A good functioning app completely ruined by the new UI. Not tested and yet rolled out.

Update: The app is working fine right now. I got a call from the support team and they have made some changes in the back end for my account and it’s resolved now.
I got a new Sodexo card as expiry date for old card was approaching.
I added new card , this has blocked my old card and the new card is not working as well.
This is very basic thing, if company is giving new card they must make sure that the basic testing of new card flow is done.
System is throwing error that the phone number is mapped with other account. Obviously I am an existing user when I add new card this should map to my existing account.
User management flow is not tested resulting in customers not been able to access their own funds.

It was an worst experience I usually was purchasing products in Royal hyper market Ottappalam Kerala using zeta scan app as my card was not yet delivered.. after purchasing all the products the shop keeper said the scan is not supported it was an humiliating experience for me .. if there is no service please remove the merchant list instead of wasting our time and money
Tried purchasing thru Sodexo card but couldn’t even login on the app as my employee email id isn’t registered. I’ve substantial amount stacked in Sodexo account but unable to use it from past 6-7 months. Request corporate employees to discuss this with HR and stop using Sodexo

Really humiliating and disappointing experience , I visited a restaurant which is mentioned in the zeta app but wen I went to make payment . Got error “ terminal not found” . Happened in all restAurant around me ! I visited 4 and got humiliated.

I have trying to open the app on my phone but it is not opening or it just shuts down as soon as it opens. I have updated the app to the latest version as well.
App layout is fine, and it works smoothly without hangs.
There should be a option where we can see the list of stores which accept the premium pass or current card.
I just got a notification that I completed 50 successful transactions in Zeta app. I do remember clearly that none of them failed. Even where the delivery boy brought the wrong scanner with him I could pay successfully using the Merchant ID. I would say, this app is really commendable.
After singing in with company credentials the app throws only white and purple screen it doesn’t go to any page only the website works and the worst part is even though hungerbox corporate cafeteria accepts the zeta wallet but payment gets fail babies of the worst app development where it does go anywhere after signing in, please change your development team
I’ve been using sodexo since the days of the voucher books. Life was easy then and we could actually use the those coupons. The card and the app made sure the essence and the motive is royally screwed up. 90% of the time, the app doesn’t even boot up or gets hanged. To make matters worse, even if by chance it does display home screen, getting pins is really a matter of luck. The stars have to align to make sure you get the pin and you can actually use your card balance. Especially on weekends. I’m seriously considering dropping out of the program along with my team and colleagues.
It’s a great App. Easy and convenient to make payments using Sodexo. No need to carry the Sodexo on card. It’s secure and shows the latest offers that we can avail using Sodexo at any online grocery store
It was a very humiliating experience with my Sodexo card. There are only handful merchants which accepts this card and to avoid any last minute surprises I checked in your Sodexo app whether Bikanerwala Janakpuri accepts Sodexo or not. After making sure that it accepts Sodexo, I went there and tried paying my bill. The merchant's POS machine showed that I have insufficient funds. I tried it twice and it showed same error both the times. I asked him whether they accept Sodexo or not and he showed me previous receipts of Sodexo showing me that they do accept and he very well know how to use the card in their POS machine. I then tried calling your stupid customer care number in the store itself but thanks to your "outstanding" customer experience efforts, it took 15 minutes to get your executive on call and attend my concern. Some one should learn from you to how to efficiently humiliate your customers as well as how to provide a below " 0 - Very Dissatisfied" customer service support!
Sudexo provides better facility to avail benefit of card and purchase/buying anything which helps me to save time and flexibility via using card.
Would like to suggest Sudexo team to approach more companies to Integrate Sudexo like. Big Bazar, DMART etc. to get much better experience.

