Worst app . Why do u ask security questions while registering ? Unwanted thing I feel . I have web login and while signing in it doesn’t work . Also the page is pathetic . Submit won’t work
When I try to log in it’s pop up msg showing ‘ your mobile number does not match with bank' but my registered mobile number is same with bank and I have also received msg on that number . Please check & resolve issue ..

Firstly it always gets logged out automatically
Secondly now after going thru first process in the second process while registering it shows error 100 ??
It doesn’t help me maintain my account properly .

I am facing the same problem from last month every times I use this app that “connection is not secure”. I am unable to transfer any money. Kindly look to this matter or I will look for another bank.

the customer having 5 of his family accounts and operated by one person only then he need to carry all the five phones with him you must not made specific registration on that particular registeredû no u must free cust to use multi account on single application only

Bandhan Bank is still lagging far behind due to some of these points
1) Internet Banking in Primitive Stage
2) Many options like the following not
a) instant Imps missing
b) Fd liquidation by App missing one has
to visit bank
c) payee addition takes Half hour( While
Others like ICICI and Axis enable
d) fingerprint login missing
Kindly improve the app feels like using a app of 7 years back as the urban customer does not have that time to visit branch every time and will switch
Like in my case switched to ICICI FOR primary banking

I am getting the below error too frequently now a days since jan 19.
Error- the connection is not secure.
Please check and clairify whether its safe to use the app for neft/imps because we dont want to perform transactions over a unsecure network which will have major repercussions.

Pathetic application of pathetic bank
Please provide facility for bill pay for mutual funds. Without this we can not consider it as a netbanking app at all.
No Bandhan, pathetic app for Corporate customers. Better do it through browser. Would rate this app 0-star but no option
Why always need update, when update required old version is not working, west of time, very disappointed.
Useless mobile banking of bandhan Bank
I have been using this so long. But its latest update is too bad. Every time i open the app its asking to send msg to verify mobile no and change login/transaction password, asking security questions, so many formalities. Its very annoying to do all the things again and again. Even after some minutes of login.
The app crashes every time you try to logout. And if you need to login, you have to create a new account. After completing the setup, you are hardly 2 or 3(if you are lucky) from app crash. What happens when app crashes during a particular transaction. Customer care says, they are trying really hard to make this work, but a year is more then enough to get an app ready and running.
Pathetic app, unable to use the same
This has been occupying space on my phone for no reason.
Every time asks to register. Even when you register it asks the same thing when you log in the next time.
The web bet banking is also not that good.
Their IT department needs a smarter Head.
While using this application on any iPhone every time I have to do register process again and again.
Now whenever I open app I’m asked to register afresh. How come it is deregistered upon logout, every time. It’s terrible.
It is not working on apple devices more than two days later it needs mobile no verification again.

Among the all private sector and PSU banks have provide their best class E facilities like mobile banking and internet banking , but BANDHAN has only made scrap in the name of mobile banking and internetbanking ..very pathetic app ever I have seen , infront of other private sector bank If bandhan would not change this app then it will hard to survive HNI customers coz ppls using this platform to avoid physically visit to bank branch..
Bandhan bank should have to see and impliment something from the axis bank’s mobile banking application..

I am using mbandhan app since 3 years. I have several other bank apps, but mbandhan app is one of the worst app I have ever experienced . It always ask for customer id, card details, password inputs & other details every time I open the app. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

And very next day again it’s getting reset update your app coz I’m getting msg charges for every login.
App can not register my account. I have using register phone number but the said couldn’t verify your phone number needs to upgrade the app.........Worst app ever i have used till date....

One of the worst private sector bank in india. I am suffering a lot after opening a account in bandhan bank . Dont ever try to open a savings or bussiness account in such bad bank .

Bandhan IOS App most unstable. It requires us to register again when you open the App second time. I have done this umpteen times during last one year. Gave the feedback in letter form. Received reply that they regret and it will be rectified soon. One year after that, still no result. Giving one star as app interface is very good and withdrawing remaining four for it being unstable.
I have got current account for my partnership firm but you’re app is not supporting my partnership firm account please update Your app as soon as possible So that everybody can access the app for their account enquiry.
E passbook should must feature in the banking industry so that an individual can access his passbook on his fingertips and share a different password for his accountant to access the pass sheet
