News not opening from push notifications

After the latest update, any news from push notifications is only opening the app but not getting redirected to the news of push notification selected. Always has to kill the existing opened app and click on push notification to see the news selected.

Please fix this issue. Let me know if you need screenshots to replicate the issue.

Lots of ads are coming now so uninstalling the app. No support from Jio as usual.

Earlier review 15.6.2019

The earlier version, one would download entire paper and read it without to disturbances, or blank pages or without waiting for download again and again. One could download the newspaper, once, when the network is available and then read it at leisurely even when the network is unavailable like in travel or different rooms. This user friendlyness has been removed in the present app. I am writing this review on 15 June 2019. Kindly bring this part of the previous version back.

Thanks for making the above updates now we can once downloaded the paper/magazine and read it as we travel and not get affected when the network is absent.

One new suggestion while reading any newspaper at edges or corners on ios the screen jumps back out of newspaper. It would be great if you remedy this without usung up the screen area.

Day by day features of the apps will increase and become more user friendly but in case both jio magazine and news apps merged and removed many features, it is no more user friendly and this can’t be usable much. Previous of app was too good, now it became kindoff useless.

The previous versions of both jio magazine and JioNews apps has many features and very user friendly.. try bring back old apps so customer can use this services smoothly or try to make two versions for the app lite version of app and normal version of the app which has many features.

We hope that we will see new versions of the app that is more user friendly soon.

Please include my collection which has all magazines that are downloaded and after going inside that magazine,its issues. Currently each and every issue of each magazine are listed uncategorised in downloads. Instead each issue listed under the particular magazine would categorise them and it would be very convenient for a reader.

Also introduce subscriptions where news issues of subscribed magazines and paper gets automatically downloaded.

Takes ages to open a news paper. There is resolution issues, black bar at the top and zoom usually leads to pixelation for some time. Yet to reach the heights of the older version (newspaper) which used to work like a charm
