Bank statements is not updating. Last update is April 1,2022. Not able to view statements on loan account. Last updated is on March 3rd. 2022. Please fix this ASAP.
The app need more fast sometimes app not working properly
Tried to open saving account but the OTP verificatiom fails which i recieve from Adhaar. Tried same in weblink still verification fails. Poor thing !

2.Tamil language in settings is missing
3. Upi payments is mostly slow also in upi add beneficiary it is not supporting special symbols like - . Kindly lookinto it and solve.
They have one of the most worst savings scheme.
For FD and RD they don't give interest instead they take money from us.
I can suggest you any bank but not this.

Registering itself is a task. It keeps on going on loops asking for email address and security questions.
It doesn’t allow you to view.
I once managed to view my account but it won’t allow any transactions. I was advised write a mail to ask my branch to allow transactions. Why make it so cumbersome!!!
What’s the point of an app if each time you have to access your account through the web Browser.
The IT team seems to have no clue of what they are doing. Please look at and learn from SBI, Dhanlaxmi, Southindian bank and umpteen other bank apps and see how user friendly they are.

After installing, for past two days i am trying to open a account with this app. Sometime it will stuck in otp screen, sometimes in branch selection screen. What is the use of this app I don’t know. And also when i am selecting Kunnamangalam branch it will come omassery branch, sometimes no branch will appear only🥴
Its a software bug...previous transactions seems to be missing in certain days..but its okay in fednet..need an update soon
Transaction history not showing
Very poor management it was been told to me that card will be delivered within 25 working days and its been around 60 days till now i havent received. If we call in the branch they will just tell its in process
When i try to open a savings account. The app asks to select a branch but can’t select the branch we need. Instead it chooses a branch on its own. Whatever branch i prefer to choose the app automatically chooses a branch from the given permanent address in the aadhar card.
Hi I’m facing some issue in statement in fed mobile app transaction details are not properly updated in mobile app , after updation only this issue arises. Kindly solve the issue asap

Unable to use face id after the latest update
I travelled overseas for two days and my app stopped working. It keeps asking me to update email id and set a new pin. Why can’t you have a simpler app without having the user to go through painful processes to get access to account info and transactions?!

When I logout, the app automatically logs back in since my face unlock is activated. If I have voluntarily logged out, the app should not log me in immediately, but may be when I click on the icon

Balance checking is not working
It’s too much disturbing that, every single time try to open app I need to type pin. Please rectify the fingerprint authentication problem.
Compared to its competitors is a great app to do banking with having everything that a customer might need in his day today life .
Fed mobile app is very poor performance. you should follow the performance of Paytm, Amazon pay etc as we are expecting. Nowadays fedmobile is very time consuming. It pushed me to use other apps like Paytm, Amazon pay etc
The simplest mobile banking App I’ve ever seen.
But Login with FaceID not working. In settings it has taken the permission to use face id. But it doesn’t work.
Thank you for this wonderful product. but I would like to note one thing in it. The process of new account opening within app is still not working properly. The Aadhar verification using OTP only works once in a while. As we start scanning the Aadhar at code for verification it just shows try again. So I just got stuck in the middle of account opening. An email had already sent to federal bank customer care. I would like to see a full functioning app in my mobile. Thank you for reading this much😊😊

This app destroys the name of Federal Bank.
Multiple bank accounts with same mobile number doesn’t show any account information like account balance, transactions etc. Totally worthless developers, don’t know how to figure a solution for this simple problem.

The worst banking app.always taking processing fee themselves.Debiting ₹350 as atm processing feeevery 6months even iam not using atm card.

For your all information what I believe this is not an update issue , entire app itself is not working properly it crashes and throw errors every now and then. Checked with my other friends family . Similar to the name it is Fed Up application.

Folks not recommended this all to use for your daily tasks , you gonna fed up the life itself.
I forgot my Mpin. When I click ‘forgot Mpin’ ,app asks me the security questions. I don’t remember that too. I’ve tried reinstalling the app several times but it made no changes. App not showing any other options like debit card or like that.
The animation while switching to Credit Card is sometimes endless. Like before, please remove the animation.
I can then consider to update to 5 stars.
Earlier it was good and fast .. now too slow .. I use PhonePe to check balance rather than this app coz it takes at least a minute to check balance .. now imagine of checking transaction history .. exhaustive.. not recommended after update .. app doesn’t work properly at 1st place and even if an option is selected it doesn’t work .. need serious update and improvement .. zero stars.
Fun fact .. Phonpe shows account balance faster than fed app 🤦🏻

