EMT was a "saviour" in times of hiked flight rates 3-4 years back. Judging by the previous experience, happened to do a hotel booking today. And must say, boy have they thoroughly disappointed me. The booking with the hotel is still pending after having booked 4 hours ago, amount has been deducted on the card and customer care refuses to pickup. The automated responses on WhatsApp and SMS do absolutely nothing to placate the customer's frustration and anger. Worse- I used a Coupon Code that I earned through shopping on another site and have lost the coupon as well. Definitely not using EMT after this - ever again!

Did not refund me amount they get from Irctc. Then when I made consumer complaint online after that they accepted n transfer that amount in my emt wallet. But even after 6 months I’m not able to transfer that amount in my account.

Its been more than 4 months since I applied for refund against a flight which was cancelled due to the covid outbreak. Since than i have contacted with ease my trip customer care agents like 100 times via phone and via email. But still no refund is processed. I had also booked the same flight for the same dates from yaatra and goibibo for my friends. But as because of the outbreak the flights were cancelled from the airline end, we requested for refund and from yaatra and goibibo we had a hassle free refund experience. (For which i can easily provide proof) that there refund were processed for the same flights and the same dates. But from EaseMyTrip my refund amount is still pending. And the cancellation which we made were all made on the same dates with all the three companies.

Made my first booking via easymytrip and it was a horrible experience. I planned to host a pool party and considering that only booked the fortune select global hotel using the swimming pool filter on the easemytrip website.
But when we checked in got to know that the pool is not operational. It was really embarrassing in front of my friends everybody was carrying their costumes and we had to sit in the room.
Even the customer support is pathetic, firstly you can never get in touch with support with the calling number because the hotel extension lands to another department, so you’ll have to wait for eternity for them to call you back. And even when they do, you’ll have to explain your issue again and again to every new agent. I literally tried calling them around 10 times and had to repeat my concern. And all that without any resolution, seriously pathetic!

Once you booked a ticket you have to travel otherwise forget your money , its customers service is also uneducated, if you call them and ask them for the refund status they will just say wait for 24-48 hrs and after 24-48hr nothing happens , and this cycles repeats . Please don’t buy your tickets on this app. Please use paytm,ixigo,makemytrip.

The worst traumatic organisation to exploit and harass customers if things go wrong, that too due to their lack of guidance. The case of Puneet Raj has been still hanging for last 2 days. He has called 20 times in a day but they tell to call back but never call back. Nor they refund the ticket amount when the boarding was cancelled by airline for the info not given by them. This is the hopeless n useless organisation. Never buy ticket from them. Puneet Raj is still pleading them to resolve the issue but nothing is happening and condition is worsening.

I've been using easemytrip for last four years, and their service has been top notch. In April 2020 during the pandemic I had to cancel a flight booking. They refunded the entire amount, upfront from their end without asking anything. I'm still struggling for settlement for the flight tickets refund which i had booked from different platform during the same period. For 18 months I have been on the receiving end of terrible customer service regarding how the organisation processes refunds.
EaseMyTrip owe 1 Lakh rupees in flight cancellations. I had to cancel flights due to Covid, and they have retained my money. Even more recently, an airline cancelled the flight and still I’m not issued a refund.
Do not use this organisation. Book directly or with an alternative.
I have lost full confidence in their customer service and escalation team due to the repeated failures and lack of commitment and communication. They do not return emails or calls.
Even their CEO Nishant Pitti who I wrote to directly has ignored my request to rectify this wrong.
The organisation is corrupt. They take your money but provide no service. They are unethical, non-compliant and in breach of trust with customers.
Save your time and money and go elsewhere. They have taken my money. They will find a loophole in their policy and will keep yours.
If they have kept my money…I wonder how many more people in India have lost out.

During pandemic, my brother and the entire family contracted the Corona virus and he had to fly out to paris in three days. Day in and day out, we kept emailing and calling their customer care but they kept misleading us with false information and made our recovery from the virus very difficult. There was no accountability of any form from their end and all we asked was for rescheduling our flight!!! Had the worst experience and never am I booking anything from them.

I recently made a flight booking (Indigo) from EaseMyTrip. I was asked to login towards the confirmation and payment gateway section, which I did so. The transaction was complete, my booking was complete and I received a confirmation WhatsApp message from EaseMyTrip as well. However I had received no email confirmation nor a pdf on WhatsApp either. I was struggling with the pnr details on indigo website to really tough luck logging in and making the web checkin. So the logical thing was to try the customer service. I was directed to WhatsApp where I was asked to confirm the email id, which wasn’t getting validated either. I have used the app earlier and have made bookings as well. How can an account not get validated against the email address and phone number? Developers, kindly look into this issue ASAP.
P.S. I had to use the help of indigo to trace out my bookings. No support from EaseMyTrip so far.

