I placed an order on 5th March till now I’ve not received my order and they are showing our delivery partner was not able to locate your address and no attempt was made to deliver I’ve got no calls from the delivery partner and the payment was also done for this order so what next step? No option to cancel no option for chat support nothing there was only option to mail there they have written as we tried to call you but I’ve not received any call from them. It’s really pathetic. And it is written as we will deliver your order in 24 hours from the last 2weeks

I have been a regular privee customer at nykaa and never had a complaint , however recently one of my order had issues i.e I received a sealed empty parcel. Despite complaining on the same day with pictures showing empty parcel to the customer support, I was offered no help from their side. Despite asking many times, customer support said they dispatched parcel properly and hence can’t help me. Even on asking the proof of their proper shipment noone is bothered to help. They are expecting me to believe their word but they are not believing mine that I received an empty parcel. I asked many times for proper resolution of my issue but in vain. And my complaint has been rejected by the customer support.
HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED BY THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

They have pathetic return policy, which will make you wait for atleast 10-15 days before issuing a refund. The refund status keeps going back and forth between cancelled and to be delivered, they don't process refund till the package reached the warehouse.
This makes you wait for half a month before any sign of refund.
Their customer service is absolutely useless, they keep repeating the same lies without any actual resolution.
Worst past is NO CANCELLATION ONCE SHIPPED. They should learn from counterparts like Amazon Flipkart Myntra, how seamless those platforms are. Time for Nykaa to speedily upgrade their obsolete cancellation practice.
This review will fall into DEAF ears too, so doesn't matter.

Ordered 4 face peels worth around 2000/- . I got a 300 /- face face wash instead. Unfortunately. My maid had discarded the carton when I first realised and raised the issue. But later I found the carton and sent the picture of the carton as well. They responded as though I was trying to cheat them.
Haven’t bought any product from this platform since then.

First I ordered a product (earrings) which did not match the product in the picture that i had ordered so I decided to return it. 10 days delay and no ones there to pick up i kept trying the customer care during this time they too had no idea what was going on. Finally i was told that my pincode was not serviceable so i was asked to make the return on my own from India post. I did so and 2 days after that the pick up person came, I wonder how though my address was pretty unserviceable 2 days ago. Anyway i was asked to cancel it and the entire return got canceled causing a lil problem in the refund which was resolved a week later though. Because of the payment made by me for the post i was then rewarded a 150/- rs. Coupon via mail that I could use on my next purchase and it clearly stated that it could only be used in my account. I tried to it showed invalid, I talked to the customer care which I believe are pretty much ai because they keep saying the same thing without giving a proper solution. So yes I found out that the coupon is already used for an order I never ordered because the last order i ordered was those earrings on 28th January and I received the coupon on 15th feb. Like what are you guys even doing.

I have been a NYKA consumer for the longest time, much i remember, and have never ever received a counterfeit product. and with this assurance only, without giving it a second thought, placed the order for Choppard BLACK and TOM FORD fragrances on NYKA app., however, this time to my surprise, both the products received, are counterfeit products, and I have to say these are the DUPLICATES. this is not the first time am using Choppard Black or tom ford perfumes. usually both the fragrance, once you wear them , they stay at least for 6-7 hours, bare minumum, but these ones, they hardly stay, not even for an hour.

I’ve duly waited for my refund since the past 12 days. The customer service team never reverts to the mail and I have to keep calling them up every 24-48 hours as advised by the representative . Regardless of providing them the evidence of payment that was done twice for the order. Rufiya /Rufia picked up my call today and tbh she was definitely the most arrogant person that I’ve ever spoken so far . No assurance could be given to me regarding the refund amount neither a certain ounce of responsibility was provided to me regarding the delay in resolving the issue. All she could provide me was the “learnt by heart verbiage” when I was addressing my concern ,disrupting my statement again and again. The touch of humane instinct is missing from her side and no wonder other businesses are gearing up for an uphill battle unlike Nykaa. I am aware that losing a customer like me won’t mean a thing to your company and that’s the reason why my issue has not been solved so far. Thank you Nykaa for ruining my experience.

