This Sunday I got three jobs done from UC. Earlier we tried local vendors for these jobs. They quoted almost five to ten times more than we got the work done from UC and the quality and the timeliness of the work was superb. I am very thankful to UC and its partners.

I booked for 6:30 pm and got a call at 6:45 that they can’t find anyone today and told me that they will send tomorrow. Next day I booked for 7:30am and waited till 8:45 and then the lady calls and said she reached some other address 🙄After I had explained the address on the phone. Pathetic!

Use this app only when all the carpenters,plumbers,electricians and other skilled people disappear from earth because its is very very expensive. For example i booked installation of door lock in this app and it says 450rs but cost of the lock is only 400rs when i contacted local carpenter he did it for 100rs not only this i wanted to get my 2bhk house painted and booked an appointement on urban clap for which they charged me 100rs and after the executive inspecting the house he quoted me 17k rs and my local painter did it for 7k such a huge difference they are trying to fool people by creating demand for labour people should instead get the work done by local labour

I have booked decoration for Sunday afternoon, and it shows professional will arrive at the time of my booking, does decoration can be done in one hour ? And it has been showing a professional will come to me well in advance to plan the decoration, no one assigned till now, I’m not sure whether to wait or plan some other decoration, there is no option in the app to contact any one all are ready made answers in help centre, which irritates more. Hi UC,
I don't use your services often because ur professionals are so judgemental. They just want to make women feel uncomfortable and guilty for getting services done. It has happened many times. I have booked ur service only 3 times and 3 years because of this reason. My flatmates also have the same issue. Your beauticians keep saying we have dark skin, acne, too much hair growth, this and that.
Maybe they could get some schooling on being friendly and non - judgemental to other women and that their job is to make the customer feel beautiful inside out and relaxed for all the money we pay. My previous booking was my last booking because I was hurt by constant taunts about my hair growth on my legs. It was thick this time because I was bedridden for 2 months and hadn't got my legs and bikini area waxed. But if that was an issue the beautician could just walk out than making faces and saying she has not seen so much hair growth on any woman's leg before.

There is no use of 1 % pest control service given by this so called Urbanclap professional. I spent 1200/- for whole house pest control... which includes gel+ spray inside out. It was 0% effective on my kitchen problem And when I had ask to give 2 nd visit aft 20 days, as Urbanclap gives 90days guarantee but he refused to do so.. also had ask me to pay more 500/- rs. To get it done again... This is just looting people and their hard earn money.. these uc people also ask u give reviews soon after the service... “madam review de dijiye turant” and aft giving reviews this happens...I don’t know how Urbanclap will help in the matter but I am highly disappointed with this. Be aware of service given by Urbanclap..don’t be so quick to give good reviews..

Had booked deep bathroom cleaning yesterday and time keeping was poor for a start. The cleaning was not done properly as a lot of shortcuts were taken and untrained staff was bought with no assistance given. Half-hearted job was done and the finished job was not to our satisfaction. Of what I had heard about the services provided and how excellent it was, I booked them and am disappointed with the quality of work, the attitude of so called professionals who carried out the work. Not my moneys worth.

I had been using UC for women’s services and was literally happy and wanted to recommend to my friend - men’s service (beard trimming and head and shoulder massage). From past 1 week he had been trying to book an appointment and UC has been failing to send their professionals. Yesterday I tried to book him the same service at the same location that I take their services - and guess what! Two professionals cancelled one after another. And today I got an apology call from UC stating that they are sorry and that they would give me a good professional and credits. After waiting for half an hour this professional too gave some crap excuse (apparently his app shows the appointment is scheduled tomorrow) and eventually this booking too got cancelled.
That is it UC!
No more services from you!

The electrician had not completed his job properly and more over he had ruined the wiring which caused our system to short circuit and he had charged an extra amount for his mediocre work and even forced us to give him a good rating and when I registered a complaint on the application, there was no response from Urban Company. I’m planning to register a complaint on the consumer court unless Urban Company responds to us. Don’t ever try this app.

Booked a L’Oréal professional for global hair colouring, they did a crappy job, all they did was refund the money and the customer service was doo slow as well, next Booked under express salon , before staring the job I asked her if the color will be enough she said yes (as I had bought my own color) after she was half done she is asking me if I have more color left n we used a completely different shade,
Urban is good only for carpenter and plumbers, salon is not their cup of tea

Hi I have been using Urban Services from a very long time. Recently u have introduced roll on waxing. Amazing product loved it but not sufficient for full legs & full arms later the beautician had to do full legs waxing using Rica wax
If I have paid for Roll on I shud get the full service
Your beautician are too helpless.
Please increase the size of your container.
If u need positive result otherwise from next time I am going for normal waxing.

I booked a service in the morning and scheduled an evening appointment. The beautician requested to come 2 hours early. I refused and said I can manage 30mins early. I came home and waited for 2 and half hours and kept calling her. No response. The customer support guy assured me that she’ll be there in 15mins or he’ll assign a new beautician. That also did not happen. Eventually the service was cancelled stating a new booking will be done. An hour later still waiting for a new beautician, here I am writing a review. 3 hours and 45 mins have been wasted for me on a weekend. I have taken membership which is supposed to give me exceptional service. You are supposed to give me a call back in 30mins to resolve any issue. I am extremely disappointed.

Wow even the App Store ratings are rigged. All I see are bad reviews and yet somehow it’s 4.6 rating.

I became a member and booked salon at hd service, no professional was assigned before the service, they called saying sorry but it cannot be done during your time slot, can we reschedule it, I said its fine but hope the other time we are calling the person turns up but for the next slot which they had suggested the professional didn’t turn up which was really frustrating and not at all acceptable, still knowing i wanted the service to be done i asked them to again reschedule it for the 3rd time, the professional did turn up but what I observed was the professional was having bad cough and cold, I asked her if you are unwell you shouldn’t have turned up as cough and cold can easily pass on to the customer, the professional mentioned that she was told to take this booking on priority knowing she was unwell why would any company do this.

I had booked for salon services this morning for 1.30 PM. The booking was done with my chosen beautician. At 1.30 no one had turned up at my door step but I got a call from urban clap that they can not provide the services today and if I can reschedule it for the next day. My reason for choosing urban clap was to get the services at my desired time.
Interesting part is that it has not happened for the first time. Earlier they had changed my preferred therapist for massage service at the end moment. When I checked with her that if she had denied my appointment she told me that she had not received any booking at the first place.
Prior to that, the cleaner had not turned up citing that there was a lot of load for Diwali cleaning request.
If there is such enormous load, then why does urban clap take the booking at the first place. They have taken too much on their plate which is spilling like anything.
Not to mention that the technicians for appliances i.e. washing machine, refrigerators etc are useless. They have no technical know how. They simply ask you to change the part which is not working.
I’m highly disappointed with the services offered by urban clap. I had renewed my membership just for salon and massage services but it is a set back.