I know that it is great place for flight booking. Earlier, there were some technical issues but all shorted out now as I am a regular user of this site. I know this very well. If you will book flight tickets from any other travel website like MMT or GOibibo or others, they have kept a hidden fees of around 250 Rs at the payment gateway. Emt don’t take this type of charges. In fact, the site is really simple and this makes it user-friendly. In fact, I also reccommend my friends to book their flight tickets from this website…

after giving exams in Bangalore, I booked my flight back home to Dimapur! The ticket costed me around 7k which was a lot for a student like me so I booked it a week ahead! I kept on waiting for the confirmation email but didn’t get it! Turns out the amount was debited from my account-but the ticket was never issues!
So i submitted a complaint to ease my trip sent the screenshots and everything! They said they didn’t get the money so I contacted gpay they said it’s been debited! The only way was for me to go home & check with my bank! I had no money left for another 7k ticket I had to go around asking my friends and relatives for money to arrange another flight back home! I ran around to my Bank but they said the amount has been sent to ease my trip so there is nothing they can do! A small amount for big company like them but a big hurdle for me!

I liked this APP as they claimed it complete desi app. There is one issue with the total amount pop up which irritatingly doesn’t close once opened. May be it’s a trip to start over again and trigger the pricing algorithm.
What I dint like is the air pricing which automatically changes the prices(although it’s same for other apps like paytm) just before you make payment and if we close it then we have to start over again and fill all details.
These are the reasons users might switch to other apps.

This is the worst customer experience I have ever faced with any travel agent. I had been following up for more than 3 weeks and it seems the agenda was only to humiliate me and not help me with a solution (rescheduling of Vistara Flight). The customer care team is neither ready to help on a call, nor on mails. The only agenda that you have is to loot the customers by demanding unnecessary money and not by helping your customers find a solution, I ensure you that I will personally ask all my friends and family members to remove the app from their mobile handsets and never to use EaseMyTrip ever again due to a nightmare customer service. I hope this feedback reaches the right person/founders at EaseMyTrip. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER; will never recommend it to anyone, and hence the end of my relationship with easemytrip today.

Because of covid my 4 flights got cancelled. After speaking to EMT customer care support, they assured me that they are raising the complain against my refund and credit shell balance which will reflect in 7working days. Now its been more than 9months, these people are holding my amount and making me fool whenever I call them. For every single booking I have to call them for my refund amount. Its my own amount which has been hold by them from last 9months and everytime they say they ate initiating the request please wait for 7more working days. Are you kidding🤯
What kind of service is this?? Stop fooling people around and show some professionalism.

Acknowledged for the rescheduling, got the rescheduling charges paid, requested to pay some more for fare difference after some time from a personal number. And 1/2 hr prior to the flight departure, the same person told that passenger is a no show and airline ticket price cannot be refunded. I couldn’t even find the pnr of old flight. If they could have informed before I could have taken previous flight.
Worst customer support, additionally interface with lot of bugs. Horrible experience. Lost trust in EMT.

I have never ever seen such kind of fake company in my whole life .
1 had booked INDIGO AIR tickets For 9 persons for 8th October 2020 DELHI to DOHA that we had changed to 13 October 2020 and the PNR for that flight is (VQIKTH) . During this our one candidate Name is (IMTIYAZ) was Crona positive and As per the IndiGo’s guidelines full refund will be applicable for this condition .
we had talked to the airline and they had divided THE PNR (REWL5Y) for Mr (Imtiyaz) and cancel the ticket with normal charges and issued refund amount (7625) because they said we need to verify the crona report , and after verifying the report they again refund me 5000 .
BUT from the easemytrip i have only received 5995 rupees till now. I have talked many times with easemy trip but every time they said we will refund the balance , But this fraud company have not refund me my balance amout till , i have sent many emails and talked with customers mant time but every time they email us we will varifiy but from last 2 months i am waiting for balance amount

I had booked one way ticket from EaseMyTrip website. As soon as the amount got deducted from my card I received a mail stating that my booking was yet to be confirmed. Even after waiting for hours I could not receive my booking confirmation or PNR so I called the customer service; it was a pre-recorded voice which said that only customers whose flight is within 7 days will be entertained.
After waiting for sometime I cancelled my booking and lost half of it due to cancellation charges.
So, please do not use this agent for booking your flights even though they display cheap tickets.

The customer care team of emt is worst of all...
They didnt even know how to solve a basic issue... I have called abd mailed them several times but they aren’t resolve my issue of using amount in Easemytrip wallet..
I have added 3802Rs in the emt wallet for booking flight tickets... But the amount even after reflecting into wallet is not showing on payment page... No Resolution is provided even its been more than 10 days...
Also once a care person tells me to update the app but when i say her that i have already unistalled the app and again install it still nothing changes , she says that i have to update the app not to reinstall... From that day i m in wonder what that makes any difference.
Also Expecting one person in care team all the 10-12 persons that recieved my call are fools...
i dont know how someone with that IQ even gets a job in custome care team...
Also they said that they have been looking into the issue and call me back within 24 hours but even after 10 days they didnt call...
Also even not replying to mails...

I have been using ease my trip for all my travel booking which includes flights, hotels, trains . The service and the relates they provide are really liable and very much satisfied with it. Once one transaction of mine was failed and the amount stuck but the executive were soo supportive and cooperative that they use to take the regular follow up with bank as well as with me. I still remember a executive named Prema Mehra who was totally in favour of customer satisfaction and truly dedicated towards her work.I really appreciate the whole ease my trip for providing such a wonderful platform for the convenience of the customers.

