The worst booking experience ever.. Don't book Drivezy..
After booking, The customer executive called and asked for 10,000 security deposit.. This is not Fair..!!!
Our car got stalled due to a battery issue on the middle of highway. No one was there for us to help us. The guys at the drop point were also pretty rude and didn’t give back the security deposited to us. They say we have damaged the car. Even the customer service number doesn’t work. It’s all nonsense! One of the most unprofessional company!
We had booked the Ford Eco sport 14th December to avoid car availability issues, and suddenly one night before the trip Drivezy guys called us and told us vehicle is not available for some reason.
Drivezy guys gave us another alternative saying that, there is BRV car available.
But the time we arrived Drivezy are gave some random car. That car was not cleaned at all, from outside as well as from inside.
We still accepted the fact that we don’t have any other options than what Drivezy guys are providing. At least cooperation was expected but we received drivezy employees attitude instead. There was no way to directly call drivezy and employee on site was not even helping with calling support team. He was telling us to accept the fact that we don’t have any other option.
Now we started the drive, we are getting PGM Fi warnings because oil change is required, AC is not working, backside window is not operational. Not sure how do you guys even allow these kind of cars on your platform.
I don’t recommend anyone to try this service.
I thought zoomcar was the worst company then found out these guys. They did not deliver the car on time. Did not even informed in anyway that the car delivery will be late. After 40 mins of call waiting I got connected to customer care. And when i told them that at least help me in delivering the car to my home. They said its not possible and said its not company mistake its a mistake from previous customer who did not deliver the car and threatened to cancel the booking.
Drivezy Worst service provider ever . On the 26th December 2020 we had picked up a Scorpio (KA03 AG 3979) from the Satellite bus station in Bengaluru. Before picking up the car both the parties have taken videos which doesn’t show any mark on the front glass. While returning the car on 27th December 2020,Mr Nithin from the same store who is the station manager claimed we put a scratch on the car front glass. There is no proof from their end neither our videos had anything captured on 26th. The mark was an existing one and it was impossible to capture it in any video. Now they are charging 9500 for changing the entire glass which they will never change and loot the next person who will book the same car again for the same reason. This is pure harassment and nothing more. The worst rent a car company India could ever have.

On 27/10/2020 I’ve booked car and cancelled booking, they initiated refund for my original source of booking, I haven’t received refund it’s already like 40days, customer support they have worst service, they not even concerned about customers, even the fleet were unprofessional, they don’t even clean the vehicle, and again on 27/11/2020 I’ve booked vitara Brezza, while booking in application they didn’t ask any security deposit, once booking got confirmed, fleet called me asking me to get 10,000₹ for security deposit and with original ID cards without any paper or without any confirmation mail from Drivezy end. So I recommend people not to use this app for service,

I'm a frequent Drivezy traveler and your loyal customer. However, my last experience with your services turns out to be distressing.
My previous booking reimbursement for PNR No. 5372481345 is pending since 2020-09-03. As per your last response, the technical glitch caused a delay in reimbursement and it should have been resolved within 7-9 working days. Your company values of 'Customer centric company' are not at par, as despite of repetitive follow ups, service calls, escalation mails, I've not received Rs. 10,901/- wherein I've submitted all sales receipts and acknowledgements provided by petrol pumps in both soft copy and hard copy at your desk.
Today I booked a two wheeler for 1 month I payed for it before hand, The pickup location was 11 KM away from my house instead of the fact that there is a drivezy pickup point next to my house ! Now when I reached the location to pickup the fleet head said there is no two wheeler available at the time !! I was like what ?? Then why are you showing on the App and website?? I called the customer care and they were Useless and unprofessional to the highest level. They were now asking me to go to the same location which was near my house only. Which basically meant I travelled for nothing I paid the cab for nothing ? If this is the situation then this becomes there duty to provide the vehicle at the mentioned location. All they do is show vehicle which are actually not there and then ask you to take any lower model vehicle and that too after they make you roam the entire city. A person books a self drive vehicle for cutting the cost of travelling but what these dumb heads do is just ask the customer to from one location to other which is there duty to do. Because at first they only say to come to the particular location. Also the customer care people are highly unprofessional and they are least bothered about the person who is actually paying for the service because these useless people are just sitting at home and taking free salary !!

