The app is fraud. The employees are fraud. They will take your money and not give you the desired results. The max life insuarance they work with, they ask medical questions in such a way that none of these people will get the desired medical claims when in need. Its been more than 2 months and doctors havent been paid.

I’ve been using this app from last few months and I’m a gold member. Doctor consultation service is good but their medicine delivery service is worse.

They mention that the delivery time in metro cities is 24-48 hours but take days to get order confirmation.

There is no tracking feature and they also get confused what medicine is ordered. It’s tracked on chat only.

Ordered medicine few times but had to cancel due to too much delay and bad communication.

Maybe they won't even read this review but I want to clarify, Docsapp is a good option for rural areas and busy free disease option but if you have something serious; find a physical doctor! The team tries to push to buy a GOLD plan worth 899 at 599! 😂Man let me be little ok to think about it but if you guys think dealing with health is a business model then you're wrong. Coupon codes work sometimes and the support team was good.

Do not recommend! It’s a sham!

I had booked lab tests (which required fasting for 12 hours) from this app for a particular date for 8am, tried contacting the technician till 10am and the number provided to me “did not exist”

Finally the customer care number which got cut twice after they put me on hold and then finally the third time got in touch and they asked me to give them a few more hours to get the tests done so lmao they expected me to starve myself for a few more hours after 14 hours.

I tried to consult online through this app and i did not had much idea about the departments, so basically i paid to consult some other departments doctor and he refused to even listen as he was not a specialist in my problem and he told me that i will be getting a refund for the same. This app is not working and is with lot of errors.

I ordered twice for teleconsultation and spent 400 rs. but couldnt consult since the app doesnt show my orders.

When i contacted customer care they said that my mobile number is linked with 2 user names and i have placed my order with first user name 7836791 and now logging in with other user name. Seriously, the only option for login that is available is through mobile number and I always used the same mobile number. Totally crap.

You would spend your time watung calling customer care number for your order and nothing would happen. Always prefer to go to nearby doctors than using this app as you will save time even if they give free consultation