The only suggestion I would give is to sync the merchant list which can accept payment through Zeta app.
My card only works in few of the listed merchants due to subjective company policy in which I am working.
The otp was not working even after multiple tries. It asked me to contact customer care. I called them several times but couldn’t reach out to them. I then wrote to them, they responded within an hour and asked for some details. Responded back to them with the details they asked for. Now they aren’t replying and not solving the issue. I’m just tired of trying to reach out to them.
The looks fancy and all but does not have some basic functionality right.
Coming to the problem at hand. Last two days I'm trying to link a transaction to my claim but it does not list any transactions. It just keeps showing the loader symbol forever.
It's not easy to raise claims and keep track.
- no unique ID is shown in each claim. When I call customer care I can't talk about 1 specific claim as there is no ID to it
- after I raise a claim if I look at it, only the photo proof is shown. The amount and the linked transaction are never shown.
Looks like the user will have to remember which transaction claim was done and which transaction yet to raise a claim
I am unable to use the zeta app. Every time I try and login it shows some error. It’s been 5months I am facing this issue. However, Sodexo did send me the physical card but even that doesn’t work for me. I have reset the pin, still it displays same error. Not sure how do I fix the issue. Everyday I spend more than hour to call the customer care to resolve the issue still no action has been taken till now. They keep on suggesting same alternatives to resolve the issue on call and if I write an email they direct me to customer care contact. I am fed-up of following this recurring cycle of unprofessionalism.
I've two suggestions actually
1. Please make sure you ask for confirmation (Yes/No) as users might accidentally click the option and it immediately takes to sending logs
2. Dark mode please 🙏🙏🙏🙏
My employer has tie up with sudexo or zeta to provide meal coupons. Recently zeta card has been replaced by sudexo coupons and I was supposed to get new physical sudexo meal card. But it’s been 9 months I have never received any card . I called CustomerCare more than 15 times every time they say case is open and give the same SR number. No one will ever look into it. Customer service just don’t care. Only choice is stop taking meal coupons from employer. Atleast reduced customer usage may allow to look into the issue.
I had very pathetic experience with Sodexo, earlier i was using Zeta and had no issues in last 2 yeras.
First of all its not available everywhere like Zeta, secondly on the shop where it is avaialble i had to pay 4% extra amount of total billing.
Why on earth anyone would pay 4% extra amount for buying grocery plus i was not getting any discount if i pay through Sodexo.
With such a bad service i have decided to opt out of meal voucher and discontinue Sodexo.
Since 2001 using Sodexo service. Starting from Paper Coupon to now Digital mode, you people have kept the pace on with changing world… Keep it up .
After entering the passcode app asks for the password. I don’t remember app had asked for password earlier in my old phone. Even I select forgot password by giving my phone number or email address it says both are not registered, but I do get transaction details as message to my mobile number for which it is saying not registered.
I don’t know Zeta how are they surviving with such a pathetic app and customer care.
The WORST meal app available in India. No proper handling of cards and customer service. Their customer care number never works and if it will connect, as soon as you press 9 to talk to a customer care agent it will disconnect automatically. And in chat option, your queue number always start from a double digit and when it comes close to 2-3, the chat window automatically closes and says PLEASE TRY AGAIN after waiting for ages in app.
I seriously recommend not to use this service and request some third party agency to take strict action against a bunch of fools sitting their just to provide a service which is very easy to provide.
I love the interface and functionality of this app and zeta. I really don’t have to go anywhere to search for my card, its all in my phone😍
Since people are getting Sodexo and collating every month. It would be great if we could change the categories from only food to anything as the amount is for the employee and they are adding more
Worst situation we are trying for first time using mobile number it’s asks for password . When you say forgot password it will ask you for registered email. When you provide registered email the app says the email is associated with different accoun. Pathetic loop that has been implemented. If you trying closing the app and restart the process starts inside the same loop again. Pathetic the app says I’m associated with different account
App doesn’t load anymore. Unable to see passbook, balance and make online payments. Tried a few times but app simply goes blank after one tries to access passbook and the card. This is the only step to do in the app. Check passbook balance, check card and make payments. Such a fundamental functionality is broken at times. You’d one job. But A disappointment.
Hello you guys, the service of your is unexpected ridiculous. Its been 8-9 months now I had been issued this card and yet by after requesting calling you guys still I have not received my physical card yet, what are you guys up to, I will never suggest this zeta card service to anyone you are unexpectedly worst you didn't listen to your customer issue and never try to solve them as well

