When we call back the customer care, the number is switched off or cannot be reached. I feel they trick us a lot for getting payment by upgrading.

We get a acceptance from a profile and the profile doesn’t have name on it so to get in touch with user we need to purchase this raise concern whether the matrimony site is trying to trick the user to get the money out his or her pocket. Though there r genuine profiles in there but still these sort of activity raise the confusion on the first place why the app or site let user to create a profile without a name on it but confusing

What a crapfest. I wrote a whole big paragraph about what I’m looking for and then finally clicked on save and boom!! It’s all gone. It’s blank now. Now I have to type it all again. Glad I didn’t pay for their service. Also the screen looks zoomed in my 6s plus. They didn’t optimise it for plus phones.