I had booked flights pre-lockdown with EMT. I lost hope for getting the refund as the airline that I booked was Air Asia, which is notoriously known for poor customer service. I struggled for days trying to get my refund with Air Asia. So finally I decided filled out a form on EMT claiming for a refund. To my surprise, I got the refund credited to my account. It did take about 45 days for the whole process, but at the end of the day they made me happy by initiating the refund.

I have booked Singapore Holiday for my Parents and their friends and paid extra money in Iternary so that they don’t have any problem over there. I have paid extra for Hindi guide, Meals, Transportation, Hotel Pickup etc.
After paying extra still my parents had the worst ever Holiday. Trouble at every step.
Reached Singapore at 4 AM, pickup came at 7AM.
Reached hotel at 7:30 AM, booking starts at 2 PM.
I had to book another hotel on same day for 6hrs so they can freshen up and relax after journey.
In evening it turns out Meals is not booked, again call Customer care, frustrates me, frustrates my Parents.
Next day in City Tour Hindi guide did not show up,
again call and call and call.
Such a Horrible experience that can’t even call it a Holiday.
After finishing the Trip I called there Customer Care, spoke to their Senior Executive. He apologised for all the inconvenience and blah blah corporate terms - “Sir I will find the culprits, will refund ur money iternary by iternary just give me sometime.”
No response in two weeks after that call. I called again and same guy again said - “You didn’t call back I assumed issue is resolved.”
Its been more than a month now, No response from them. No refund. Such a pathetic example of Customer Service. Never ever Book your Holidays from Easemytrip. Worst Planning, Worst Execution, Worst Customer Experience leading to a Worst Holiday.

I have booked my ticket from Lko to del under economy class in Vistara airline. I have decided to avoid my travel because of Corona virus spread, I asked for reschedule, in reply EaseMyTrip are saying I should contact to airline directly. Because they can’t reschedule my trip. When I talk to airline they are saying I have booked my ticket under Premium economy so I can reschedule my travel only under this class only.
I have booked my ticket under economy category, how it upgrades under premium class? God knows! I think this is a fraud.
My advise is to everyone that we should avoid booking on app or website other than airlines portal/app.

Extremely disappointed with call center service doesn’t give any support to customer. I was standing in the freezing cold night at Majnu Ka Tila, Delhi waiting for bus from 8.30 pm to 1 am neither bus came nor operator gave any response. He was just saying “Babuji bus Kashmiri gate se nikal gaya hai jam laga hai thodi der bad aayega” same reply from 9 pm to 1 am. Neither allow me to board any other bus nor his bus came. It was so horrible experience for me. Police officer came to me and said be careful with your baggage mobile and purse. Don’t trust this transporter’s they are concerned with money only. I have given one star to this app coz can’t give less other wise from my side it’s MINUS TEN (-10). I don’t know this company will refund my money or not.
Stop pretending you care for customer. Customer care is calling and saying give us good ratings WHY??? For refund of ticket money. Do you think customer is fool? I have spend for one day hotel stay, food and taxi for going to hotel and coming back for catching next bus and new ticket with additional payment. These are cash expenses who will pay this???? And trouble and problems can’t count in terms of money. I have already stopped using your app

There are some serious issues with current version of this app 3.3.30. If I select round trip flights, and select dates from March 2020, it doesn’t show March month. Instead it shows month of February. It is showing February month twice. It shows Jan, Feb, Feb, Apr 2020 months.
I don’t know how to report issues as there is no link in the app download section in app history. Also, if tapped on App support link on the pp download page, it takes to the website, not to the support page. I don’t know how these apps get to the production page for mass users without even checking these simple bugs. Please correct them. Thanks.

Just a call of the day - it makes life easier if we have the “Add to Wallet” option which enables to save the details to our Apple Wallet and easier to access instead of always going to mails/messages and checking the details. My flight was cancelled by the airlines on 7th Feb. Firstly, they did not give us any call to tell us that flight has been cancelled. Then they did not issue any refund by themselves. I had to call them multiple times to claim my refund which should have ideally been processed by them themselves. Then when I called them multiple times, they had a different technical explanation each time for the delay.
They just know how to fool the customer. It’s already 26th Feb and they have not even initiated my refund yet, despite 2hour calls with them! They are a curse to you and I swear I’ll make sure no one in my circle books through you!

I have been using EaseMyTrip for several years and am highly satisfied; there was never any hassle or glitch at any stage. Their unique plus point is that they do not charge any convenience or processing fees, unlike other apps of portals. However, it is high time that EaseMyTrip introduces the following facilities, which are badly missed by many including myself: 1. Seat selection (by paying extra if needed). 2. Inflight meal booking. 3. Extra baggage advanced booking. 4. Online check-in. 5. Generate e-boarding passes. For a huge company like EaseMyTrip, it is difficult to understand why they are not tying up with the airlines in order to provide these very useful extra facilities. Besides, EasyMyTrip should start their own Loyalty Program.