I can able to scan the barcodes but end of the payment it’s showing as payment request failed.
I have been logged out of the App past 5 days, which I was using for close to 2 years. Despite calling the customer care where I could not speak to a customer executive and writing an email to customer email id, no response has been received yet. No resolution in 5 days despite you claim to respond in 24 or 48 hours.
The app is not recognising the registered email id. Because of which I cannot reset my forgotten password.

Zeta app is good for Sodexo updates and ordering food from swiggy and fresh menu.

Zeta is from RBL which is RATANAKAR BANK LIMITED (1st fraud on running business in India on the name Royal bank of Scotland) 😜😝😛 I have Zeta app and card. But after lockdown I can’t use it and RBL bank (Fraud RATANAKAR BANK customer care numbers are not working (2nd FRAUD) due to Covid and when I send email it get response after 1 week (I don’t think I can Kee eye on my mails) 3rd FRAUD ..... I have more then 7k in Zeta (FRAUDS OF RBL) account which I can’t use and always says technical error. And remember RBL is RATANAKAR BANK LIMITED one of the worst rated bank.
NOW we should write to our company HR that we don’t want FRAUDS OF RATNAKAR and will withdraw our company account from FRAUD ZETA👍👍👍
A terrible application and even worse customer service. Unable to log in and causes a loop - my email needs a phone number and they confirm that my phone number is already using an account but when I try to log in using my phone number it results in an error. Can’t even use their app to chat with support because I need to be logged in/ phone number is no longer receiving calls and their suppprt email is just an auto-response. Been 10 days since my benefits with the company have been held up.
Your app and the company isn’t quite as efficient as you think it is. My payments have been getting declined since yesterday for some reason, and there’s no clue why! I’ve been trying to get in touch with your support, but your calling support is available and your chat support takes about 50 minutes to connect. This is really inappropriate and embarrassing. Kindly get in touch if ya’ll really care about the people using your inefficient app!
This app makes it very easy to view and manage my Sodexo card details and I especially love the Super pin feature.
There are small UI issues but nothing that bothers me to give a lesser rating than 5.
I had to download my Sodexo card from this app and being the first time user it asked me for registered mobile number, followed by OTP, fair enough until now! Then it says: “For additional security, please enter your password”. Umm.. sorry? Then I do forget my password! It says enter email id::so I did! Only to know a message stating “something went wrong”... like absolutely, everything seems be wrong about this App!
This app is so badly coded , so many issues which cannot be listed.
I have a login associated with it and cannot login, cannot reset , cannot reach to customer care not through emails (I get error that PHEW... I don’t understand why it blocks from sending feedback and complaints) May be their idea is not to receive issues so that they can bring down count of complaints
If you forget your password or not able to login due to any reason zeta has worst customer support even bots reply better than zeta folks they don’t know their product and have no clue what you can do even to reset the password.
I am facing issue while making payments from zeta app when passcode is asked as it does not show complete passcode screen and I can’t type the passcode where as it works when faceid is enabled . I am facing issue on IphoneXr with software version 13.3.1 .
Other than that app is fine and works flawless .
It’s been 2 days since our office started Zeta for cafeteria but it is not working as they say. Very slow backend updates, lots of payment failures. You can’t cancel the order even if you accidentally ordered anything, even before vendor accepts the order.
Reverse money to bank option is not working. I don’t know how I’m going to get my money back. There is no option in apps help section for reverting money to bank.
Overall this app is not useful, it is not working as they say. Had to spend more time than standing in que to get your food.
Whenever i try to use the zeta app it always shows that you are not connected to internet even thought im am connected to internet bia mobile data or wifi but i am not able to make payments to anyone and also whenever i open some feature of the app the white screen pops up and it remains there i am not able to see anything how can i use this app. If you zeta company get this review please do act upon it as soon as possible
It’s been almost 2weeks now that that I literally have to struggle to speak up them as I am not able to login to my account as my previous company registered my wrong email and I requested zeta customer care to update my email. It’s been 3months now and still my issue is my resolved. And now after so many attempts whenever I call zeta,IVR tells me that “You are the called no.1, please wait while all agents are busy assisting other customers.”?????? Unfortunately I called up today again, now my call was on hope for 15mins and nobody answered my call. I called up yesterday, but the agent was drunk I guess, he was not able to answer my queries. Unfortunately I have forgotten the name else would have mentioned. All in all, I am having a bad experience with Zeta. It’s seriously a waste. I don’t know how people are managing with your Customerservice. I would have rated negative if I had an option here. Shame!!

