Add more exercises to your workout
Its a good app but weirdly I cannot see my past workouts done only on the Apple watch in the main menu. Is this an issue for all? The app also does not have a help section which is kind of frustrating
This is a simple app but does what no other can. Get you going and keep you disciplined
Let’s start with giving credit where it’s due. If you wish to start working out daily and get in good shape then this is the app for you. But that’s where the good part ends. The 6 daily exercises are randomly generated and many a times there is a no sense behind how they are generated. Many a times you end up doing similar (not the same) exercises multiple times on consecutive days. For example, you may end up doing push ups, burpees and something called as punch push up (more than 80 of each if you select the pain level of exercise) on two consecutive days. What’s the point of this? Is there any scientific basis for any of this? Also it will tell you to do 10 reps in one go for a particular exercise and then another 6 of the same same exercise immediately afterwords. Why not 16 all together? It’s not like there is any system of breaks between exercises. If the developer can look into it and make provisions for breaks between exercises, then this would be a great app.
The best part is, they provide options for the exercises you can and you want to do, its a very simple format, they show each exercise , and how its done. And its really effective !
If you wish to develop a habit for regular workout, this is the app you should use. Does not stress you, yet makes sure that every muscle is pulled in 3 days stretch . I would not recommend app to people who wants to loose weight or shape up.
