made me think, I was just foolish
The after sale service of jio fibre is worst . It take 4-5 days to Appoint the service engineer . From the last 3 days i am suffering from jio fibre net issues , but they didn’t appointed a engineer to solve my issues . I am suffering from last 3 days ( net not working) because it is prepaid connection the 3 days also count in 30 days , ( the days which i didnt used) in india approximately half of thr million customer face this problem in a week , week on week , . Why would that days count which I didn’t used.
I switch myself from airtel fibre to jio fibre . I think i took the wrong decision..

I am using jiofiber on my tv. For last 20 days, I keep complaining about non-availability of Sony Liv Premium channel though I have subscribed it in the prepaid package.
The complaint gets registered and gets closed without solving it. There is no phone number available where you can call and talk to.
I think JIO will take another 100 years to reach to the service quality that is provided by other service providers.
JIO is a scam, most of the times doesn’t even provide even 2G speed or network while being in a metropolitan city. Even though it’s always ready to take the customers money, the delivery of the service is no way close to the promised services. Highly disappointed with JIO, just takes money and shams their way when it comes to providing quality service, definitely going to switch to Airtel/ Idea / Vodafone or any other telecom service that is in no way related to Jio and it’s subsidiaries. Will also recommend all my family memebers and friends to NOT become a member as jio even though being a market leader, talking about 5g and stuff can’t even give basic 2G speed.

I lost my JioFiber connection 5 days back.
Paid recently for the 3 month subscription.
Unable to reach MyJio customer service through their app or through the What’s app chat.
Always get the response that their agents are busy.
2 service request raised, NO technician has visited my place.
No responses through their email.
Been calling their toll free number for the past 5 days.
Was able to reach them only thrice out of my 20+ attempts. Each time have to wait at least 25 mins to speak to someone.
I waited 52 mins once for them to pick up the call.
Even if this is a bad time around the world, and it’s probable that there aren’t any technicians to support, they could have still acknowledged my requests definitely in better way.
I have lost 5 days worth of internet money already, and they are not willing to reimburse the costs, or extend the duration of my plan for the days I have lost.

Affordable and genuine. Good network coverage(not as much as bsnl. But better then airtel.) No hidden charges. If I buy any recharge packs twice, they get activated one pack after the other and i also have an option to activate the second pack if i desire. Nothing like Airtel. I can happily recharge before even the recharge date comes.
Only drawback is the customer service. If they improve it, there is no better network in india other than Jio.

How can they charge 50% as late fees even during lockdown also on bill they are showing as other charges .... which is fraud. We all know they have all government authorities in there pocket but this is a fraud on massive scale imagine 40 cr customer even if 5% were unable to pay on time which translates into 200 crore of late fees
Consulting lawyers for misrepresentation on bill and filing a class action suit against them ..... will recover dues of every individual with Interest

My sim stopped working and your customer care service can’t help me , as you have not provided them with enough resources to sought out the issue. Is this the way you are helping out your customers. In this tough time of COVID 19 , how can a person be without a working sim card. I am currently working at home and my clients cannot contact me anymore. Your customer service is asking me to wait until everything gets back to normal. Nobody can predict when this will come to an end. I am not going to tolerate this. Fix my issue soon. I am concerned about my clients. But you are least bothered about yours!
You guys are like the worst corrupt ever existed. My full dnd turned off and changed without my permission. Not blockng people who call me and sms me about commercial things. And no network issue is never responded to. If a business person can't do basic things required for his business, I think the person who heads the business is a stupid. This is by far the most convenient app offered by any telecom services out there in India.
Can rely on it for most of your work, As the Reliance in Infamous for making more more in short time the silver lining is they are offering quality at same time, so who cares when you get uninterrupted great services at almost or even seemingly less launch prices.

First i think that jio is giving superb services and given to me but only for 5 months after that they shows their real face of them,they reduce the internet speed and whenever i complain to customer service they always says that i will be resolve as soon as possible but they only making excuses 😭. They says that we are connecting to international so you will face problems little bit and we will resolve as soon as possible 😡. They making excuses past 2 months. God knows when they reslove all this problem.
I had taken a Pkg for ISD in the month of May from your outlet in RKPuram. On the very next day it turned out to be an International Roaming pkg. The dealer expressed his helplessness on this mistake and asked me to contact the “customer care” department. Have been writing emails to them ever since the month of May ( at least a dozen of them till date) but every time after about 2 days I get the same cut copy paste reply from them .....” we have forwarded your complaints for investigations.....” .
How long is this going to continue; is there no authorised person who can look into the GENUINE complaints of the customer.
JIO is doing exceptionally well, but that does not mean that complaints should be overlooked even if they are from an individual.

