We installed 6 pos swiping machines on July 26 and now applied to remove all the machine. Upsetting customer service and strange procedures
We have been writing mails/calling customer care since last 10 days to get support in their POS machine, but no one has answered or resolved the complaint.
We are fed up with the POS machine, lot of issues are there. There is no fluidity in using it specially if you have lot of transactions per day.
So many technical errors.
There is lots of new products launch bt still this app show only old data like iPhones new model

Please update apple models.! Its not showing from last two years.! Its irritating
Why app gets auto logout ? And when its got logout, we cant get login with old credentials and its not stop here after all this u cant do forget password bcos there is no older id available to reset password and if u generate new id then it will not accept you old id.
So u have to create new id every couple of month and new id process is not that easy
You guys have to stay update Paytm’s app is more advanced with smooth UI

Some more improvements required like connecting to internet sometimes it may happen error in transactions like automatically amounts debit and credit some times required an update in it any ways services persons interaction is also good.
I applied swipe mechine almost 15days back,till now I didn’t get any information either Executive or c.care.its very pathetic,Executive said that u will get mechine with 7working days,when I called his manager told me that no sir,u will get 10working days,just I want know I’ll get or not
We have been using your swiping system for more then 8 months and last 5 months or more we been mailing and raising complains through app but there is very bad response form the company staff
I would not recommend this company as there intention are not good
Provide an option to filter by TID or MID... other wise how we can filer by Hardware No.s since in the payslip we wouldn’t find and hardware numbers.

As said on title, app cannot be used on iPhone X. Needs to be updated!
The app is really as being a merchant u can easily track the settled amount .
