Instaread offers two subscription options: Monthly subscription for $8.99/month (with first week FREE) and a Yearly subscription for $89.99/year (with first week FREE). Cancel subscription anytime. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period by going to your iOS Account Settings after purchase. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period at the price of the annual or monthly subscription depending on what is chosen. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you change from an annual to a monthly subscription or from a monthly to an annual subscription during the free trial period.

You have a brilliant app idea, app design and over-all functionality. Being a developer myself. I can definitely say that it's a Job well done!
But.....
I seriously think your pricing strategies have to be revised. 700₹/7000₹ are pretty steep!
In a world where we are used to 999₹ per year of Amazon Prime and ~180₹/month of Netflix(shared) and 2.5K₹ for a firestick. These prices of yours are far fetched.
Hire experienced MBA grads and try to remodel this. Try introduction a gamification model based on token economy. Try a quasi advertisement model. Try a more elaborate model (Not just 2 options).

Was unable to cancel the subscription after free trial and was charged 7000 for an years subscription which i didn’t want without any notice. I want a refund . On contacting them they put this onto apple support who denied a refund .

Please refund the money in my account. I had complained to Itunes, but they didn’t take any action. I would ask you to refund my account

Nothing on the app is actually accessible unless you purchase the premium account. Maybe a good deal to some but certainly most people wouldn't be willing to pay ₹7000 for an app subscription. Quite an over expensive deal.

It is very tedious to cancel trial subscription. I tried through iTunes on my Mac but it failed with some NULL exception. Tried on iPhone through app which goes a very long route of registering first. I registered through FB and then clicked cancel subscription option. After a long wait it worked.