All the new features are good but the face id not working even after putting the setting ON. Look in to this matter and do needful. Otherwise everything working properly 😊
Checking the balance, viewing statements, sending payments, etc is a breeze with this app however the UX could be improved.
- The app hasn’t implemented “swipe from left” to go back instead we have to click on the back button in the UI.
- The monthly saver UI/UX is terrible and is badly placed making us forget that such a feature exist.
- In the FedBook stand-alone app, one could manually add text labels to what it was. This is not possible now. Please add this feature.
This issue had started more than 8months ago. And even on the latest update nothing had changed. I am afraid how the developers have not got any complaints about this error. The application was a perfect one way back as most of the users stated here, but it needs to be maintained and updated over time. Or else it won't be of any use for the customers.
I hope the developers will open their eyes to this issue and do something useful immediately. Writing this review on behalf of all FedMobile users who are facing this issue.
With IOS version 12.5.5 . I think they have withdrawn the fed book app and integrate it with FedMobile. For the upi payment iOS version 13.4 or higher needed. I have a suggestion that beneficiary management could be much better..because some beneficiaries added through FedMobile app not available in fednet ( online banking through web browser).
After the latest update I am unable to use my FedMobile application. I m currently using iPhone 6 with iOS 12.5.5. Please look into the matter very seriously and do the needful as soon as possible.
Kindly add payment via tap and pay for debit and credit in nfc enabled phone(payment by tapping phone instead of card in pos machine ). Sbi card app already offers this.
Also, add scan and pay option for credit card too.
It’s all time better and fast than any other bank applications.. but since my last update i face the crash issue and it is not even open now.. i have also re download the app but still faces the same.. hope you guys solve this soon..

User friendly customer interface compared to other mobile banking apps.
App says I am not registered when I try to login after successful registration. Been trying since yesterday evening. No reply from support team too. Can’t even give complaint via app. After submitting issue the app just keep on loading saying it is taking more time than usual. Customer care guys says tech issue tech issue
The app asking to send a message to a particular number from new device for authentication purpose. The message has been sent from the device and nothing happens. Each time when I am trying to do this it’s deducted my balance.
This is not fair to taking customer phone balance for each unsuccessful attempt and totally frustrated on this. I am surprised why this authentication issue remains for the last weeks without unresolved.
Please consider this as a serious issue and hope it solved as soon as possible
After last update FedMobile becomes the worst banking app ever before it going well.
Taking so long to signin can’t check my credit card details like last bill etc now it shows no network even in 100mbps net connection so just think about in mobile data
for this reason am thinking to shift to HDFC or icici if u wanted ur customers pls debug ur software now it takes around 500mb for nothing
From 2014 i am using fed mob application and very happy with fed bank. 2 month ago i have received new updation after that facing issue to transferring to other account and i have tried to contact customer care they inform me that having issue with App. From last week onwards while trying to transfer getting message that invalid amount.
I really like the new UI, but there are many bugs now more than ever. The most irritating one is the loading bug which appears on each service requested and stays there forever. Eg. I need to transfer funds in my other bank account. After filling all the details, the loading spinner is stuck and I can’t go forward! Had done the transfer using UPI instead. Please fix this issue.
The app used to work absolutely fine, but ever since I updated the app it has started giving me problems. The upgrade looks like a downgrade. 9 out of 10 times login doesn’t happen. Everything has become slower. User interface has become more complicated and I think if they don’t do anything with it, I will end up transferring my funds to another account and close this account.
Really loved the new interface of the latest fedmobile. Budget manager and other options are very easy to use and flexible. ❤️

Fed mobile was working perfectly but for the last 2-3 weeks its not working and when i open the app it crashes and closes. Please see into this problem lot of customers are facing these issues.
The mobile app is a complete solution for your daily banking needs... You can reach to all most all the basic banking services through this app. Really good UI and easy to use... Its a must have banking app in this pandemic situation so that, you don’t need to visit the bank frequently.
From the past 3 months it’s not working perfectly,
there is many bugs in it. It’s having issues only in IOS please rectify it as soon as possible
FedMobile app started lagging, and sometimes shows No InternetConnection. Beneficiary verification also was not working. Instruction from customer care was to reinstall and register again. Doing that made me completely out of service. Now I can’t even register. Info from customer care is “bug in application”. What security measures are taken by Bank is unknown. No OTP during transactions, and no biological verification during login, just a 4 digit PIN for login and all transactions.
App was working very good condition but now it is very slow and sometimes showing network error kindly fix it as soon as possible . Thank you

Please invest in good QA team, it might help you find bugs before you launch a version. Also, try hiring some developers who have accounts in other banks, then they might be able to find and implement some useful features. If that’s not possible, try listening to your younger generation and find out what they would need.
10/10 would love to move out of this app, but then that’s not an option.
I don’t how the Basic testing even failed in this app. There is headache when you tap the amount field in the transaction page. It will automatically move to next text field Remark. It is so hard to make the amount field editable. It happens in so many place the while try to type. I have been waiting for this fix for so long more than 8 months. It is a simple fix just remove you manual move to next UItextfield becomeFirstResponder() logic. I will happily return the keyboard to select next field than this headache logic.
Dear developers.. federal bank was an outstanding banking service before.. their apps are very user friendly and easy of access too..but now I don’t know what happened to them..their app is very low performance and not updated yet..if we want to transfer a payment from FedMobile then we can’t type the amount in the fied..suddenly the curser move to reference field.. seriously i fed up with this App.