I had ordered a product in the month of November 16th which wasnt been packaged felt its used so had to return and applied a return since then till date im calling and chatting with customer service as the logistics team is unable to pick the item , every time i contact the only response i get is mam give us 24hrs of time and nothing happens nd again i have to contact them
Its basically fooling a customer , i might havr done 12-13return request and everytime its been cancelled as consignee is unavailable had been spoken to many agents and also now escalation department agent named as "Muqaddas" is handling my case and even he cannot resolve as he promised on 10th asked me to wait for 2 days so they can complete the refund after taht he said he would be taking the initiative and calling me and he has not contacted me either
And then i had to contact back but then i was transferred aagain to escalation dept to the same agent "Muqqadas" and he was like we couldnt help i request you to wait 24hrs
So worst ever
If i write this wouldnt be enough! But i lost patience

I bought 2 items very recently. I received the items yesterday. One was as I expected but the other that is a foundation of maybelline was small in size which I expected to be medium in size. After opening the box when I saw that the foundation is very small in size I immediately packed that and put it in the same box along with the bill because I was sure to return the product and ask for my money back. I did the same. But the team cancelled my return / refund request stating that the product was open / used and when I had conversation with the chat support team they are also saying the same thing. I repeatedly told them that I didn’t open the product. I also shared the images but still they are saying the same thing.
I’m a long time customer of nykaa. I bought so many items. For the first time I had requested a return / refund for a genuine reason but these people can’t trust a customer. How cheap of them. Really disappointed.

Nykaa being such a reputed online platform and me being their platinum member, I am writing this worst review for their pathetic service. So recently, it happened with me like four times, I don’t receive my orders and the delivery agent mark the status as customer not available wherein no any such delivery attempts has been made and even after repeated delivery requests in the Nykaa app, I do not get my orders. And this time, they have sent my order to an address which is 20 kms away from my address. And since past one week, I have been raising repeated complaints about the inconvenience caused to me through Nykaa Customer Care and each Customer Care Representative assure me that they have escalated the matter and my product will be delivered in my registered address. However, I can see in the app that it’s still lying out in the unregistered location. So hopeless team has been hired by Nykaa and no any coordination with the courier team Blue Dart. Even after repeated follow ups, I am not getting any kind of assistance. It’s been 12 days since I placed the order. Nykaa, this is the kind of service that you offer to your platinum member? Do not check a customer’s patience.

I have been trying to contact them to update my phone number because the phone number that shows in my account is not mine due to which my store orders are not getting updated. And I have never know this number all my life so I haven’t updated this phone number. This is such a big glitch with their technical team and to which they only have one resolution to delete your account. I asked them that if I delete my account I’ll lose all my previous orders details, Wishlist, reward points and I’ll have to again shop from scratch to be a prive member. To which their customer care had no answer and they said please delete your account.
I mean it’s such huge organisation, I am sure they must be having a good tech team through which they could have updated my number through backend or whatever but no, the only resolution they have is to delete the account.
Such pathetic service and it’s a technical glitch!

1)They use misleading line such as buy 3 get 3 . But if order 3 you won’t get the 3 free items, and when you complain the customer care then they will tell you that you have to buy 6 and you’ll get discount and when you go and talk to customer care they will tell you to return the product and get refund but the trick is that they don’t accept return.
2) The reviews in their products are fake because they filter all your reviews and display only the good reviews. It happened with me that I didn’t like one of the lip gloss that I ordered and I wanted to write how I genuinely felt about that lipgloss but nykaa rejected my review on the product. And the other time with the sheet masks I didn’t like the way I got scammed, so I wrote my review, same thing happened again, my review got rejected. I’m writing this here because the you can’t give your bad reviews on their app.

Please guys don't get into their trap, their coustomer service is zero. They don't listen to your problem they just send you an auto generated reply. Their delivery partner service is 99.9% worst. They will show your product is been delivered without even attempting to deliver the product and then Nykaa coustomer service will justify and will prove you wrong. I bought few product and it showed it was delivered I was not even available on that address on that particular date and after complaining to coustomer service mail id I got revert saying that they Verified and the product was delivered to me but they couldn't provide any proof to whom they delivered my product and on which date. I followed and followed and sent them several mail and then I left without getting my product. They will take more then 7 days time to deliver your product and suddenly if you will see the details on their tracking details it will show that they are trying to re- attampt the delivery in next 24 to 48 hours but no one will call or reach out to you for delivering your product at 1st place. I am going to remove this app from my mobile and will suggest you all to do the same please. Such losers who don't care about coustomer, s money or provide any service. Losers Arpana now I just notice that they don't want me to allow posting my review by saying that that whatever nick name I am typing is been taken