Worst customer support ever.No one was available at the time of pickup.Tried calling customer care more than 100times did not respond to the call.At the end we had to cancel the booking but the worst part was that the refund given was “Zero”. I recommend not to use this app.
I had driven many times with Drivezy, but after my last drive, I’m not gonna book drive with them again. Very unprofessional, they have only 3rd party Insuarnce, they charged me ₹26k for a few scratches and a small dot on windshield. They said they gonna replace it, which I’m sure they’ll not, because the car was already had damages when I took it, it was not repaired but I’m sure they have charged a huge amount from the customer. Particularly the pick up point near “Satellite Bus stand, Mysore Road” never book with them. I always loved Drivezy, but this time it’s over.

This is regards to drop of vehicle (KA 03 AF4420) which was booked under PNR 5500928034 on 30th Jan 2020, and intermittently the booking was being extended till 3rd June 2020 and the payment for the same was made accordingly. During the drop period which had underwent the pandemic COVID-19 lockdown situation I wasn’t able to drop the vehicle at the picked up location, for which I had connected with the customer care immediately right after the duration of the booking was completed and was clearly advised to park the vehicle at my place without any usage and patiently wait for response from the drivezy team. As per instructions I had followed the same and had initiated and tried my best to reach the customer care several times through calls, chats and in-app sources in order to drop the vehicle while lockdowns were lifted before I could evacuate from Bengaluru but I didn’t get any genuine response from either of your teams. It’s been 2 months since I vacated Bengaluru, the vehicle is still parked at the same location which was instructed and I had received a call after a long period of waiting from (+91 7019702436) Mr. Arivnd M informing that he was on behalf of drivezy team asking me to drop the vehicle and pay the money for the period of which the vehicle was parked at the location as per the instructions from the customer care, and also said that an FIR would be filed against me if I failed to do so. It is common sense to follow the customer service instructions especially during the lockdown situation with interest on welfare of the staff health and safeguarding the asset of the company, I clearly don’t understand as to why I am asked to pay the money for following the same, else I myself would had dropped the vehicle if I had proper response from your team at the first place when I tried to contact. Since I don’t see any fault from my side I hope it’s understood that it is not a professional approach in demanding money for the service that wasn’t accessed. As per the received instructions the vehicle is still parked at the same location without any usage, since I am not available at Bengaluru please arrange a team from your side to collect the vehicle.

It is almost astonishing that how customer support answers back when it is me who owes money, but when I owe a refund there is literally no reply back. There were no concessions given to me during lockdown when I literally didn’t use the vehicle at all. I have been emailing for weeks now enquiring about my refund but there is no turnaround email. Don’t know will this feedback be taken properly or will just get dusted off like my previous emails.

I had rented a car to travel to a different city.
Even though I booked it 3 days before,
When I got there is was in a scrap condition.
The executive is busy in talking his girlfriend while we are questioning about the car condition like this.
No Battery. No Stepney, Had to jumpstart the vehicle. Insurance lapsed by six months. And the seatbelt Was cut in the crash.
But the station manager is least bothered and said “ take it, nothing ll happen”.
Now, after that crash I m trying to contact them to pay the amount but no one is responding.
Try zoom, they work systematically.

Drivezy support is pointless, can’t manage to get a normal bike. Even if you do, just hope you don’t have to call their support, it took me multiple calls and 1.5 hours of effort everyday for 3 days before I could get my issue addressed
During global crisis of COVID19, company is asking to risk my life and drop the vehicle and pay the extra days amount. This lockdown is not in customer’s hand, these people just don’t understand. Stop this harassment.
Not happy with the service
After informing for extending the ride team has fined me late penalties.there is no alternative for users very bad experience.
There is no help from Drivezy in case of issues with vehicle. Customer support is extremely rude. They make you talk to many supervisors who are all rude and you have to explain your issue to all of them. Chat service is also horrible.
I had a key issue with an Activa I booked from drivezy, they refused to help. Told me to go to mechanic. And told that it’s the issue with customers and asked me why I extended the ride when I have so many issues with the bike.
Like the idea and all, but didn’t like customer support.

