Among the lot of the bank appa, your app is relatively easy to year. But still you could apply more thought. Particularly when you modify the apps and add a few new ease of use options, please DO NOT REMOVE EXISTING ease of use options. 1 while making transactions, Search and select Payee is gone. Now only “Select payee account “is available. I have more than 100 payees and it’s very difficult to scroll through all the payees to find the right one. So PLEASE BRING BAK THE PAYEE SEARCH and SELECT through name or account number. 2. Allow us to add favourite action to favourites menu. Otherwise what’s the point of having a favourites option if you are going to populate it by default ? 3. Under Transactions menu, you have Fund Transfer and then you have the options. Instead please add direct access to transfer within CUB, IMPS & NEFT when translations is clicked.

Previously NEFT or IMPS beneficiary can been search through name now the option is missing. It’s really hectic now I have to scroll from top to bottom to search beneficiary. Kindly fix it soon.

1.Standing Instruction option auto enabling via mobile banking while opening online RD (so instalments won’t be missed)
2. Standing Instruction cancellation option via mobile banking for online RD
3.Option to hide and view the account Balance(for privacy)
4.Enabling Refer a friend tab in the mobile banking , via SMS and What’s app link (for new leads)
5.Embossing last four digits of account number in the Key chain debit card (for easy differentiation)

MOBILE BANKING APP CRASHES TOO MANY TIMES
The mobile banking app as such, is a very seamless and user friendly application as far as the interface goes. However, in Apple devices I am either unable to login almost every time I try to do so or I get kicked out before completing transactions. Please have this sorted as I have tried it in 4 Apple devices and the problem still persists.

iOS Version of app having lot of issues
I team,
The iOS version of your bank app is having lot of issues when accessing, it doesn’t load properly, automatically logs out while transferring money, takes more time to load options for login & most importantly it hangs & logs out during most of the transactions.
I tried restarting my phone, uninstalling & installing the app, tested with different networks & WiFi. No luck, issue still persists.
Never seen a app this worst, please have this fixed as it might reduce your reputation.

Mobile banking & internet banking both platform not working & User already log on error
Dear cub,
I am facing error while doing mobile & internet banking, automatically closed application after successful logged in , there is no way to transfer & bill payment adding beneficiary it’s very tough to do.
I hope cub team will understand the customer feelings to fix the error with in a day there are so many cub customers including my relatives ,friends having same issues .

Error - Worst Buggy app
I have added account by changing to different window where account number has been received. It said session expired login again. I tried logging in it says there is an active session end that first before logging in again. I really got confused by the error exemptions. How do I come out of the session.
And I have made an IMPS transaction it asked for all details including OTP. At last suddenly the application closed. This is a real WTH situation. IOS users deserve a working app. Not really happy.

Im very much satisfied with the new interface of CUB APP but the main problem is after i login and come out of app and again try logging in it shows user already logged in and its not opening. It asks for MPIN and i typed my MPIN and it shows user already logged in. How do i enter inside my app now? Its stuck

I admire your bank and I am both an account holder and a shareholder. While I appreciate your great strides in technology, a major dampener in your mobile app is the lack of Touch ID login. If I have to enter the credentials every time on a small screen, what is the point of a mobile app? I use laptop for most part of my day, and I can use the same. Why do I need an app? Hope you can get this sorted out soon.