This is the 2nd time that this is happening with me on this app, so this is definitely not an aberration: Order was placed 8 days ago and promised delivery date was 6 days ago. As per the app, the product is yet to be dispatched. Since it is beyond all reasonable timelines, I wrote to customer care to cancel the order so that I could place fresh order from elsewhere. Despite repeated request to expedite the order and then cancel it (complaints spread across 3-4 days), there is still no resolution. And this is the 2nd time this is happening with me in the past quarter itself. They have amazing collection of products, but their delivery experience, for sure, is super erratic. Once you place an order, keep your fingers crossed and hope it gets delivered (let alone gets delivered on time). And when you raise complaints, they just ask you to keep on waiting endlessly, in the hopes that some magic will happen on the supply chain/delivery side while the user keeps waiting for days & weeks. Shame!

Delivery partners are so careless and liars that they update wrong courier status while delivering the product . In my case it happened twice that the delivery person updated wrong Reason for not delivering my product inspite the delivery distance is hardly 10minutes away still he updated that Consignee not available at home whereas I didn’t receive any call from him for address confirmation or he is searching my address I raised the issue to the higher authority and they informed we can do a re-attempt for the product and they will take the action against the issue. Again 2nd time I faced the same issue the delivery partner updated that couldn’t reach consignee wherein I didn’t even receive any call from the partner and I am the one who is calling him for the status of product but he is not answering the calls, and now again they are expecting me to re-attempt the delivery.
The customer care representative want me to go and pick up my product such a pathetic service from both nykka and their courier partners. Back service and worst experience ever had from them. If there would be 0 ratings options I would have given that……

It used to be good, they are usually swift with delivery , but their customer care team is zero, they won’t even listen to u carefully, they don’t solve ur issues, even if u keep explaining that I am sitting at my home waiting for my order the person told me to wait more until the order comes then see, what the hell! When I called nykaa asking for support their customer care executive Payal was extremely condescending and wouldn’t even listen to what I said! I placed an order of around 5.8k which to my utter disappointment was delivered entirely wrong. They mixed up my order with someone else’s or god knows what happened but I received an entirely wrong order. The customer support team was not helpful at all and kept on repeating the same thing and extended the issue for more than 10days. They made me wait for 72hrs thrice after generating a new complaint each time and when requested to speak to a senior advisor i was asked to either wait for 2 hrs the same day or for 24hrs for a callback which was never received. In return i only received the same emails from them saying they sent the correct items thus taking no responsibility. The entire team very skilfully wasted my time, tested my patience for 10days and fraudulently charged me around ₹5760 for the products I ordered but never received. This shows the highest level of incompetent and rather disappointing services provided by Nykaa which claims to be user friendly.

But since last 1 month I am very disappointed with them because I am ordering the stuff and I am not getting it delivered to my place. Though their is not the fault of Nykaa, the fault is of their courier partner and not Every courier partner just the BLUEDART one but complaining for the same for several times I am not getting any solution. And the worst part is the delivery boy of don’t even make any attempt to deliver your product they just randomly cancel your delivery stating rubbish reasons. I tried cancelling the first set as It no longer made sense and was still not shipped. The BOT said I can reject the order during the time of delivery. Their Delivery boy came and didn’t meet me but left the box at my security guard’s cabin and left. Much later he called asking for confirmation pin which I didn’t receive and asked him to take back the package but he denied and left. I didn’t collect the package so this person came and collected the package and now “GRIEVANCE OFFICER” who doesn’t even have a name is copy pasting the automated response which is not making any sense cause it’s not relevant to my query. One of your Agent UDAY mocked me on your chat section and now your “grievance officer” is asking me, “to prove that the order has been delivered” I don’t know what’s that supposed to mean. Maybe check this now?