Worst trip with this faulty car. Breaks were worn out, battery was down, every time we have to push the car and get it started. I mean this is hilarious. Why I should this much amount for a faulty car. I contacted customer care and they said that they will call back but no call received. After when I call back customer care after completing ride with bloody fool and final payment customer care was counting the policies and was trying to prove me wrong. She was like how come one day car was running fine and suddenly it’s battery got drained. That’s all your problems guys to give us a clean, and repaired vechicle. We are not bloody renting your vehicle to repair it at hill stations. I can get u the cctv footage and videos of the car not getting started. This is merely inconvenient ride and a try to put your customers in danger. Shame on u guys.

I was charged cancellation charges though I did not cancel my booking, Driverzy cancelled it and still I got to pay, that too they cancelled without informing me.
I was asked to refuel since there was no fuel @ the time of ride start.
In one of the petrol bunk, I received only manual bill. Unfortunately, Drivezy center refused to accept, even after explaining in detail with vehicle number on the bill.

Booked a car for around 800 Kms from Bangalore to Puducherry. The pickup time was 3:00 PM IST. But car was not available. There was no replacement also. Station staff was not at all helpful. Customer care service is even more pathetic. They didn’t even pick call. Worst ever organisations
Vehicles are available at the worst conditions. Even if we ask them for a better vehicle they use to say no vehicle available, even after having lots of vehicles on the app to book. Worst experience everytime.
I booked Thunderbird with Drivezy pick up location Manpho booking starts @5.30 this morning I reached well.In advance 5:15 in morning firstly their was no one available to handover the vehicle to me finally after 35 -40 mins of wait one of their executive name DHANUSH came with some pathetic attitude when I inform him about my booking details he says the vehicle in not serviceable since one month it was in scrap condition. When I spoke with customer care name NASEER again with sick attitude replied saying we have alternate option which is nongeared vehicle I.e Activa which is no where equivalent category to the vehicle I booked.
CAUTION Please don’t even consider Drivezy for any of future booking you guys will ruin your plan and all together is waste of your time with such horrible EXPERIENCE..

Such a painful experience with Drivezy. I booked my car and waited for 2hrs at given location but no one arrived. I was continually calling to the customer care and some other given numbers in the massage, but no one responded. At last customer care lady said that no one vehicle available at given location and ask me to cancel booking or she said that you can pick a vehicle at our another location based 9km away from my location.

Do not book any car from drivezy it is a full fledged gambling business, we booked the car for 60 km xuv500.
Conditioning of car was wear and teared allready we informed the employees about the condition of vehicles they told thats not a big issue we know about the condition of car we even told them it is vibrating in 1 and 2 gear.
When we returned the car after 4hrs they inspected the car and said clutch plate is lost u will sued for 10000 u dont have any other option.
They were not ready to listen at any cost although it was not our fault.
After submitting when we enquired about the fault they said excel of gearbox has gone.

Your service starts from the vehicle station, where I haven’t ever found a single vehicle In proper condition, no helmets provided, mirrors missing, lights not working at times, are some to mention. What are you charging us premium for then.
Your station master at ITPL Whitefield is so arrogant and ignorant he doesn’t care he asked me to search the vehicle i booked from 1000 of vehicle and apparently that vehicle was not available and still your app booked it for me and on top of it when i tried cancelling it your app levy a full cancellation fee so i dont get anything back.
For full refund i need to call you for which i was standing at the station trying to call you for an hour but as with your other services all i had was disappointing experience.
All I request you is to make a full refund so that i can happily uninstall your app and i m sure Bengaluru has other better option to goto.

Booked a car (Baleno)
On the pickup day there was no one at the site and the car was at it worst clean. You can’t even open the door without getting dirt on your hand.
And moving on, while riding I sense that the brakes were not proper. Like if you press the breaks you can that something is gonna break. So you can’t go over 40 with those breaks.
Tragedy not ended here. Now comes to head lamps. The high beam was not working. And normal one was not good enough to cover the road. So with this combination I drove from Mysore to Bangalore.
Now the next wonderful thing I got to know from the executive team at drivezy that the car just went for service, when I complained this to them.
Overall it’s a daring experience, 😑. And don’t ask about the customer support. You can connect to anyone in the world but not to them. Always busy.
Even after reporting this to them on mail, not even a courtesy response came for that. Hope they are busy there as well.
Drivezy might be or comparatively less amount for long rides and but it won’t guarantee any basic safety from the cars they provide.
One tip: if you book a car, please do check the vehicle documents and look for the registeration and manufacture date. If it’s 2017 or earlier month 2018, please cancel it right away. And book for newly released cars like venue and swift latest sort of.
Or take the cars only from the headquarters station Atleast.

