I did not get the profile according to my preference. Even in advance search option, after showing very few no of profile, rest of the profile showed with hidden photo. In case of daily recommendations, provided profiles are out of my given preference. I did not find any difference of service even after upgradation of my profile as a paid member. There is no difference of service between free member and paid member. I was not showed all the profiles as per my preference, only some profiles are showed to me, and these same profiles are showed again and again. Expecting better service immediately as a paid member because this present service I was getting as a free member also.
Already 70 days are over as a paid member but did not get proper service.
Please open your database to my account according to my preference.

Very much money minded web site. They are only interested for money. Before sales service is EXCELLENT. After sales they’ll not know you even. Mislead us about getting the contact details of non paying profiles. Alert facility not functioning at all.

You don’t get good contacts. What they do care is money. You actually never give good leads. At first you will quiet s lit numbers of profiles to choose from. Then you won’t get a even a single profile to check. And even if you message someone, most of them don’t call you back.

It takes hell lot of time to open up compared to other matrimonial apps. The technical team should do something about it may be make the app lighter.