I had purchased Hugo boss perfume set on a pre paid mode, but it’s funny it hasn’t reached to its destination in one month, they have no status for any order being placed! The customer service executive are clueless and the support email is actually good for nothing as it just generates only ticket number followed by another but no action is taken! I think they should shut down Nykaa as it is actually good for nothing in each n every department, it doesn’t support with evidential attachment otherwise I would have actually uploaded their careless attitude towards their customers. I would request everyone never trust Nykaa. I placed a prepaid order 3 weeks ago, I didn’t received anything and the app is showing items are delivered. On talking to the customer care they asked me to wait for 2-3 days for reinvestigation and it’s been 3 weeks still they are unable to solve the issue. They even sent me a mail saying the delivery was OTP based, on denying they reinvestigate it further and told me that it was delivered to some VINOD. How can you deliver the products without OTP to any random person. Even the customer support is pathetic. They lie a lot. I asked them I want to talk to their seniors they said senior is not available and after 1 hour of telephonic conversation they transferred the call. I have been contacting Nykaa daily still they are unable to provide a solution. I would request to shop from other websites which I believe will provide a much more better service than this!! I have been a customer at Nykaa for over a year now. Prive member and I order almost every other month for over 4k rupees. They had great services before but my last order was not dispatched for 5-6 days and no update was provided to me. This time, I made an order and it reached a warehouse near me. I was updated that my order was out for delivery on 6 January but it did not reach me till 8 PM. Then I receive a message saying consignee was not available even though I received no call and was at home the entire day to receive the order. Same thing happens on 7 and 8 Jan. I constantly raise this issue with customer service but they keep telling me they have put this on priority, raised it to higher authorities, this and that but no delivery. The delivery is still pending. My time has been wasted, I paid in full so my money has been wasted as well, and I needed those products which I’m not getting on time. It has been almost a week. Poor customer service and you all have no control over your delivery partners.

First the Virtual try on feature works like a bad Insta filter, doesn’t do justice to the product. Second why aren’t there more photos of makeup products on different skin tones? There is a customary picture with swatches of lipstick on one fair hand and one darker hand but is that enough? Take time to add pictures of models with proper lighting as realistic as possible so that we can see people of darker skin tones and decide better. Makeup Products are expensive cannot be returned once used. If ppl are going to buy based on social media reviews then Nykaa needs to a better job of providing a good virtual try on experience or at least photograph models of real darker Indian skin tones. No one wants to waste money. Third thing - keep an eye on the expiry dates of the product. Clear out your inventory or give away those products at half price. Don’t waste buyers money. Buyers pls keep an eye out and return the near expiry products ASAP. Fourth app needs to notify users of return processing. I don’t check my email often I expect communications from Nykaa to be on the app. Fix that ASAP.

Placed my first order with NYKA and I'm highly disappointed. Had heard good things from friends and colleagues and i gave it a try. Must say, my experience was far far below par. I placed an order under their HOT Pink Sale. Part of the order wherein payments were required to be made was delivered quickly. The remaining items under offers came in a gradual scattered timeframe. However, one purchase is yett to be delivered. I had raised a ticket with them and was asked to be patient. However no complete resolution was provided and ticket was closed. I raised a fresh ticket, wherein they now tell me that they cannot make good on their offer and the same cannot be delivered. Additionally, they offered for a coupon in exchange which does not even measure upto their deficiency in services. i am a fairly frequent online shopper, however this... It's a huge disappointment. Did not expect this from NYKA of all. Would share my experience with all known and not recommend purchases from NYKA if this is how you handle customers.

After being a loyal customer and ordering from nykaa a zillion times never imagined i will be writing this, in the last two order i have gone thought so much struggle with them that i can never imagine. First my parcel was delivered to a wrong address after complaining about it back and forth i received some calls and assistance which was never useful. It was a prepaid order which i never received and now they are denying from taking the complaint and providing any help. A problem and mistake they created and i am facing the circumstances for it. It is our hard earned money, which these people rob without even thinking once. Never expected nykaa to do such a thing, as i have order a lot of things from them in past but slowly there service is becoming pathetic. It is such a troublesome. Would not recommend ever to place a pre paid order from them and also check the orders before letting the delivery person go and record an unboxing of the same because very often products are missing and delivered to wrong addresses.
Highly disappointed, as of me i will take my complaint to consumer court, and hope justice from there.