Febmobile app was literally customer friendly, but for the past few months precisly i started facing this in Jan 2020 its not working. Thing is its not showing up any error message once we touch the app to open its showing loading.....
Tried deleting and reinstalling, but no use it had the sane problem.
Please take some initiative to correct it, we do not have an option to go to bank and do the transaction, may be needy dependent staying apart, so please fix ASAP
It takes more and more time to open the application itself. I tried so many times it shows only loading screen and application doesn’t open only. Can developer check what the issue with application. Mobile application is for faster access to the bank. It’s been 15 minutes it’s still loading and not even login screen appeared. What’s the use of charging mobile banking charges to customer when application doesn’t open only. If this continues then I have to think about closing account as can’t go branch for every small bank need. I request to look into it at earliest else I have to think about my action.
I have been using the FedMobile for quite sometime. After the recent update, the app started crashing regularly even without providing login screen. Eventually, I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. Now, the app says, the account is not registered for mobile banking application. Tech team of the bank might have gone crazy to release such an update with out doing proper testing. Please check the logs and get it repaired at the earliest if you value your customers and wanted to be a preferred banker. Else you will end up short of market expectations.
Fed mobile was working perfectly for long time and was absolutely faster in performance compared to other mobile banking applications. But for the last two months, the app is on its snail pace in connectivity and performance. It takes minutes to login and most of the times shows “no network” messages. Application has been reset and tried reinstalling severeal times and tried using different operating system too, but output is the same. Hope the developers team will look in to the issue and debug the error to the ealiest to enable smoother transactions...
I am also faced problem with this app after updating my ios to 13, so many time i have tried to open and failed. That time app showing like buffering only. Then i checked the comments of this app in apple store. So i could find many comments about this problem. I uninstall and reinstall my FedMobile and now it is working same as before..Thank you.
FedMobile out stands all other mobile banking apps in india...UI and features like deposits,recharge are easy to access and super convenient ..it will be more usable for us if u provide TOUCH ID and FACE ID for login other than pin..unlike other banks fedmobile is super easy to use no such headache like loading and page error..and 4digit pin for transactions comes handy when we transfer cash.
This app was having issues after updating to iOS 13. Once after i have uninstalled and installed this app again, it is working perfectly now. All who are having issues with this app like crashing after launch or not opening, i would suggest to uninstall the app and install it. It’s working.
I have been using many years it was okay but it was not working at all after version 4.13.4 updation, it is automatically closing app, 👎🏿

Thanks to the federal bank customer support for solving the crashing issue of FedMobile. I just deleted and reinstalled the app.. now everything is fine.. if you have the same issue on iOS 13 just reinstall it.
This was one of few brilliant banking apps I used and was working fine since I downloaded it. But after the latest update to version 4.13.4, it stopped working and continuously showing loading sign and never logged in. From last 2 days I have been trying to login but failed everytime. It’s my request to fedbank to look into this problem and solve it asap because its a big hassle to configure this app again.

I updated the fedmobile app on Oct 1st 2019. After the update i was not able to open. It was loading for a longer time without any changes. Tried closing and opening app a couple of times. But it did not work. After several attempt I uninstalled now i have to configure it from beginning.
Great app. I am using this app for about 2 years. Its so easy to use and flexible. But after my IOS 13 update, app is not opening. While i m trying to open the app its shows the opening page and within one or two seconds its ill automatically closed.
Developers please test the app before even releasing an update . the app wont even open as it is crashing on opening . very scrappy and disappointing update. please fix this by releasing a new update
Even though the app become handy for the ease of use for transfers and payments need to improve the security and performance. It must have the ability to login the user using finger print. For transfering the cash or bill payment it must include an OTP verification as a second phase security over the MPIN. And also the user must be able to change his/her contact number, email id, and other details through the app.
app clasesh while transaction progress and log in . And also beware while using the Atm of this bank as this bank mostly takes 7 working days to refund our money . The way of customer care executives handling thier customers are very appreciative but only that cant solve our issue . The process timing and complaint solving is very slow comparing to other banks ..
FedMobile is very much helpful for me but we need a module to check AMB so that we can easily track AMB with single click as provided by other banks

Not impressed with UI of the app and also it isn’t optimized for iPhone X. The app is functioning but could be better with few improvements and inclusions like Touch ID login or Face ID logins for supported models. Those are quite basics which needs to be included I believe.

I've been boasting about the Fedmobile app to be on of the best among mobile banking apps. The login is very smooth, transaction with pin is easy, and balance detail always on home screen is the best feature that no other app gives.
Although, I hate the latest UI. They've removed balance from home view. We can see it only by clicking on a drop down on the header. They've brought ads to three home page. And also filled the page with icons of all possible colours. I wish they bring back the simplicity.
Right from daily transactions to tickets n hotels booking to making fd/rd, u can do it all at one place, good transaction limits, simplified activation, scheduling payments with a wide variety of bill payment options make this app very good. Its fast, efficient and the transactions done through the app are free!!