I can’t even able to login, i put my details and enter otp it will show success and when i tap on side menu it won’t show my details it will ask me to login again, and when i try to book vehicle it will aske me to verify mobile and email, mobile number will get verified easily but you won’t receive OTP for email I don’t no i tried many time resend button also but I didn’t get OTP for email!! And after all these i tried using my brother phone and I’m finally successful logged in but then i tried to book vehicle again it will ask me to pay when i pay it won’t show booked history at all, total 3 times i tried total ₹700 i lost by booking! But I don’t see any booking history!! Is this fraud or what i need my money back!! Worst app ever for vehicle booking 😡🤬🤬🤬
I booked a car for two days everything was paid and I called the customer service day before asking them to make sure the car was cleaned properly because the first time I rented a car it was way too dirty but I had no other option but to just go with it. So this time I called them I asked them specifically they helped me with the number of the person who is there in that specific Drivezy hub. Reached out to this person he said that the vehicle has been rented out will clean it once it arrives at the hub all this happened on Friday. Went to the hub on Saturday morning by 9:30 am to pick the car the response we got was the car is not in yet the car has been booked for a 40 days trip. If that was the case why was the car available when we initially booked which was two week prior to actual pick up date. Do you people not even manage that data correctly.
If you really want to enjoy your planned trips don’t book using this app just go with the other rental apps even if they are expensive you do not have to waste your time and energy talking to customer service who would just say they will refund the amount and do not even try to arrange another car.
P.S: I don’t think they have any database to keep a log on if the vehicle has been booked and sure they don’t care about your experience as well.
Very worst issues while taking car and while delivering car , Worst experience never use Drivezy, even customer care people are not responding good and they did cut my call when we are in issue about bill, car is not serviced and mileage is not at all given , they simply say they service car frequently and they say we will show in mobile app , the worst is they won’t accept what ever we show in mobile and they can show their responses and everything in mobile ,
Cars are not maintained and when you’ll found in some serious issues regarding battery dead & others, they wont help you & even gave us fake promises like repair the car & reach back to the site & will give you repairing charges. You won’t get single rupee against this repairing cost. Don’t trust them, they are lier. Also last time I booked a car before a week & when I reached the location to collect the car, the executive said car was in garage from one month & no substitute car available for you. And when I called customer service, they repeat same thing. They can cancel your car at any time. So be aware when you’ll going somewhere with Drivezy
This company has absolutely no sense of customer support. Gave me a honda activa with an almost dead battery. Suspected something was wrong on the first day itself when it turned off automatically but kept on going because I was always able to start it using the choke. Went on like this for around a month, when one day it shut off in the middle of the road and refused to start after that. Got a mechanic to check it who told me the battery was completely dead and the scooty won’t even kickstart. After struggling to get any help from customer care and station manager, finally managed to get the vehicle to my place with a lot of effort. Still no resolution from customer support who refuse to take any responsibility for providing the faulty vehicle with just one argument that the vehicle was working when you picked it up. And on top of that they want me to drop the dead vehicle to the pickup station. Time to look at the newer startups like Vogo and Rapido.
This the most fraudulent company I've ever seen. I've booked their vehicles 2 times but at the time of picking up the vehicle these guys just cancelled up the booking by saying you already cancelled the ride, you can book the ride again. They also didn't refunded me the amount of my booking by saying that can't be done. Their customer care executives doesn't have sense of speaking to the customers. If your ride has been cancelled at the end time they won't pick up the call and you'll get stuck at the place where you've gone to pick up the vehicle. These people are running a fraud company, please never book a vehicle by their app as they will cheat you definately at the end if they got a first come first served deal better than yours.
Giving 1 because there is no option to give a 0. I have done numerous bookings both home deliveries and pickups. 90% of my bookings are not fulfilled, most of the time i have to wait for hours after the booking start time and call the station manager multiple times to get any update. They always make the same excuse that the car has a fault and there is no replacement vehicle available. This is the worst service I had from any rental service. If service cannot be provided then bookings should not be taken alongwith full advance payment which they refund in 7-8 working days. Customer support is equally incompetent and in effective. They don’t provide any help just a few random numbers, when you call these numbers the person on the other end is always disrespecful and never cares.
Recently I booked a car with fuel. Car condition was very bad and they had provided an insurance which was expired. I didn’t check that at the time of taking, when I got to know it was expired when I was caught by traffic police I tried calling to their customer service, they didn’t respond at all and after chatting for one hour, they shared a new insurance copy and I was waiting on the road for all this time. They spoiled our trip.
After this when I got a car the fuel level was low So I had to refuel the car with INR 2000
And which should have been refunded. I provided the bill and they refunded only 1500, when I enquired about it they said they have considered the mileage and refunded. And they are not even responding to mails.
Worst service ever. Go with other self drive applications who are transparent with their charges.
Wish I had an option to give you 0 stars. Pathetic service and absolutely zero concern about customer service. Took a vehicle and drop timing was 10 july 10:30 n today is 11 july for few hours how the hell can you charge me 14k penalty i need an explanation .May and ever since have been finding all sorts of problems and the funny part is ,no one even bothers to respond and top or that,is behave is another issue.
Customer care executive is so mannerles. ( Mona )that she doesnot have the courtesy to hear out the problem.
She is such a silly lady who was yelling at the customer . My dear lady may god bless you with some brain you are in customer care to help people and not to yell at them.