We don’t go for COD and do prepaid transactions to be faced with this issue! Delivery of the product is completed within 2 days in pandemic times although product was supposed to get delivered after 5-6 days as shown in my app and NOBODY RECEIVED THE PRODUCT. And my other items in nyka fashion are delayed delivery in pandemic for more than a month now so how can they deliver in 2 days. And when I tried to chat on the app they asked me to share the image of the package. I mean seriously? How can I share image of the product when I haven’t gotten the product. And when asked about the phone number of delivery boy. They didn’t have that information.
Also two items are still left to be delivered SHOWN AS IN TRANSIT and in tracking it is written maximum attempts reached and ndr call not received by customer. How can the same order be delivered in two days without any contact on phone or otherwise when two items out of the same order isn’t delivered due to unavailability of anyone on the shipping address.
Clearly dissatisfied and disappointed with NYKAA.

The garment sizing mentioned on app was different as compared to the actual size due to which I had to initiate a return and refund which was initially declined and after a frustrating and annoying experience of complaining it was accepted for return. I had decided to never shop ever again on this platform but since this incident was few months back O thought of trying again n this time since it was regular sanitary products would not need return. Horrible and infuriating experience yet again. This time the products haven’t reached me and the message is unsuccessful delivery attempt twice as we were not available. This is a complete lie as there was no call or attempt made in the first place. There is always someone at home and besides the building has a drop box facility in the lobby for all deliveries due to COVID. I am inconvenienced to enter new delivery slot and address which is such a waste of time. Very bad shopping experience and would never recommend Nykaa to anyone. There are so many shopping platforms available that I have shopped on. Much better products and variety available too. None have been such an irritating experience. Their chat and service is also pathetic. No resolution to queries. Just some random robot giving scripted responses. Exteremely disappointed and will never shop here ever again.

I have mailed them talk to their customer support staff but every time I have to tell my issue to new staff and even did that too I didn’t got my product back or my refund ???? It’s been 20 days I am continuously coordinating with them about my order but every time said they would revert me 2-3 working days and back to the same situations i am very frequent user of nykaa where every month I minimum shop 10-15k after all this matter still I continue shopping thought they would give me my refund but i didn’t get till now , their staff don’t know how to tackle this situation, I am been treated like new customer in nykaa and who are doing some cheap stunts for refund ???
Literally from the essentials product to luxurious product I am purchasing from nykaa and this people are treating customers like beggars, I want my refund.

I live in a prominent area of a huge metro city. I have had my last Nykaa parcel delivered to me just day before. I’ve been ordering from all sorts of shopping websites including Nykaa for years and even with covid, all other websites are delivering to my pincode and even Nykaa was up until yesterday when I tried to check out but waited because I was lazy to get my card. Today suddenly my pincode is not serviceable after I updated my app and downloaded iOS 14 on my phone. I tried putting in 4 different addresses from various places around India and it said unserviceable to all of them. I even tried deleting and reinstalling the app, logging out and logging back in, switching my phone off and on again, but to no avail. What’s the deal? I wanted to buy some stuff that is on discount but I’m not able to buy it because of this error and god knows if the discounted product will still be on sale/in stock till this problem gets solved. Even Myntra delivers with Blu Dart and Delhivery and my pincode has been serviceable throughout by them.

Let me point out today this is the worst website out of all the websites available in India. If i could i wouldnt even want to give it one star. Why? The reasons being:
1) the products they sell are not verified by themselves for the quality.
Note: I am a big time online shopper, and i have had brands cancel my orders just because they found out that the product is not a good quality. To their courtesy they have emailed with the same reasons.
2) they do not have size charts, if you are ever trapped in thoughts of ordering clothes from their website, kindly do not, because they do not have size charts, also if you think you will order a regular size you order on other websites than you are sadly mistaken, their clothes wont even fit my 6 year old cousin.
3)their extremely hideous return policy, their return policy states you need to request for return within 5 days of delivery, after 5 days they wont even consider.
4)sending pictures of invoice, products to be returned, they are so fixated on their t&cs they dont realise that there are some products whose pictures cannot be sent.
5)even after all the melodrama your request for return is going to be rejected, for reasons best known to them, & they take 2-4 days for reviewing if they should or shouldnt accept the return request.
6)after all this you are forced to keep the filthy products delivered by them.

