I have used MANY apps for the same, however this is the most reliable one. It is easy to you. And it caters to my comfort. It’s insights are brilliant. It addresses all the issues possible. It’s in built feature of automated conversation feels like consulting a gynaecologist. All the options given for the automated conversation are accurate. I have been using this app since two years not and it really helped me battle my irregular periods!

I now have a healthy, regular cycle and a fit body. And if ever a change of lifestyle disrupts my menstrual cycle, this app provided solutions for the problems!

I’ve used so many apps for period tracking in the past but since I came across this app I never thought of any other app. I’ve been using this app for last 3 years.

It’s predictions are very accurate and the insights info help me bring knowledge.

I request you to PLEASE ADD “ Walking “ in the exercise column as it’s not mentioned there. I walk 8km daily. But there is no tab for walking.

You can also add more options for various categories moods, symptoms, health, exercise etc.

Just a random thought if it’s possible to log in the time of when period started? ( as in what of time of the day )

Can’t wait to see more new features ❤️

Greetings!!!

This app is really great :) However, in the periods log, there are ONLY three options for the menstrual flow viz. light, medium and heavy. Sometimes its neither. Sometimes there is NO FLOW and what one witnesses is rather SCANTY light red coloured discharge or simply brownish thick discharge; More like a stain on the underwear. Esp.very common to notice among women with PCOS/PCOD. I humbly request you to see that more options are included flow section of periods to see what TYPE of menstruation women are experiencing apart from the usual types! Thank you! Warmly—Shipra

This is a very nice app however it can be improved by adding more symptoms and moods. It can also give an option for kgs and liters on the weight and water intake respectively. It could also be nice if it would include an option to enter when emergency contraceptive pills have been taken because that provides insights on cycle changes.