This is one of those companies with no principles.. I rented a car which did not include fuel charges.. The deal was that I return the car with the same amount of fuel which I did. The station manager charged me for fuel without even mentioning about the charges..I only realised when I say the invoice on the app.. When I went back to station manager he said the guy who read the fuel meter at drop off was new and didn't know what to do.. He mentioned he couldn't do anything about it.. I then called the call centre and they said they can't do anything and that I had to write to them. Did that too and they closed the ticket without even responding to my complaint and no refund.. I had sent pictures of the meter at pick up and at drop off..
This company has no principles and morals.. I wouldn't recommend drivezy to anyone but if you must use, please ensure all charges are explained at pick up and drop off cause they are not the most honest people.. I used them once and they are blaringly dishonest
I signed up on the app and made a booking. App asked for payment upfront so I paid it. When I upload photo of my license they kept on rejecting it saying it is blur.
I tried four more times and they rejected license. All this time I was at drivezy location.
I got fed up and wanted to proceed with cancellation. Guess what ? Zero refund on cancellation for their mistake.
Why did they accept money if they accept only smart card license.
I have a old license which is a book and it is accepted by authorities.
Worst ever experience at drivezy. Will never ever recommend anyone to prefer drivezy over revv or Zoomcar. I booked a car for 2 days from 2 week earlier. 1hour before pickup they msg me out to checkin your car is ready. Just 10min earlier before my pickup they said car is not available due to some technical issue. I call the customer care and they you have go 20km away for another car(which price is less then the original i booked). There are many other car available at there location but they didn’t change my booking and asked my to take car from other location or cancel my booking. This is so unacceptable from a company. If you can’t provide the good service to customer from where you’re earning so i guess you should run this company. Never ever go with drivezy.
I planned to rent a scooter as I needed to sight see banglore . I usually read all reviews of an app before downloading it . And I even if it’s negative I give it the benefit of the doubt . Tbh I was really disappointed with the service provided . I booked a Honda activa scooter . This compound which has my scooter was 2 hours away from where I was staying . I had to go in a cab only to be refused by the representative there as the vehicle wasn’t in the compound . He couldn’t give us another vehicle at the same time . When I asked what I could do the representative told me to call the call centre . They never picked up my call . I called more than 5 times and then he advised us to cancel and the cancellation charge was the entire rate I paid for the scooter which I never received
And lost the 270₹ that I had initially paid . Really disappointed with the services . Wouldn’t recommend to my friends .
Two times I had booked a vehicle from Hubli location both the time I cancelled due to bad behaviour of the Drivezy person to report this issue , company is not having any contact number then & even I tired to contact through email but no specific response from the company people just getting auto generated reply and it’s been a 4 month still I didn’t received back my refund amount both the time same scenario ,
I just wanna inform Drivezy that “attracting the new customer is much more costlier then retaining existing customer”
Booked a Ritz for my nearest location, 3 day before journey. 3 hour before journey they said your booked car has broken down. When called to customer care they said we have ignus car available at some other location which 22km away from my place and told we wont be providing any service to reach there. In compulsion of other sequential bookings, we had to drive there. Earlier they said they will provide parking space, when we reached there, they asked us to park our 2 wheelers on footpaths for two days.
Don’t even download the app. The average rating is little high because we have to give at least 1 star otherwise, I, and many other like me would have given 0 stars.
I really rating drivezy 5star in my second booking because after I booked breeza and money got deducted but booking was showing nil. In immediately chatted and Vignesh came online and told booked vehicle is in transit so we will refund your amount . But I said my travel is urgent I need any other suv and after much searching he booked me a Hyundai creta . And relieved me from going through all process of refunds , another booking etc . I thank him and drivezy team for such wonderful staff and thier services .

