Keeps crashing when trying to update my details
Very poor application for such a recognised company
I’m unable to login or upload bill after updating app. Please help
Last one week I am trying to upload the bills but not able to, moreover bills are getting faded out and I checked with help desk but they are asking to reinstall but the condition is same.

Guys. I to have issues with the older app. And now i updated the new version. All the bug issues they have removed & now it’s easy to use. Those who didn’t get the updated version please delete the app and re-install. You won’t regret.
The app asks too many personal questions like your marital status, whether you own a car, gender, date of birth etc.
Me and my family comes to Lulu Mall every now and then and only recently we came to know about the loyalty program and when I approached for registering, the staff over there was really helpful in explaining how the program works... Kudos to all staff...
Barcode scanner not workin
Ever since I installed the app, I have been unable to login because I don’t receive the OTP to login. The app is poorly designed and difficult to use. What a disgrace to the majestic mall!
The app crashes every single time on the 6 plus.
This app is such a waste. I've been trying to use it for close to a year or so.

The developers does not even have the basic sense to test the app to check if it provides the minimal utility.

Its a great app and i have already redeemed points successfully. But i'm facing problem in uploading bills. The barcode scanning is not properly working and the manual bill uploading is failing all the times. Please provide better solution for the above. Other than this its really a good app.

Inloyal was best the best application to submit bills.Now tried with lulu mall application, barcode is not working and unavailable to upload bills manually ,getting corrected application( IOS Ver 10)Poor management. With out pilot run why this type of changes implemented???
App not loading
Menu item is visible halfway at the last and first... there are many to list....
I downloaded the app for ios two months back and it still shows the same offers and movies when I downloaded the app. Real waste app.. Real disappointment