I ordered in the pink sale and i received the products in 3 different parcels out of that one product i received was wrong and from that time i am constantly applying for a return but customer service agents are only asking for the pictures of the product, bills, invoice and pic of the box in which the product came after a week one customer service agent by the name Mr. Akash assured me a return and asked my bank details and then he said that i will receive one mail from nykaa and after that i will get my return but till date i have not received any mail from nykaa. This is happening with me for the second time so i have stopped shoping with nykaa and even ask my friends, colleagues and relatives to stop buying from nykaa and even deleted the app from my phone and from everybody’s phone in my home.. and now raising my issue here i know nykaa will only say we dont want to listen like this from your side pls tell us your details to look into the matter... sorry nykaa i am tired of sending u images now u people fraud and other online shopping sites are having good variety and prices with very fantabolous return policy..

To my utter shock they do not have a return policy for any product which is not fitting you or even if u received damage product reason given is COVID now I have a question what is the logic behind a reason where they say that we can return if it is damage but not if it doesn’t fit u well u have orderd after checking size I guess they believe that all brands have same size and fitting for clothing moreover I asked what if a person annoyed by such rules damage the product and than claim damage product received?? What will they do ? Shocked by the customer handling and return policy 1500/- bucks in vein and they don’t bother at all a platform like NYKA would do this I never imagined all other platforms have amazing service MYNTRA is best trust me I ordered from nyka coz my size was outa stock on Myntra but now I realise it was a huge mistake spoke to them more tha 40 minutes but they had no solution but a statement continuesly “ mam due to COVID issue we are not taking returns “ again after 10 minutes of discussion same reply super disappointing

the app is good but i ordered a nykaa eyeliner and got an empty product. when i tried to reach out to customer care i found no phone numbers to talk to an agent and explain or through chat as they have provided to which they send computerised replies which doesn’t help AT ALL. there is no specific answers to an issue only vague answers to any problem the customer is facing. i also approached the instagram pages of nykaa but again, no response.
they do post new puctures almost everyday and ask us to shop more but doesn’t deliver the already ordered products properly.
i have ordered another product almost a month ago and when i track, there is no movement in more than 25 days . the product may have been lost or stuck somewhere but when we have paid for something and we are not given proper updates about it, over that there are no methods of customer service where we can reach out to an actual person and clear the issue, not a robit with a limited set of pre programmed answers for any queries, it is unprofessional. if this is happening again and again how can a customer trust the brand?

They took my order which the amount was 1900 rs. The products were divided into 3 sections. One order was showed it will be delivered following day so I was eagerly waiting for the same order as in my society no delivery person can enter the building and the tenant has to come down to recieve the order so no case of miscommunication. Suddenly after waiting entire day I recieved a message that the order is delivered when I recieved no call for delivery guy or from my society to take it. I informed Nykaa and they said they will ask for proof though this is second time I am going through this. First time it was COD hence it didn’t matter this time it’s prepaid. How can you people force someone to go through this mental torture with ur lacking services. Your delivery guys are not trained enough to call the customer once also??? And plus to this they are not even ready to cancel remaining products as I deny to go through this mental torture or chats and calls and waiting’s and whatnots. This is plain looting and and misuse of power if you already have recieved the money. You guys think 1900 is small amount?????!!!!!!!!!!

It is with utmost disappointment am writing this. The behaviour from team nykaa is totally unexpected. Dear guys Nykaa has stooped so low,so from now on oder from Nykaa at your own risk. If you have an issue with your order , in my case I was delivered a wrong product. I wrote various mail to team Nykka only to get an auto generated mail as a response. I got the same autogenerated mail over three times. Is this how the response team treats their loyal customers? This issue is not a matter of money or being delivered the wrong product anymore, its about the way a customer is being treated. Not only was i delivered a product which i did not order, i am repeatedly given a mail that makes no sense. Dear Nykaa if this is how you handle your customers then you are soon going to lose a lot of loyal customers. A humble request to nykaa- do not ask me to write a mail to nykaa support anymore. I want a proper response to my issue not some auto generated response. I wish I could give negative star instead of one star, very disappointing with Nykaa.