This is very hurting to say but i have had the worst experience with Drivezy. Coming from mumbai, I know Drivezy from their very start (my friend being a close friend of the founder). I booked a car today and after paying the amount, travelling 5 Kms to pick up the car, I get a message saying the booking has been cancelled due to unavailability of cars and that refund will be processed in 9 days.
If the car was unavailable why I it allow me to goto the payment page and pay?
And why 9 days for refund? Isn't it eating out of Interest money? This is a pathetic business model. I had to cancel my trip because of that.
I’ve been a customer of Drivezy for long now, but I’ve seen how an app can go frombeing very usable to totally jittery and unusable. The latest app experience is absolutely the worst I’ve ever seen, and it hampers the booking process, sometimes to the point where I see a vehicle is available, but when I try to book, the app is so slow, that tillthe time I land on the booking screen, the vehicle is already booked. I use a 50 Mbps connection Wi-Fi and I don’t think internet connectivity is the issue at all.
I face a lot of issue while booking with drivezy, first of all they gave me a pucture vehicle and when i tried to talk to them they totally refuse to help said cancel the ride we cannot do anything, somehow I managed to get fixed by booking online help at the middelnof night around 1 pm , later they didn’t gave the reimbursement for the same and then while returning the vechile is got so many hidden charges like overspending that i never did and extra km price is wrong and those feelt managers behaviour is so rude and unprofessional u can’t even imagine , such crap service this is one day this company will shut down i m telling u if this kind of service continues. Even anything goes wrong at night when u will try to call drivezy support, bet all my money no one will pick up ur call . U will be stuck forver there . Pleae dont use this sevice my humble request.

We Booked a mahindra TUV from Drivezy In Mangalore. After returning the vehicle, the store person was asking for unnecessary damage costs (rs 500). When we asked about the damage, he showed us something which was not even visible in the normal eyes. We compared the before and after photo of the vehicle, but the scratch was not even visible in both the photo. The store person rubbed the scratch many times to make it more affected.
We asked the store manager to connect us to the customer care, but he was neglecting us. Even when we tried to reach to customer support from the app, customer care too didn’t respond. There was no helpline number to call.
We were waiting for over an hour after returning the vehicle, but the store person was giving no response. We were waiting at the store till 12:00 at night. Didn’t expect this kind of behaviour from Drivezy. Have booked vehicle online many times, but didn’t have this kind of experience.
Totally dissatisfied. Will never recommend Drivezy to my friends and family.
As of today, the screen keeps refreshing continously.. why do you have to get such important data that is required to further proceed in the app in small parts and then reset whatever was selected on screen.
Communicate with your backend guy and get it right. It takes about 4 to 5 seconds till the app stops refreshing and finally is usable.
I used drivezy for frequently rides when ever i need in urgency the executives are very polite and good

