The products are on great discount, but please work on your application. It doesn’t work smooth and has lot of bugs. It has to be smooth and user friendly like other apps ie. Myntra, and many more.

Shoppers Stop is one of the most worst apps to use for online shopping. Be it the ease of use, navigation in app, payment handles, availability, shipping, delivery time or any other such related item that you can think of. It’s better to rely on their traditional brick and mortar format. I have faced all of these issues in the past. Amount was deducted twice from my account but nobody at SS listens or entertains you. Additionally, the customer care at SS, there are no good either. I advise all to please neglect this app and check out the pioneers such as Myntra. They have a great collection, good offers, timely deliveries, ease of payment and a responsive customer support.

Based on my experience, you will spend many many hours in shoppershop website. They have that much no of collection of dresses and equal number of issues. You won’t be able to place order quickly due to this.

Please work on your app. Product list does not load after 60-80 products. It keeps on loading. Wishlist is taking so much time to load. On every click on the app it says something went wrong please refresh the page. As a ShoppersStop app I expect more and good performance.

This was always the slowest app once I start the cart checkout process. But after I upgraded to the latest version it just stopped responding, basically I am not able to do any sort of payment. Something it terribly wrong with the app. I tried the web page even to just checkout, even that is slow and not even have checkout button. There is a null pointer exception happening and I could even see exception from the database. If it was not for ShoppersStop collections I would have deleted this app immediately

I have been a regular online shopper at shoppers stop but from last couple times The online payment portal is not working properly when ever I try to use net banking or debit card or PTM the payment does not go through. I hate doing COD .. I love shoppers stop and would like to continue shopping you guys. So please do look into this.

I’ve been shopping here since years.. but to my surprise they did worsen this time.. I tried shopping here since 3 days going on adding things to my bag but I could buy anything till now. It takes decades to load and then when luckily you are there after adding so many things your cart shows nothing and then when you mail, call and even give feedbacks.. they don’t take you seriously. I’ve been asked to wait for 24-48 hours.. I did. Not just that they are all expert in wasting your days.. I hope not to come back to this ever again.

For me to order a Mac c8 studio fix took 2 hours . The scrolling down of page is so so slow and hangs most of the time . Discovery of the product is horrible . I had to go to google to search and come to the app . Going to wishlist broke several time , going to payment broke .
