Description
CampusCare -Mobile Apps are designed to work with school ERP software. It will give desired output only when these features are opted and used by the school.
The URL used should be the URL of your ward's school parent portal (ex:xyzcampuscare.in) and login credentials are same as parent portal login credentials.
There is a customer support available during working hours and you may write at 'parentdesk@entab.in' or call at +91-11-43193333 and choose to dial 5 to reach to parent desk for assistance
This enables the school, teachers and management to come to the same platform and the students education gets strengthened as a collective effort.
This helps us to view the daily assignments, school and class news, fee detail, online fee payment, exam related information, report cards etc.

The app for iOS is unable to persist the login details. Everytime you need to login whenever you kill the instance and relaunch. Also the app is super slow. Unnecessary slide animations. You guys can use the default nav push and pop which are much better. The data fetch from services is also too slow.
The online fees payment option is not available after the update.

The app is comparatively slower and isn’t that much. I hope if the glitches are fixed and more efficient programming is placed. So that, the app can run well and avoiding too much designs is better. Low designs but higher performance is what such an app should require in my opinion. 🙂

It seems all good 5 star reviews are fake only. Since I have downloaded this app, I haven’t received any notifications. Every time we have open the app and find out if any notice has been issued. 90-95% of the time the app crashes and you have to again follow the same process. Waste of time and efforts.

The user experience is average. Switching between more than one student account after login is not the most user friendly experience. There are too many redundant modules / icons which makes the appearance of the home page seem cluttered. Someone with a better vision could have really made this into something very neat and useful. What a terrible waste of opportunity!

1. App is too clumsy. To much information at once. Fee summay, fee payment, fee details, fee due all of which ahould be clubbed as fee. And then there is circular, messages, notifications which make it very confusing to understand what is what. Animations are not smooth.
2. Even though notifications are turned on, I never get any notification from the app.
3. In circular, attachments open some times and doesn't rest of the times.
4. There was a message to play a video in circular, but no button or option to do so.
Overall, its an average app I reckon. I am using it only because my kid's school is tied up with you. Lot of improvements to be made especially User experience.
