I have used really inexpensive Bluetooth based earplugs and headphones in the past and they used to connect to my phone and other Bluetooth devices in a jiffy without needing any separate app. With my new Bose headphones, it’s a pain to connect to any new device without going through this app to set up my device with my headphone. It’s been a pain using this since I purchased my headsets. This is my first instance of using technology making products experience worse.

My laptop keeps getting disconnected and connecting again is a pain. It auto connects with my phone but requires extra effort for laptop. Also, I use these headphone with 3 devices- laptop, desktop n phone. The app/ device only supports 2 simultaneous connections so i need to keep switching.

Once you download this app, you have complete control over your speakers!! Even if your product is in range and it is switched off, if you see it on the app and you drag to connect, the speakers automatically switch on and you are ready to go!! Just a suggestion that the music section should have connection to apps like gaana or saavn, so that we can have a large variety of songs to play....

I have 2 headphones and they just dont seem to connect after struggling alot i managed to get qc 35 2 to connect .
Then i realised the app doesn't even work properly , it just wont stay open in the background ... every time i need to change the settings i have to restart the app and wait for it to load up and then change it ,this is extremely awkward especially when you’re trying to turn down your anc to have a conversation with someone . 👎

I’m using soundsport free connected to iPhone 7. The app automatically closes in the background and thus sound quality decreases instantly. Earphones get disconnected and connected again in between (specially the left one). Sometimes it shows connected but sound comes from mobile device itself.