They Do Not understand your planning, i booked bike for pickup at 3 AM, then i got a call from them saying your bike is not available sir, please call customer care, so i tried calling their customer care for about more than 10 times in 1 hour gap but no one responded, finally they pickup at 3:45 am, they told me bike is not available so we will refund your money, Seriously it is the easiest way just refund the money, what about my plans... i do not live in bangalore, i booked 3 days in advance, just To hear that we will refund your money. Twice I made payment to book a car to airport and both the times the money got deducted but the car doesn't get booked. They have charged me twice and when reached to them the only thing which an automated email says is your money will be refunded and it's been 15days and still no sign of refund.
They are here to take money and not provide any service, an absolute pathetic company and a big time Fraud.
Guys do not waste your time in booking the vehicle on this app. If you still want to go for it then it's your headache.
Even if drivezy is the last app to rent vehicles in the planet, don’t rent it. I made a booking for Honda Jazz for an important meeting and they verified my DL and i paid them 1700 then when I went to pickup the car the executive didn’t allow me to take the car because my wasn’t approved. How can I book the vehicle if my DL isn’t approved? To top it off they cancelled my booking and cut off 15% of 1700 just like that. What a shameless bunch of greedy guys. When I tried talking to the customer care they hung up on me. Twice. I hope no one gets the treatment i got.
These are are cheaters. They loot their customers.I’ve got dent on the vehicle . I’ve already paid a lot outside and recovered the dent almost . Still i know that some paint and little charge will be there . But their station person was so rude in behaviour and asked me extreme heavy penalty that is not even possible .I know I’ve undergone some damage but be reasonable at least . Ask how much is actually required . These guys loot people . I’ve been consistent Drivezy customer but I swear after this trip I’ll never ever book from it and I’m gonna review it everywhere possible . You guys are frauds and rude.

Had booked an i10 for a day of city driving. The car had scratches on the front bumper and the windshield was cracked. However as most of the cars had damage I carried on.
When dropping the car off the service men highlighted minimal damage to the front bumper, which already had damage when I accepted the car and said that now they would have to replace the entire bumper. Because their policy did not allow for a car with any external damage to be reused. When I highlighted that the windshield was cracked when I got it, the service man replied that the windshield was not an external part but the bumper was :|
Eventually they forced me to pay for a replacement bumper and then tried to charge me for over shooting my booking period as we had spent an hour arguing and in that hour we had crossed my booking time. I refused as they had not informed me that they were extending the period and I had brought it back before time.
Their online customer care is equally bad.