One of the worst network to have, very slow internet speed, I have jio for more than a year, I rang up jio helpline number 2 to 3 times saying ‘we are constantly trying to improve our network, we can see that there are large number of jio users in your area due to which your internet speed is reduced’ Now, what can I do, I asked them to launch a complain from my side which they have already denied many times, jio is failing from success, I have another Airtel number which is superb, superb customer care services and of course net speed. Jio should provide us with an option to report those customer care persons who doesn’t really do anything but pretend that they are trying their best, just one suggestion stop duping your customers.
After the new update of my jio app, now we cannot use our discount vouchers any more. Asking for the resolution of this issue, I have chat with myjio app customer care representatives many times. I had to repeat the same issue to 3 representatives within two hours time. And found useless. One of the representatives even told me that my jio number not a jio number at all.. how worse is the irresponsibility to their customers! They continously tell lies to satisfy customers. If anybody has doubt try with you discount vouchers which the app shows. They are useless. If the vouchers are useless they could remove those vouchers which intend to cheat us. Before the last update i was doing the same recharge with discount coupons applied. Now there is no option to apply anywhere in the app. If we try to use the tab of vouchers, it will describe a step how to appy it while recharging. But in reality, applying option is not found in that payment section. Earlier it was there. Customer care told me to watch their series of videos which are never working to apply discount vouchers. Please don’t cheat your loyal customers.
So I call the helpline number (198) and the first time a lady picks up and tells me what to do regarding my query and when I do that my issue isn’t solved.
Then I call again and a gentleman receives it and says what the lady said was wrong and do another thing. Well, turns out that too doesn’t solve my issue. When I ask him about the same he tells me that he doesn’t have information regarding it! Well then I asked him to transfer the call to any supervisor/superior and guess what!? All are busy having dinner and nobody’s available to attend to my issue!

I lost my sim and also with that all my information about my name father name date of birth address Aadhar number every Information was given to the person who found my lost sim
As with a simple click on login with sim option and then go to profile option will give all your information to the person who is using the sim
Also this information is required by the Jio support to verify a Jio account which one can easily see from my Jio profile option
Which gives my Jio application Zero rating in security and -ve rating in spoiling someone’s life
Also my Jio app and other Jio apps require permissions like access to all call massages location mic call and mostly access to storage which is not required for a application like this also threatens a Normal person life by hacking the details to its server ..... it should be limited to the required permissions as per the requirement of that particular application only
This app is very useful and I am using this for more than 2 years. I do all type of transaction using this app and never had to visit Jio customer case. Big advantage is that it shows the data usage in detail.
This very helpful to recharge when traveling abroad. (No other service provider gives international roaming for ₹2/minute. In many countries , it is cheaper than buying a local SIM.)
My only complaint is that I am not able to use many ₹50 vouchers I earned earlier.
For each failed transaction customers has to sacrificed his Jio 50 discount voucher If our transaction gets failed then discounted voucher used in transaction gets lost
It should be again come back on My Jio app portal . My transaction gets failed due system error before transaction i had 28 coupons but after failure it became 27 then when I again recharged it becomes 26
Where is my fault ,transaction gets declined which is due server error why should I lost my voucher

I am having issues with international calls, sometimes when I receive international incoming calls(from a Chinese number), it doesn't display their phone numbers, rather it picks some random Indian numbers, therfore I won't know which friend of mine is calling me, why? I generally tend to ignore those numbers which I don't recognise at first time, and when they call me for another time, it doesn't display the same Indian number that had appeared earlier, but another new random Indian number, it never displays the same number, and when I redial that number, it rings up a random Indian person who did not call me and has no idea that this happened, when I tried to talk to the the customer care service, they couldn't help me with this. Ikr it might be a major problem, but please try to fix this. Rest everything seems fine.
I’ve ported from Airtel postpaid to Jio, I made sure that I’ve cleared all the bills with Airtel and even verified the same with Jio and verification process is successful. All of a sudden after 2 months Jio service is totally disconnected without any intimation. I called to customer care from a different Jio number and spoke to multiple people and none were able to identify what was the issue. Finally after 3 days a guy was able to identify and told me that some ₹100 was still pending with Airtel, ok fine I cleared it and I was told that services will be resumed in 24 hours. It took 3 days to resume my services for Jio and again no representative was able to answer to my questions. Request Jio to educate these people and give proper information.
I got my Vodafone no. ported in jio last week. Since today I am unable to receive any calls and even after repeatedly filing complaints your representative are unable to resolve this issue and have an audacity to cancel my service request because they were unable to contact my no. How stupid is that? When i have filed complaint about the same issue and when i have give an alternate number then how can they themselves cancel and give this reason that they couldn’t reach on my main number wherein because of your stupid service my business no. Is not receiving calls. I can make calls but there’s no incoming. Your service and your customer representative are pathetic. Unprofessional and stupid people who have no manners and have no interest in resolving customer problems.
