What's New in Version 4.0.1

New in Fitbod 4.0: Timed Interval Training!
You can now perform exercises over a period of time in our new HIIT-inspired workout format!
To turn on Timed Intervals:
1. Navigate to Your Gym profile
2. Find the “Timed Intervals” setting. You may consider creating a new Gym Profile for Timed Interval workouts.
3. Turn on Timed Intervals. You may select to start or end your workout with a Timed Interval circuit, or create your entire workout with multiple Timed Interval circuits.
4. In your workout, you’ll see a special circuit group titled as “Timed Interval”.
5. Start workout and tap into the Timed interval Circuit.
6. Tap on the gray Stopwatch icon to access a new Interval Timer. This timer will auto-play through the entire circuit. So you can put your phone down within visible distance and perform the entire circuit without having to tap “Log Set” You may also select to not auto-play the timer through the entire circuit.
Other updates in build 4.0:
- Glutes will now be recommended as a "primary" muscle group - meaning you will see more glute-targeted exercises recommendations.
- Max effort day will appear more often.
- Fixed: Achievement graph data displayed in reverse or incorrectly.
- Fixed: Gym Profile settings changing/reverting - please let us know if updating to 4.0 changed Your Gym settings.
- Similar exercises will no longer be recommended in the same superset/circuit. For example, Dumbbell Bicep Curl and Seated Dumbbell Curl will not be paired together.

Thanks a ton for creating such an amazing app. It has possible every thing you need be it Bodyweight exercises, Powerlifting, Weightlifting and what not(surprisingly it has band exercises too, kettlebell) and it is simply managed, I got used to it through my first session only. Workout at your own pace and improve as you go. Good warmup and cool down sets. Choose your own gym equipment as you want or depending on availability.
Also can choose body weight workouts only if you want. Add profiles according to gyms you visit or workout at home with your available equipment.

Best possibly designed app for weight trainers.
You can build supersets and save your workouts so that next time you repeat it without asking your trainer what to do!!!
BUG: This app offers on apple watch but that is never installed on watch. I tried 3 times by installing again. App simply never shows up on watch.
I really want to buy yearly plan if you fix this.

This app makes me want to throw my iPhone at the walls of my gym while working out.
Let me tell you, I absolutely love what this app intends to do and everything seems to be working fine.
Problem: when I’m tracking a workout, it keeps taking me back to the workout screen. I’m trying to enter the reps and weight but the app keeps taking me back to the previous screen. I really wanted to try the paid version but working out with this problem has become extremely frustrating especially when I’m gasping for breath.
Fix this bug and I swear I will go for the paid version and I’ll change this to a 5 star.