Never had a worse experience with customer care than with Nykaa. I tried cancelling order 1 day after placing order (because seller hadn’t even confirmed the order). Still app refused to cancel order and kept processing. I called to tell them to cancel it and they told me to just refuse delivery.
I refused delivery and yet it’s not updated on app for 2 weeks. I’ve written to grievance officer on email and gotten no response. I’ve contacted and mailed call centre multiple times and still no resolution. I am just told “we will raise ticket” and the call centre does nothing They refuse to let me speak to any supervisor. I have been mailing for a week now and calling since 22 May, and it’s like there’s no person anywhere in customer care who is concerned at all
Update: And after this review, I’m still getting a response here from their team to send mail to the same id as I’ve been mailing to all this time with no resolution. Further shows how Nykaa doesn’t even read the reviews and gives a standard apology revert

This is the only 100% genuine product providing app I ever used in India. Each and every product is mentioned with expiry date ingredient and how to use. I order my every essential whether its make up or skin care whether its appliances or beauty brush and blenders. It is always upto the mark. Delivery is fast for sure. If you order it today you will surely get it on the day before next day even sometime it deliver you the very next day depends on product to product. The beauty tip advisor feature in the app is the best and unique they never try to enforce you to buy nykaa products only they will always recommend you what is best suited to your skin and consider you budget and brand preferences. I would have given 5 stars but the last year with Nykaa has been really disappointing. All these years my orders have come before time but since last year they always deliver 10 to 12 days after the set delivery date. And the worst part is their delivery partners lie that we were not at home or that the delivery date was rescheduled on our part. I cannot handle unprofessional behaviour. Love Nykaa but they need to fix their delivery part. I have had to call them and beg for my orders to come. A suggestion- Nykaa needs to stop working with wow express. Cuz clearly wow express doesn’t care about their business with Nykaa and continue to delay deliveries. After days when I finally got my order I asked the delivery guy. They said it’s difficult to bring bigger boxes on bikes hence the delivery is delayed! Really?!

Customer service is worst. Every time they told wait for 48 hr . And then also they dont have any soluation to our problem. I have returned a product because it was not fresh i cant place a return due yo there is some problem in app support told me i ll create a return your order ll be pickup in 2 days the courier boy pickup my order after 2 day after 10 day i called support ask abt the refund the lady told wait for 48 hrs. I called again after 3 days the person told me we have not received product . I have requested to recheck then again he told wait for 48 day i called again he told me we have not received product i told him please ask a courier boy may be he lost it. But they have not crossed check and told me it is more than 15 20 days we are closing the complaint. The product was 1149 rs .it was not my mistake still i bear loss of 1149 rs . More than that waisted my time . Never received free product in many order if we ask the the they ll give 50 rs coupon after so many call. Cancellde my order many time. J am not going to buy any thing from you nykka you are providing worst service and making fool of us. I am going to fire a complaint again you in consumer forums.

I don’t want even to give a single star. Well I’m one of the regular customers of Nykaa since past 4 years now and I must say their service was upto the mark. But I wonder why they are on the verge of ruining their reputation. I always go for prepaid orders and this time I ordered 9 items of worth Rs 5954/- on 14th oct, 2019. On 18th oct I got a msg saying that “items could be delivered as you were not available” which is a complete hoax. The courier partner, blue dart did not even bother to call me and since then I’m receiving same msgs. In connection to my problem, I contacted Nykaa several times via email, help center in the app and talked to customer service agent. He assured that I’ll receive my products within 24-48 hours and they will try best to resolve the issue. Today is 21st oct and there seems to be no solution coming up from Nykaa till date. Upon contactinng the customer service agent, I got to know that they have worst agents so far. She was rude and did not want to listen, acting smart and over riding her voice over mine. Now I don’t want to shop from Nykaa any more and the worst part is that there is no option of cancelling the order. I shall have to wait for those products to return the warehouse and then they will initiate refund.
Pathetic delivery service. I’m tired of the excuses. Nykaa you have failed!

