Fixed the issue that in some cases did not allow to create orders paid via Square.
What's new in 1.6
PLACE ORDERS WITHOUT PAYMENT
When creating an order you can now skip the payment to register the new sale as an unpaid one and handle the payment for it later.
ADD PRIVATE ORDER NOTES
Add private notes to orders to detail specifics of the order fulfillment for your staff members. These notes can be seen only by you and your staff members. Private order notes are available on the Business plan and higher.

The App does not consider shipping in the first place.

Version 1.6.13
The app is fine but it doesn’t take the shipping cost in the first place and sends an email to the customer notifying that there is no shipping cost!!
This can be edited afterwards but the quick alert has already gone with wrong info.
Please rectify its creating issues.
