Alarm not ringing when phone is locked

Sorry to say this is paid app and I have been paid for it after reading that this app work even the phone is locked but I found this is false this app absolutely not working if the phone is locked and if I need that the alarm must sound have to keep phone unlocked while charging and run the app.