I’ve been purchasing from Nykaa for a long time now and have now qualms with regards to the delivery till date. But I have come across few things that really need to be focused on. Firstly, the shelf life of the products is not quite long( for most of them) and they are expired in no time. Secondly, I’ve noticed significant difference in the quality of two of the products that I’ve ordered. These are my staple products which I tend to order again and again but the store bought ones definitely outweigh in terms of quality. I don’t really know why this has happened but I’ve noticed it quite well for two products. And most importantly, the filters for your preference don’t work. I’m someone who is very conscious about certain things and this one is a major issue according to me. When you filter the preferences, there’s sometimes a difference but mostly there isn’t before and after adding your preferences. So it’s better that the feature is removed so that people don’t fall prey to the lies that their product is what they think it actually is.

Recently I ordered many products during their pink sale and received them all in multiple shipments. One shipment was supposed to contain 12 products and we received the package in a very good condition only. We didn’t bother to open the package in front of the courier guy as never faced such situation in the past. When we opened the package in the evening it was found that 2 products were missing in that. I mailed them regarding the same immediately. They sent multiple mails asking for some unnecessary snapshots, bills etc which I sent them sincerely. After waiting for 8-10 days they confirmed that there is no problem from their end and closed the ticket. How disgusting is that? It’s very sure that nothing has happened during the transit as the package was not damaged. It’s from Nykaa who have not sent the products. At least they should have identified their loyal customers and thought a little why anyone who shops regularly can claim for few products which are not even more than few bucks? Highly disappointed. Will not recommend nykaa. Worst customer relations management.
And don’t go with their reviews on nykaa specifically on Nykaa products. All are fake reviews, I bought nykaa products by seeing their rating and review but all turned out to be worst!

Worst delivery service by WOW Express and poor response

I ordered 20 items from Nykaa on 3rd May and I got delivery update on 6th May that it has reached the warehouse destination and is out for delivery at 11:32 am. I waited for the order till 07:30 pm but no response, no call from the WoW express. Then I got the message that I have rejected the order and that’s why the delivery person couldn’t deliver my order which is misleading and false information. Next day on 7th May, I get a call from Nykaa regarding the same that I have rejected my order and if I am interested for the re-attempt of the delivery. I called the customer care of the WOW express customer care service twice but nobody picked up. Then I called Nykaa and informed the same and complaint about the misleading information from the delivery vendor and they assured me that they will update me asap. Then at 04:25 pm, I get this message that my order has been delivered. I immediately call Nykaa customer care service informing the same to which they said that it’s a technical error. Again, at 06:30 pm, I get a call from Nykaa that one part of the order has been delivered and other part will be delivered tomorrow. I have called Nykaa five times to explain that I have not received any order but god knows, what is happening. Now, just like every single time, they have assured to update me asap.
Guys, please change the vendor because they are ruining your reputation.
Very disappointed from Nykaa.

I’ve ordered many times from nykaa and every single time i get one or the other product that looks old used and in the worst condition....previously a year ago i got the maybelline concealer in the worst condition the packaging looking old and crusty and the product seemed to be used👎🏻 and yesterday to be precise i got a used and broken seal blush and it had dirty stains god knows what those stains were😣 the blush was from makeup obsession...and today i got a bottle of lotion and oh my god it is in such such bad condition...having dirty disgusting stains, dust and what not and the mouth of the bottle is simply just taped like how disgusting....and they really don’t give any great offers to apply even if we apply they come up with one or the other reason to cancel it or make it invalid....i wish I could give it 0 stars...you need to realise your customers are everything....really disappointed but can’t find any other website until then gotta stick to this site that sends it’s customers used dirty products 👎🏻

It’s so easy with Nykaa to order your favourite makeup . They have a amazing variety of makeup, originality is their usp. I just don’t like one thing about them that’s when we have a sale it’s not consistent on the shades you would want to buy . For example I want to buy a foundation from a brand I like , they say 20% off I’m like wow . When I hit the colour I want they say oh no sale on this colour. It clearly is miss leading even and deciteful. I waste my time spending my time on the money . It’s not like nykaa is the only beauty app. I’m Privileged to buy expensive things from stores and overseas with the slashed prices but nykaa if you keep doing this you will end up losing your valued customer. Pls don’t be cheap and give equality and practice fair selling . I will not rate you down because you have been good to me throughout. It just started by 2018 end and now 2019 that you are behaving so evil . 🥺 . I love you as much as I love Sephora
