Worst mobile application. Not even app is opening. Very worst development.
The iOS version of your bank app is having lot of issues when accessing, it doesn’t load properly, automatically logs out while transferring money, takes more time to load options for login & most importantly it hangs & logs out during most of the transactions.
I tried restarting my phone, uninstalling & installing the app, tested with different networks & WiFi. No luck, issue still persists.
Never seen a app this worst, please have this fixed as it might reduce your reputation.
Very slow on opening n all
This app if frequently shutting down while doing NEFT Or IMPS. For 1 successful transfer I have to wait for nearly an hour, till then I login in and app will close while doing Transactions. I can’t relay on this app.

I have tried NEFT transactions through error message your session expired please login, then i have tried login but error message User is already logged on.Please check.
the app keeps restarting and once i’m at the log in page it reads “user already logged in”. this just keeps happening over and over to the point where i can’t get anything done. please resolve this bug asap. and btw this has been happening for the past three months! i keep waiting that you guys will fix this but nothing has changed!
As there is corporate banking app in play store, we required same app in apple App Store too. Much needed for corporate banking users like us. Kindly launch that app soon for easy usage of all banking needs.

When ever I login and open fee payment It will logout saying that ur current session has been expired and when I try to login again it will say that you are already logged in and u can’t login again

I am facing error while doing mobile & internet banking, automatically closed application after successful logged in , there is no way to transfer & bill payment adding beneficiary it’s very tough to do.
I hope cub team will understand the customer feelings to fix the error with in a day there are so many cub customers including my relatives ,friends having same issues .

The app logs out saying session expired when we log in for the first time of the day. From second time it works fine. While trying to open FD the app logs out for the same reason
Pls reconstruct the login page. Always shown the login with Touch ID or mpin in login page even change the user Id.

I have added account by changing to different window where account number has been received. It said session expired login again. I tried logging in it says there is an active session end that first before logging in again. I really got confused by the error exemptions. How do I come out of the session.
And I have made an IMPS transaction it asked for all details including OTP. At last suddenly the application closed. This is a real WTH situation. IOS users deserve a working app. Not really happy.

Last 10days cub app is not working properly in iOS. Unable to logins and if I select any transaction or account details it exit automatically. Kindly look on it and do the needful.

While adding beneficiaries and while entering OTP it often getting locked out. Can’t add beneficiaries.
The app crashes frequently. It mentions “Your session is timed out” and “Your account is already logged in and try after sometime” when logging in again. I have to rush to bank every time with vain.
