This is fraud application, pls don’t use this. I am using this for a while. Being Indian I fall in trap of 20% discount. However medicine are not delivered on time. After calling to customer care they give false assurance that medicine will be delivered on so and so date and time and if you call on that time they give another time. Delivery person calls you and request for as per his suitable time and not delivered on committed time. For your daily medicine you have chase them and doesn’t make any difference to them. You have buy medicine again from local chemist. Really pathetic service and experience. One more thing if you placed order then they reject the medicine by giving reason out of stock. So basically they keep money and you have purchase if from local chemist. Bye

Very pathetic and non trustworthy network. I put order in night via their official whatsapp channel, in morning received a call and got order confirmed. First sent the order to store on other side of city. That store guy cancelled, then again whatsapp guy placed another order and sent medicine to another store and said will be delivered in an hour. Even after following up multiple times didn’t receive the order. Then got number of store who says we haven’t received any medicine yet from hub.

The app per se is good. Me being a doctor do search on this app at times to look for composition . Previously ordering was a breeze but these days the app forcefully takes you to pay through Paytm. I like to use my debit card for payment but the app will keep on take you to Paytm payment getaways. Customer care is utterly rubbish though! Last time a costly medicine ( 10 tabs costing 500+) was given torn due to the third grade picking done in Kolkata by their dealer. I emailed them but there was zero response! Very irresponsible company. I have been buying on MedPlus since last 3 years but I am searching wholeheartedly for a different app because of their worst customer care resolution and lackadaisical attitude. Very reliable ! If products are not available they will mention it as out of stick which is very important so that we can look for other arrangements.
I had problem with Medlife and Pharmeasy they take the order with 3-4 days time line foe delivery.
In the app all the progress is seen. Even sends sms that the medicines out for delivery and on the last day4th day the cancel the order , reason No stock! Can u believe it? Why some one takes the order in the first place?

Pathetic app and support for orders

The app is useless and doesn’t have functionality to track orders. It takes over 24 hours and the order is still not fulfilled. Just useless customer support and also an attitude of don’t care for customers. App good only to check for drug composition. Not worthy of placing an order online. Stores don’t even know if an order is placed and they just behave with a don’t care attitude as well.

My order which was to be delivered n 23rd Jan was out for delivery on 24th Jan but has not yet reached and I had to travel without these medicines. Surprised that even till now this order has not reached to my home, is this the way you do business of medicines where customer has to travel either without medicines or travel after buying another set.
Now either you cancel order and refund my money with regret sorry statement or deliver it to my home address to my family members. Very frustrating experience with MedPlus.

I buy medicines worth 5000 a month at least purely for the discounts. I have been using this app for almost two years and yet, it’s still in the same stage of infancy as before.
Simple functionality like “product search by company name” as present on their website version is still absent on the iPhone app.
When you search for an ingredient, click on one medicine and then try to go back to the search results, the search result disappear.
Similarly, many medicines have wrong or old formulations that have not been updated on the app. Majority of ingredients still don’t have proper descriptions.
Supplements and Ayurvedic medicines are the worst. They have zero descriptions or formulations. And medplus still doesn’t stock all products of brands like Himalaya, Charak, Zandu or Dabur.
Product availability notification is a joke. I have never received a phone or an email so far. And never ever use your credit card.
I wonder what quality control or user testing this app goes through and why does Apple allow such apps to continue with the same flaws.

Worst app ever. It will have tech issues but is smart to accept payment and then declare that no order is placed. When I claimed it as a void transaction on bank, bank raised a reversal. Medplus customer care argues that they haven’t received the funds and I will have to reorder and pay. I did reorder and paid cash on delivery. After two months Medplus again reached out to get the payment from my bank and my bank obliged and paid them and I don’t even get a message. Now I’ve paid twice and response from Medplus is pathetic.

Ordered medicines using the app. Got a call from customer service based in Hyderabad. They said they didn't have the medicines in stock for the online store but if I drove down to a nearby brick and mortar MedPlus outlet less than a km away, they have 139 strips in stock but they cannot deliver these. I don't know who their VCs / Funders are, but they need to talk some serious sense into these inepts about building synergies across their delivery streams.
