Unable to add car to the app. Always says invalid credentials. Whats the use of the app even if it is not useful to add a car.

Provided correct OTP twice still showing incorrect OTP error. Please solve the issue.
There is nothing in this app. Only brochure is what you can see. Else there no use of it. This needs a lot of fixes. There are a lot of features but they are not yet implemented. You can add your vehicle and see its details fully but this feature is not working.
I purchased a baleno in October 2019 n till December in nexa app my car number is showing me temp.
Hope Suzuki immediately reviews the functioning of this app. The personal details filled only remains and when try to add details for The car ! VIN and user/ password the app freezes.
Whoever was entrusted with this assignment should be sacked and the developer of this app be banned.
Worst useless app
Pathetic app. Not able to add car. Gives a message of enter name despite when all details are filled. Resets all field when state is selected in personal details field
app is not excepting my VIN so I am not able to register my car and not able to use app
I wasted half an hour entering the same details over and over again in different sections and couldn’t get through anywhere. Shouldn’t the Maruti app and Nexa app be connected? It should be able to read all the data based on an unique identifier. It feels that Nexa app is just static. Please make it dynamic and it will be really helpful.
Too buggy, the app doesn’t even open once on latest iOS for iPhone X.
This is a ridiculously designed Application. I cannot update any of my car details or personal details. The only thing that works is the brochure. When nothing works what the point in asking customers to download the app. What would make sense though is if we as customers just enter the engine and chassis numbers and everything else gets auto populated. Wake up Maruti and stop giving us outdated and stuff. I have just purchased the new Ciaz Alpha Automatic Just 15 days ago. Though the car is nice but the 4 speed torque converter is definable outdated just like your app.
I am very much happy to say that the repairing job has been carried out excellent in time , before delivery schedule. I can't understand the password requirements. Does it seriously not allow more than one numeric and special character? Resetting password is a pain, don't get OTP via SMS
What’s the use of this app if I can’t add my vehicle details? When attempting to add a new car, it asks for the VIN number and even after entering the correct details, it says the VIN number is incorrect. So, you can’t add your car and if you can’t add the car, what’s the point of the app?
The app does not let me add my car although i put all the correct credentials, it says wrong credentials.
Very useful application for NEXA car owner
I always think 100 times before updating the app, however I updated, worst update. Not functioning properly. Not showing the trip summary, all my previous trips were disappeared.

I uploaded a document twice in nexa app unable to find a delete option in that... can you please tell how to delete it.
Very poor content and lot of bugs/issue. While trying to add car, it says wrong VIN/Chasis number and some times gives an error that Baleno is not NEXA car.
The live location of car doesn’t update in real time. For me it is showing that my car is at a location where i was 2 days ago.
Need lots of improvements, even technical support / service centre team need training on how it is integrated and how to resolve customer issues. Worst product, there are better products available.
Not able to receive OTP.
Very badly maintained app. Unable to update permanent registration number. Purchased the car from Kolkata dealer but showing preferred dealer from Orissa. Unable to find desired dealer in Kolkata for service booking. They have made it just for name sake. No updating even after complaint mail sent to them. They showcase it as a selling plus but is worthless.

Can’t track the on going service. Doesn’t give access to the “Approval required”link which was received by SMS while any spares has to be changed, doesn’t has the service history of my car.
With this app I can just show that my car has an app which has its photo in it and the only option that works is Booking option as if every owner keeps on booking a car on daily basis.
Prior to developing an application just gather the requirements of the users. And it’s been more than a year and still it’s like a Kindergarten version. And you people are still working on developing this one?

Trips cannot be consolidated
You cannot have 2 Suzuki connects on the same mobile number.. so what should we do If we have 2 vehicles in the household.

Half the options in the app doesn’t work. Like MCP details will be blank, Insurance Details will be blank even though they are taken from Maruti.
We are not able to add our car after filling a VIN,username and password.
Poorly thought app.
1. We are not able to add our car after filling in the VIN, user name and password. Always shows- wrong credentials. This is inspite of doing it multiple times with the correct details.
2. This app is more focused on “booking a new car” features where a person may accidentally press the buttons, this is inspite the fact that when you first install this application it clearly states that this app is for people who are nexa customers who have already bought a car from authorised outlet. In general, a person who already has a car, will not be using the book car on a daily or even half yearly basis.
Needs alot of improvement and ability to add cars.
Maruti care app is still better than this.

Never able to open this app
I am unable to register my Baleno car on app. I m not sure what’s the use of app then.
Whenever we fill in the details.. app triggers the OTP however after entering the OTP it shows "you have entered the wrong OTP. Please try again" ..
Wired App of Nexa. Need to improve a lot.
When tried registering to the app the OTP is not received on my mobile number, wherein the app is displaying the popup saying otp is sent
Such a worst app. I tried to create account 20 times but never got OTP. My network is perfectly ok and am receiving messages from other mobiles.

I am unable to use Suzuki connect, pls fix it!! The app freezes and restarts when i try to open my suzuki connect.
The latest app updation is not working on iOS for last one week. The app is just not logging and closing down. Really frastrating - please fix the bug urgently
I had the app working before the update and post the update the app has stopped working. I have complained to NEXA and they said it would be fixed in 4 working days. Till date no resolution to this issue.
Please fix the issue ASAP. In addition to this, entire applications is buggy.
Poor App. System / App collapses when I am trying to go inside Suzuki Connect Section.
I was really not Ok with this App and none of the service Engineers are able to answer my query.

Ever since I’ve updated the app to the latest version, I’m unable to open the suzuki connect to track my car and rides. It keeps crashing. Please take out a new update and fix this major bug.
