After entering the number and OTP it goes to the next page where it ask to press the allow to modify button. It goes to the website and nothing happens. Does any one facing this problem?

Airtel shows a separate column for WiFi Internet. In order to use such internet they make you download this app, once downloaded it takes you to safari web browser after which the process stops . These are just gimmicks played by Airtel to lure customers by showing them some fake WiFi internet balance which is literally of no use to stop people shifting from Airtel to other networks.

I don’t know what these people are doing and without working how could you push the code to production. Worst experience. It is navigating to hangout portal and nothing is showing. There is no 0 star to give. Who is that bloody manager, director and vp for this. Fire them first.

Once the mobile and OTP is entered and safari opens to download the configuration the server stops responding and the message “Safari could not open the page because the server stopped responding” tried this 6 times, clear history, rest network settings etc and the result is the same.

Suggest you to avoid this at any cost. Let me tell you why:
1. This deduct the data from your 3/4g data pack. I don't understand why I need to connect wifi where I can use normal seamless cellular data. Specially where wifi hotspot has very lesser speed - 2mbps only wherein nowadays 3/4g data speed are above 4-5 mbps and upto 25mbps in some cases.
2. Your phone is optimised to initiate process that consume higher data when it find wifi. These consume very high data that will get deducted from your costly data pack. So this is a cheating plan from Airtel to bill you high. And once your data get consumed they start deducting your balance at normal data rate that is very high rate your normal calling balance will get consumed in minute and that without your knowing.
3. Phone initiate your photo, video, all media of whatsapp back up to iCloud once it find wifi. This is great feature of iPhones. Airtel is bypassing that because they ask your to install private certificate in your phone. Think that your have 3/4g data balance of 2gb and that get consumed in 15-30 minutes !! And above all, your voice pack balance also get consumed and you are unable to call your dear one in urgency. !!
4. Any app more that 100mb require wifi connection. This is another great feature in iPhone. But think here what will happen.
Overall, this is big conspiracy from Airtel to cheat customer. Just stay away. If you uninstall this application, please also ensure that you delete their security installation in your phone from setting.