Here how it went: I booked Ertiga for pick up from Virginia Mall, Whitefield. I got message from drivezy for 4:30pm pick up stating vehicle is ready. Upon reaching venue, i was told I cannot take car. My other 6 colleagues were waiting for pick up and i was here struggling to deal with manager. I was clueless as drivezy customer care didn’t work. Local manager doesnt give his manager Keerthi’s number.. Also manager kiran and his colleague refused to show his ID and tried to HIT me with stick. I had to call police and they reveal name only upon police poked and their manager Keerthi only refunded when police asked..!!! This is height of GOON and ROWDY behaviour..
Please use ZOOM Car they are far more professional and have way better cars
NEVER EVER BOOK ANYTHING ON DRIVEZY
A month back, we rented out a bike from Drivezy for a bike ride to Hyderabad (1000+ kms to and fro). Since we picked the last slot to pick the bike the delivery executive was adamant on not letting us check the bikes condition for safety precautions
We started with our ride at 1 AM and realised the bike wasn’t really at the best condition. A few kms down the highway where no soul could be found, the chain started to get really loose, the front ball bearing gave problems making the bike go crazy. But we had to continue straight ahead till we could find a village. There came a point where we had to hit the brakes and bravo, the brakes failed too. I hit the divider, fell off the bike and got admitted to a hospital after a few hours of passing out with some broken bones. Even after a quarrel the Drivezy people basically dicked out on us, got us to pay them more money than the damage could be (we cross checked the pricing on their site itself for the parts)
Don’t waste your time on this guys.
Speaking about Kattigenahalli location I loved the service of staff the prices are good and the location is near to me the vehicles are neat and clean I loved the staff and the way they treat I recommend all the students from Reva to try drivezy good cost and service than metro bikes and on bikes thank you drivezy I recommend all to try it
Palace ground location was awesome fleet behaved very well and especially fleet Dilip was extremely good with his behaviour and professional in this fleet field . I booked Honda active for 2 months they given vehicle like with out any single scratch. I’m extremely satisfied with #Drivezy 😘😘😘 . I would strongly recommend place grounds site for your next trip .
The worst car rental app. If you are planning to book a car, i would recommend you to go for zoom car or Revv who are far more customer friendly. The fleet is way too unprofessional and do not know how to talk to their customers. Their staff will rip you off, they ask you money unnecessarily. Once i sat in the car with the staff and he drove very poorly, literally going 40 on speed breakers. The staff need to learn how to talk with their customers because we are paying them, it’s not for free and would request the company to increase their salary, are you aware that they are targeting the customers. My friends book car weekly, but after this incident, they too have agreed to stop using this app. I would personally recommend you not to go for this app!
I had booked a vehicle from pickup from Jayanagar but due to some technical errors it was booked for Rajaji Nagar and I sent a mail regarding the same, within 5 minutes I got a call from the customer support and the female who called me and understood the problem and took personal care to resolve the issue and allotted a vehicle at Jayanagar. Unfortunately I don’t remember her name but the way she handled the situation and resolved my issue was amazing
I booked a bike and at the last moment they cancelled by simply saying the bike is under maintainence. So, now whose responsibility is then to arrange bike, instead they are saying that they have availability but on different location and which was around 15 km from where I were standing and when I asked that ok, then refund me the cab money to that point they also denies that. What kind of service is this, instead of arranging the vehicle they are saying to me to pick it and drop it also to some another location which is very far for me. THEY ARE ONLY BEST TRIP SPOILER. DONT GO FOR DRIVEZY.
This is 3rd time I have taken the vehicle from Drivezy and every time my experience was awesome.

I booked a vehicle for 2 days which cost me around 900 and I tried extending it to one hour more but they didnt allow even though their next booking was after one hour. And when I asked them to give me half an hour to return the vehicle, they charged me 120 for being 10 minutes late than the time that they had given me even though there was enough time for the next booking to start. Along with this kind of approach their customer service people are so arrogant they wont let you talk. They have such ‘terms and conditions’ when they couldnt even manage to give even one helmet to me during my last booking when I had booked for two for which they have not given refund even after one month.
They dont even care about the condition of the vehicle and once gave us vehicle without any side mirror.
Please dont use this app you will get worst customer satisfaction when you land up with any issue.

I was charged 4000 rs for a minute scratch on the front bumper for swift you can get a mew bumper in this price plus the vehicle’s documents were given to me in a pouch i stopped at a RTO to pay tax it was my bad luck RC got lost due to that pouch and surprise they charged me 10,000 rs for the loss of RC which you can get in 2000 for duplicate they are the worst , the team leader didn’t had the courtesy to talk to me to understand my problem in the midnight i was with two girls they don’t even care about making good customer relations! Full of greed ! Pathetic i will suggest you to go for Revv or some other rental app this one is the worst, worst experience ever ! Please don’t get the vehicle from here just after seeing low price
This is by far the worst rent a car service I have ever used. I’ve never experienced such a pathetic service in my life. Please do rent from Zoom car and Revv as they maintain their cars well and you have peace of mind during and after a trip. I had the terrible experience where they gave me a car with FAKE PARTS! Found this out when the car broke down and the service centre told me there’s fake parts in the car. On top of that their charging me for damages. The nerve on these people. Such a bad experience. I’d never use this service again or recommend anyone I know to use it either. Don’t be fooled by the lower prices. Lost my money, spoiled a peaceful trip and their customer service is just terrible. Really it’s a worst experience that m sharing with u today ... I really dnt recommend to go for this service ... if any accidents happens they will collect the license in the name of claiming the insurance and they will make you roam to their offcie 5 to 10 times with some silly reasons and after one month they will return ur licence... this is my personal experience that had with me at Banglore marathalli branch... and they team over this branch is so worst they even dnt care for customers... guys I seriously won’t recommend to take ride with this service just by seeing some the face of money ...
