FINAL REVIEW (16th Jan) :- Ended up not not buying their subscription.
AFTER along haul they couldn’t fix my issue . But I still thought to give it a last try and I bought a new subscription from different account . Same issue I couldn’t see any active subscription from which I paid .
I emailed them on the same day
(7 JANUARY) and their customer support didn’t respond to me for more than 100 hours. I waited for 5 days and No1 reverted back to me which made me cancel my subscription and get a refund .
They have terrible customer support ( no live chat or contact ) and I feel no actual customer support at all , knowing probably how many students use their service , and have quarries .

Update 7th January 2022 :- I had to again get a refund from iTunes as the Lecturio couldn’t find this bug in their system . Soo tonight I logged in using a fresh email account in Lecturio and bought 3 months subscription but again no service was provided . I have again emailed them regarding this . It’s been a month and they have no live chat and I’ve to wait for days for their email as it’s the 1980’s __________________________________ UPDATE 6th January 2022 :- I had to get refund of my payment and buy again the new subscription using my Apple ID , it didn’t work . The support reverted me that no payment was made using Apple ID I was logged in from , even though I shared the all the necessary proofs asked . __________________________________ UPDATE 4th JANUARY 2022 :- IT’S BEEN 4 days and the customer support has failed to reply my email or solve my issue, I’ll be filing a legal online for their negligent service, already have suffered alot . _______________________________________ I owned yearly subscription , n a friend of mine got access to my ipad and he changed my email in account settings , Next day I see I’m not able to login and when I try to reset password , It shows “user not found “ cause he altered my email to his which Lecturio system think I’m not registered in their system . Its ironic when he changed my email to his , I was sent no verification to my actual email which i used to buy the subscription , instead He got his email in and stole the subscription . What a lame Security in this app

The practice exam keeps on loading and the screen doesn’t work at all during that time while the timer is on. Basically the app stops working and has to be restarted and the cycle continues.

App kills ur mood to study as it crashes and screen hangs while doing Q bank . Too many factual mistakes in explanations. To start a Q bank U need to look at ur screen buffering for 2-3 minutes or if u report an issue while doing Q bank there is no way to go back to ur Q bank in vertical mode. Too many more bugs .
