It’s very disappointing me that bus stop grts change form brahmand signal to shree maa vidyalya fir this i hv to take separate auto to catch the bus i m nor happy at all but still I don’t have any option the people who stay in dosti they has to take auto it bus comes from azad nagar inside brahmand it will be very easy for us n no need to take auto as i m daily traveler for citi flo

I am using Cityflo Mobile App for my office travel since last 2 years. My appreciation for the whole team for making our office travel safe and smooth. However problem which is yet not solved is the Mobile App which gets crashes very frequently with IOS. In 24 hours - It works only during late night after 7-8 pm and remains time it shows error and doesn’t open. So you can’t use at another time. If you book the ticket earlier and want to cancel it before travel you can’t do it. Or if you want to book your ride in day time for evening ride, you can’t book it because it’s in crashed mode. It should be sorted out asap.

The service is decent, usually on time. When they are late, they inform. The app is really buggy sometimes, specially how the bus moves. He rest is good
My gripe is with the customer service specially with the way any forgotten item requests are addressed.
It is a great inconvenience if you forgot anything in the bus. It is as good as lost. Just forget about it and move on
The process is, CS will inform the lost and found department, the LFD will contact the driver, then the driver will just keep it if he finds it. Then you may pickup from the SAME BUS.
that is, If you ever take the bus (which keeps in changing as per availability) then you MAY get back as the whims and fancy of the command chain.

The services no doubt are good. But facing a lot of app related issues. It keeps hanging now and then and again and again you have to shut the app and reopen it.
Also the thane-bkc routes has no doubt frequent buses but none of them is highway to highway. Atleast 1 or 2 should be direct highway buses avoiding unnecessary traffic lights and traffic.

Services not reliable. Cancelled at short notices even though the customers have booked well in advance. After arbitrary cancellation of services, instead of refunding the amount it is offered to the customer as a FREE RIDE with an expiry date. The free ride so offered cannot be used for booking subscriptions.
Safety measures inside the bus not ensured as has been claimed by Cityflo.

I have been using Cityflo for last 2.5 years regularly for my daily travel. The travel is hassle free and relieves lot of mental pressure to drive in Mumbai traffic. I get time to read, rest and at times watch a few movies or shows. Helps me relax. I would recommend people as it not only relieves a lot of mental pressure but also reduces the number of cars on road, thereby contributing to some extent to the environment.

Their buses leave before time and then you reschedule for the next bus which is 15 minutes later and that bus would be delayed by 10 mins. Overall a delay of 25-30 mins in my schedule.
They will ask to take monthly and weekly passes just to ensure that you are forced to take their service, and when it comes to actual service there’s no commitment at all.
I would certainly not recommend their service to anyone in my social circle.
There has been such instances in the past as well.

These guys keep cancelling buses if they have less bookings and make passengers wait at the stop till the next bus, they club 2-3 buses together to save on costs. Instead of informing one day prior, they do this at the last minute. Total shady tactics. Imagine having planned your whole day's schedule and then waiting 20 mins for a bus, failed hopes. No value for an office goer's time. No deceny to just drop all those options if they aren't feasible. Total bait and switch.

You app forcibly asks us to submit our feedback and asks to complete a survey. This typically happens when I do not take bus for 2-3 days because I travel out of Mumbai. There should be an option ‘not to’ participate in the survey. Why force people? App doesn’t allow to book unless you complete the survey! Please stop this. It is irritating!

Been trying to register since a week, however there is no OTP received. App developers have not even kept an option to reach out to support (without logging in). Mobile website also has no easily visible option to reach out to support. Kind of a bad ui and ux flow design. how would a non registered customer reach out in case of any queries or registration issues?.
It seems you are using a cheap promotional sms gateway which is not able to deliver messages to a dnd number. Please at-least make a script and check if otp is not delivered via promotional sms gateway; then reroute via transactional sms gateway. Another major flow / design error.
have not experienced the services yet; but these major design errors are definitely causing city flo to loose or miss out on new customers / opportunities

There are no bus services before 9am from Borivali to MIDC. My office starts at 9am. It seems cityflo has suddenly stopped these services since I could find buses at 7am earlier. Kindly look into this issue as soon as possible. I'm new to this city and don't want to travel by train. I tried calling the call centre for any update regarding the same subject, but they seemed lost and had no clue about it. I called thrice today. Your representatives were inefficient.
Also the application keeps crashing since the new update.