I have been using the zeta app for around 2 months now. I have not had any issues so far. The UI is simple and fluid. The transactions are successful each time and expense tracking and pin generation are some of the helpful features.
Very good experience with Zeta. Its very user friendly & fast. Has allowed us to purchase food items without standing in queue. It saves a lot of time & also had reward points programme which js very beneficial.

When interacting with other third party apps like Swiggy, Zomato, etc the payments don’t work properly. The amount gets deducted from your wallet but isn’t credited to the third party thereby leading to a transaction failure. However, when you reach out to the customer service, they’ll claim that the third party was at fault and make you run around. In fact, it feels like a Sarkari office approach towards customer service where they make you run from counter to counter.
Unfortunately my company uses Zeta, otherwise I’d deleted the app and long forgotten it by now.
App is good however it is usefull only if you are able to use it. Service provided by ground team is bad. They take forever to do a KYC after submitting documents twice. You will not get any response whether your KYC is successfull or not and If not what is the reason. and if you try to escalate this, then you will get same rata rtaaya jawaab "we are escalating this and till the time be patient". if they say 2 days make sure you ask them which year?They may mean 2 days aftr next year and god helps maybe even 2 days after 10 years.
First it doesn’t feel like an mobile app, for most of the things (ex., merchant nearby search) opens browser site inside app, which is sort of awkward.
And my main problem is, app doesn’t give any of the merchants nearby details, It doesn’t work using local and even by giving merchant nearby search filter manually it does not show any merchant list. This a bit frustrating, I cannot know how accepts my sodexo nearby.
Note: I am using iPhone-6s, Zeta app version 2.26.1.
The app is great however some vendors such Big basket for example at the time of delivery send us a zeta link to pay by Sodexo here’s where the problem is: When I click the link it opens in a web browser and does not redirect to the app. Because of this I need to enter the Sodexo card details every time and the purpose of the app is lost except to view receipts. Please help with a solution wherein the use of the app is extended to easy payments for all vendors.
We used to have Sodexo coupons. I am not comfortable with the coupons. Later it was changed to Zeta card. This card is very comfortable to use for payments. One more advantage is even if you for get the sodexo card at home, still you can make payments if you have the Zeta App in your phone. I love this app
I am new to Sodexo and just received my card. It said to activate your card through a website which I did and then download zeta app. I tried to login to zeta app with my mobile no. and when added my card details, it says your card is already linked to another account and you should logout and login with that account but the truth is i don’t have any other account and I only have 1 mobile no. There’s no option to login with email id.
To developer’s response: Where should I share my details? I am not going to share here publicly.
Over the years, I have been using Sodexo coupons for meal and gifts. Issue was it’s limited acceptability and use. Zeta gives an excellent option and convenience to use, just like any other plastic card.
When you click the pay, a screen without any options appear. An iPhone 6s user. Please look into it asap.

Uploading and claiming medical bills / food bills have never been this easy and it doesn’t stop there, Zeta express their corporate cafeteria solutions is the best and so useful. I literally don’t remove my wallet when in office. Thank you guys for making life better! 😉
